初三，又是人生中关键的一年。没办法，我只好把书暂时放下，全力学习，上课认真听讲，下课勤学苦问，不留下一点疑惑，我做作业的速度也越来越快，一天也比一天早睡。

我就这样等着，很有耐心地，带着淡然的笑，因为我知道自己正靠近目标。直到，终于匀出了足够的时间，我又把书捡起来了。但心中已有分寸，控制好时间，绝不影响学习。看书时也带着淡然的笑，不仅仅是因为看书，更是因为通过自己的努力达到目的。

我一直记得这么一个小故事，两个人到一家公司去应聘，经过面试，甲被聘用了，而乙被淘汰。乙不服气，就问公司经理为什么要选甲。公司经理没有回答而是说公司现在要买些大米，要乙去街上问问今天集市里面大米什么价格，乙兴致冲冲的问了价格，马上回来告诉了经理大米的价格。之后，经理要甲也去街上问问今天集市里面大米什么价格，甲去了半个小时后大汗淋漓的跑回来，后面还跟了几个挑着大米的人，甲对经理说他今天去集市问了整条街上大米的价格，他便从中找了几个价格合理，大米质量好的销售商过来，供经理选择。这个故事告诉我们，要站在上级立场上去考虑问题，了解上级布置这项任务给你的目的是什么，为什么要做。只有站在上级的立场上去想问题了，才能避免重复返工，才能把任务完成的圆满。这也是杜拉拉升职记这本书中反复提到的保持与上级的一致性。但是并非只要是上级要求的就机械的去做，人无完人，上级有时候也会有犯错的时候，所以，你如果觉得上级布置的任务不妥当，你应该选择合适的时机以妥当的方式与上级商量。站在自己的立场做事情，指的是，不能机械式的听从上级的指令，对于上级的指令要站在自己的立场去执行，对于那些违法法律的、违反做人底线的指令应当站在自己的立场。

生活是什么？她好似一位带着面纱，站在云端上的.仙女，是那样的神秘莫测。

但我觉得生活更象是一杯酒，充满着酸，甜，苦，辣等各种味道，就好像代表着人在生活中的各种情绪一样。

想想看，我们初中三年的生活不就是一杯充满各种味道的酒吗？

刚刚踏入中学校园的我们，对这里的一切都感到那么新奇，同时也对自己在这所学校即将开始的新生活感到兴奋。那个时候单纯的我们感到，能够有缘相聚在这所学校里成为朋友，是一件多么愉块的事啊！这个时候的生活真的就好象是一杯甜甜的葡萄酒醉人心扉啊！然而时间过得飞快，转眼之间，我们初二的生活也已经结束了。可我们或许还在迷茫之中，到初三的我们到底要去干些什么呢？是尽自己最大的努力去考取高中呢，还是放弃学习去直接工作呢？初中毕业后去做什么？到底该选择哪条路呢？此时的我们，已经像一个半成熟的孩子在思考自己的未来了。这时生活更像是一杯白酒，火辣辣的味道代表我们对未来的向往与猜测。

时间是不可占有的公共财产。随着时间的不断推移，现在的我们已经将成为初三毕业生了。我们即将面临着一场人生的考试，要做出真正决定自己人生道路的选择了。所以我们也不能再迷茫，而是应该背负着老师与家长的希望去面对这场人生的考试了。所以初三的生活好象是一杯啤酒，辛酸中带点儿苦味。

但是，吃得苦中苦，方为人前人。我相信我们会作出正确的决定，为自己的中学多味的生活画上一个圆满的句号。

如果时间实在非常繁忙，建议同学不妨尝试考前抄写历年范文。

一是写作不动笔，你永远不知道自己写字有多丑，有多慢，只有不断书写（如同不断跑步、游泳），你才会到了考场（竞技场），很自然地尽量又快又好。

二是四、六级作文并非完全天马行空，大部分题目都是在大学生熟悉的话题范围内，这也是考委会为了考试的公平性，让大部分考生都有话可写。因此，历年真题的范文，印象越深，到了考场，说不定不经意间的某个表达，到了当日考场，同样能够适用！
