这些问题可能有法律方面的原因。我知道一个小孩去评判法律的好坏不妥当，但我还是提出自己的观点：中国的法律有些时候不大严格，比如十二岁以下的孩子不能骑单车，但有很多十二岁以下的孩子却无视法律的规定在马路上骑车没有有关部门来监管，等到出了事情才后悔莫及。在这方面法律要起到防范于未然的作用。
