案例1：注册会计师甲在管理建议书中提到，A公司银行存款的对账工作由出纳完成，出纳从银行取回对账单，并编制余额调节表。会计仅对调节表进行了简单复核，未对未达账项进行认真的审核。注册会计师建议A公司派独立的第三人认真完成银行的对账工作。两个月后，A公司拟采纳注册会计师的建议时发现出纳潜逃，在会计对账后才知道，出纳已通过盗盖公章的方式多次私开现金支票，至对账日累计未归还金额高达500万元，其中截至年报审计的期末时点，已造成350万元资金亏空。A公司管理层认为，注册会计师甲明知该公司银行对账制度存在重大缺陷，在审计中，对账单的审核和银行询证等审计程序仍完全依赖出纳完成，没有派人参与函证，对账单的审核也过于草率，从而使得管理层未能及时发现出纳舞弊，会计师事务所及注册会计师应当承担重大过失责任。其后经律师协调，强调了会计责任和审计责任的不同，免除了注册会计师的责任，但是，该事项影响了会计师事务所以及

二、建议的合理性方面

妈妈听了直点头，又向我提了一个问题：“如果只是为了能随意组合的话，那只要1元不就够了吗？干吗还要2元、5元呢？”我说：“光用1元要组成大一点的数就不方便了呀。”这下妈妈露出了满意的笑容，夸奖我会观察，爱动脑筋，我听了真比吃了我最喜欢吃的冰激凌还要舒服。

There are many festivals in china. And among them, I like the most  the Spring Festival. Because of it, not only  the biggest holiday of the year, but the start of a new year, but also all of us all the people, come together festival.

Before the Spring Festival, people go home, no matter where they are. Usually, we in the new years Eve dinner. Then the family sat together to share their lives or aircraft. My future career is to teach history at the university. Before you decide what to do in the future,you have to consult with your parents, teachers, because their experience and advice are valuable.
