面对一个话题，考生之所以无法写出连贯的文字，是因为缺少写作素材。那么素材是什么呢？其实也就是我们所说的“言之有物”中的“物”。无论是四、六级写作，还是考研写作，或是雅思、托福、GRE、GMAT、SAT写作，考生之所以无法取得高分，根本原因在于其日常积累的英文论证素材以及论据素材过于贫乏，根本无法将零星散落于大脑各个角落不成体系的素材组合起来，形成一篇逻辑严密、语言优美地道的文章。因此，英文素材的积累和素材库的建立可以真正帮助中国英语学习者和广大英语考生提高写作能力，走出英文表达困境。

正如前面所提到的，英语写作素材包含两类：一类是论证素材，即对于论点进行理论分析的素材。例如：论证竞争机制的重要性、论证环境保护的必要性、论证艺术的价值等。一类是论据素材，即可支持论点的相关事例。例如：“钻石教父”雷维夫与DeBeers公司的竞争促进了整个钻石行业的发展这一事例，可用来支持“竞争机制的重要性”的论证；引用美国政府参与环境保护的例子可佐证“环境保护的必要性”；贝多芬、巴赫、凡高的例子可说明伟大的艺术家们的艺术作品是如何推动人类文明发展的，并用以例证“艺术的价值”。

其实，只要多掌握适用于写作测试的英文写作素材（论证素材+论据素材），就已经为写出有理有据的文章打下了良好的基础，这也是写作的前提。因为，任何语言学习，或者说任何学习过程，都遵循“输入—输出”模式。如果没有输入，则永远不可能有输出；若没有好的输入，则永远不可能有好的输出。因此，语言学习有一条永恒不变的真理：不听永远不会说，不读永远不会写。这里的“听”和“读”就是输入环节，“说”和“写”就是输出环节；只有输入了好的英文素材，才能在需要的地方进行输出。

“横看成岭侧成峰，远近高低各不同。”一句流传千古的佳句，正是因为这句诗，往往在许多事情之上，能给我们以启迪。

看待问题，从现代科学角度来讲，我们都注重多角度、多元化的去思考。单一的思考问题，只会成为我们的绊脚石。有一句谚语说到“悲观的人虽生犹死，乐观的人永葆青春。”这句名言中的不同的人会产生不同的结果的原因何在？就是因为他们所看待问题的角度不同罢了，乐观的人以一种乐观的角度看待，所以永葆青春。一个坏的事情，若是你换了一个角度去看待它，也许就不至于那么糟糕了。这就是问题的多角度化思考。

人生是单方面的，但角度却是多元化的。我看到过这样一个例子：印度的圣雄甘地有一次在乘火车之际，匆忙之间被卡掉了一只鞋子在铁轨的旁边，眼看火车就要启动了，甘地马上把另一只鞋子脱了下来扔在那只鞋旁边，车上有人迷惑了，“你怎么把另一只也丢掉了呢？”他不慌不忙地说：“这样了，原来只能捡一只鞋穿的人就有一双了。”正因为甘地他思考问题的多角度化，既然自己得不到，让给别人也不是很好的事吗。人生亦是如此，所以我们在人生当中也应注意问题的多角度化。

一片落叶，你也许会看到“零落成泥碾作尘”的悲惨命运，但只要换个角度想，你便会发现它“化作春泥更护花”的高尚节操。“河有两岸，事有两面”，“塞翁失马焉知非福”。从另一方面来说，问题的多角度化也就是说考虑问题要全面客观，不能被某一个角度而狭隘了思想。著名的物理学家爱因斯坦，二战时期，写了关于原子弹的信给美国总统罗斯福，劝说他建造原子弹。罗斯福欣然接受。自从原子弹在日本爆炸后，爱因斯坦看到了原子弹的威力，以及各国之间的核竞赛，意识到自己的过错，于是奔走各国，游说放弃核武器。他热爱和平的心是对的，可是反过来想，造成这样的后果是因为什么？正是当初他创造核武器的时候考虑问题没有多角度化，并没有向长远思考，所以才会这样。

从这几个事例来看，也就印证了开头的那句“横看成岭侧成峰，远近高低各不同”。不同角度不同的态度，不同的过程，不同的结果。但在换位思考的同时，也应全面的客观的看待。此之为问题的多角度化也。

人的一生将会遇到许多事，有些事会令人开心至极，有些事会令人难以忘记，还有的事里面包含了酸、甜、苦、辣……什么味儿都有。而这许许多多的是会伴随这我们快乐、幸福地成长。

“快来啊，厨房里有一头老鼠！”妈妈那高分贝的声音在屋子里回荡。我和老爸立刻放下手头的事。我抡起扫把，老爸则冲进厨房，把门扣上。老鼠轻盈地跃 上灶台，灰色的毛微微抖动着。“小样的，看你往哪跑！”老爸操起扫把向老鼠打去。可见老鼠的轻功深不可测，一会儿爬上窗台，一会儿串进柜子，一会儿躲在冰 箱下，似乎在跟我们玩躲猫猫。最后我们没体力了，打算就此收工。老鼠真是个狡猾的东西，见我们趴在沙发上，它却光明正大地漫步在厨房的走道上。我们商量 好，那玩艺儿不留神时，冲上去。时机一到，我们蹑手蹑脚地走向厨房，正想把老鼠打死于棒下，它却从脚边溜走，逃进了下水道里。唉，我们的A计划失败，我闷 闷不乐的望着下水道口。“真没有，一只老鼠都抓啊不住。”妈妈开始抱怨了。

现在很多安全事故都来源于一一交通，交通安全很重要，不管是谁都要珍惜好生命，否则下一秒你就丧失了生命。

每天上下学高峰期，都会有交警专门在学校附近看守，为了保证小学生的安全，大部份开车接送的家长，现在都会自觉地把车开到停车场。一小部份的家长为了赶那几分钟的时间，只要看见有点空隙就钻进去，在一秒内堵得像一条长龙。如果没有交警辛辛苦苦地看守，那就会乱得一团糟。所以请接送小孩的家长，为了学生的安全，尽量开摩托车、骑单车或走路。

想必你们都看过新闻吧！这让我想起一条悲伤的消息：有两个看起来是4、5岁的孩子，在车来车往的马路上奔跑，一个跑在前面，另一个跟在后面，结果一辆货车疾驶而过，从后面孩子的身上压过去了，孩子的脸上带着痛苦的表情，仿佛再喊：“妈妈，妈……”不久，孩子被热心的群众送进了人民医院。用医生无奈地摇摇头，叹了一口气，："唉一孩子的伤势太严重了，救孩子的可能性非常小，只有5％。"孩子的母亲听了，悲痛欲绝，一个幸福的家庭，就这样被刽子手司机破坏了。而货车司机却逃之夭夭了。我们要从中吸取他的教训，牢记过马路不能看书、奔跑，一定要左右看。

I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before

I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there.

I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel.

Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a

lot of false man whose hand with all kinds of things.

I took many pictures. Finally we went back the hotel in the afternoon.

Though I was very tired, I felt very happy. I will never forget it for

ever.

Its New Years Day today. This morning when I got up, I heardsomebody

singing a love song. It was mum! Ifelt very strange because Iknew mum didnt

enjoy popular songs. And I didnt think it was suitable formy middle-aged mother

to sing any love songs. Whats more, dad wasfollowing what mum was singing.

"What had happened to them?" Then Inoticed a box with a small card on the table.

I got close to it carefully andunderstood then. As a matter of fact, it was

their 15th marriage anniversarytoday. Thats why they were so happy. When seeing

their happiness, I alsofelt happy.
