今天我还是先和大家分享一个小故事，从感悟中让您们明白我要告诉您们什么，这其中包含中我对您们的期盼。故事是这样的：

有一次，苏格兰国王布鲁斯率军与英格兰军队打仗。他被打得落花流水，只得躲在一所不易被发现的古老的茅屋里。他失望了。当他正带着失望与悲哀躺在柴草床上的时候，他看见一只蜘蛛正在结网，为了取乐自己并看蜘蛛如何对付，国王毁坏了它将要完成的网。蜘蛛并不注意它的灾害，立刻继续工作，打算再结一个新网。国王又把它的网破坏了，蜘蛛又开始结另一个网。

国王开始惊奇了。他自语道：我已被英格兰的军队打败了6 次，我是准备放弃战争了。假使我把蜘蛛的网破坏6 次，它是否会放弃它的结网工作呢？他毁坏了蜘蛛的网共有6 次。蜘蛛对这些灾难毫不介意，开始做第7 次新网，终于成功了。国王被这个例子鼓起了勇气，他决意再做一次奋斗，从英格兰人的手里解放他的国家。他召集了一支新的军队，很谨慎而耐心地做着准备，终于打了一次重要的胜仗，把英格兰人赶出了苏格兰国土。

父母纠正孩子的不良习惯需要的是什么？那就是持之以恒、坚持不懈的织网精神！我多次对大家说过这样一句话：教育是等待！养育孩子需要等待，等待孩子心智成熟，等待孩子慢慢长大！现在的孩子都是在父母百般呵护下长大的，从小没有吃过苦，尽管他们思维比较活跃，但是他们所受到的限制也是比较多的，相对来说自由的空间也不是那么大，所以一旦有机会表现自己的时候，或许他们就显得不守纪律，不尊重他人，行为不能自控，丢三落四，不能自觉学习，或者办事拖拖拉拉的等等，这一切因素当然不利于一个正常孩子的健康发展，而且会严重损伤智力、学习技能和社交能力，这对孩子的未来是可想而知的。

我认为在生活中,父母对孩子的行为要有宽容的态度，有的父母看见孩子一些不规范的行为和听见孩子说些令人生气的话，就不能容，视孩子为另类人物，动不动就对孩子发脾气，甚至打骂，想想这样的教育孩子能接受吗？在帮助孩子改变的时候一定要有足够的耐心。其实，孩子有问题自己也不喜欢，但他无法控制自己不去做自己讨厌的事，这时，父母应理解孩子的心情，在帮助他改变缺点的时候，就要讲究方法和策略，多关心，让孩子多感受家庭的温暖和爱，至少让他感觉到父母是他的好朋友；多鼓励，当孩子取得一点点进步的时候就要鼓励，真心赞美和欣赏，不能拿与他同龄的孩子相比，而要将他以前的状态与现在的状态进行对比，有长进就要不断地激励他，让他逐渐有更好的表现，即使偶尔有退步的时候也不要急躁，不能在心理上给孩子太多的压力，孩子是天真无邪的，但他能感觉到环境或别人给他的心理压力，这不仅不能促进他对错误言语行为的认识和改正，反而容易使他走向极端，滑入不能自拔的泥潭，形成恶性循环，结果是毁了孩子。所以父母或家人尽可能不要让孩子有压力，即使是外部或周围环境的压力下，父母也要尽量为孩子减轻或缓解那些压力，不能对孩子进行体罚，这是那些粗暴的父母的行为。

作为父母应该多学一点儿童心理学和儿童教育学，只有懂得孩子的心理，才能知道如何管教孩子。很多父母不懂教育孩子，要么过分溺爱，要么棍棒相加，就是好端端的苗子非被弄歪不可。过去是子不教，父之过；现在还要增加一条，子不教，母之过。因母亲在家庭地位的提升，管孩子这事也自然成为母亲的事，而母亲脾气易暴，打孩子比父亲还多，结果是孩子的问题越来越严重。孩子出现怪异行为，当然要受到惩罚，但不是体罚。最好的方法是让他一个人在没有危险的房间里安静一会儿，等他闹够了，再让他出来，进行说理教育。要他知道作错了是要受罚的，家里不是没有规矩的。同时在他有好的表现时，及时表扬称赞，从而让他迈向健康成长的道路。所以，面对孩子的错误，冷静处理，正面教育是父母永远要牢记的一条真理，不要因为孩子常常做作业动作慢就过分指责、谩骂孩子。

要想真心帮助孩子，引导孩子一生都能走正道，就要对孩子少一些抱怨和责骂，多一些包容，付出您的时间，用心了解孩子，走进孩子，帮助孩子找到阻碍发展的真正原因，想办法激发孩子做作业的兴趣，培养孩子的责任意识，面对孩子，正视孩子的能力，对学习的要求要循序渐进，当孩子成绩下降时，找到原因再对知识点进行查漏补缺，并注意培养孩子的学习兴趣，鼓励他克服学习上的困难，使孩子的学习成绩逐渐提高。这样一来信心渐渐有了，做作业就会变得主动，有了积极的心态作业的速度就会比较快了。

个别的孩子反应稍慢，记忆差一点，基础差跟不上其他同学，完成作业也很困难。对于这种情况，家长可以联系孩子的老师，请老师较为明确地指点孩子的学习和作业，或者请老师布置难度略小一些的作业，或许对孩子有帮助。难度小的作业让孩子在力所能及的情况下较快地完成作业，并及时表扬他，可以激励他努力学习，这样信心渐渐有了，成绩有提高，那么他也不会再害怕做作业了。

父母要了解孩子不愿意做作业的原因。有的孩子因为受了老师的批评，因此不满而不做作业。如果你的孩子属于这种情况，那么家长最好去找孩子的老师谈谈，应如实对老师说：孩子对老师的批评非常在意。希望老师谅解孩子，并寻找机会，给予鼓励。只要老师多鼓励少批评，孩子会逐渐对做作业感兴趣的。有的孩子从小就没有养成在书桌上学习的习惯，做作业不能精神集中，常常不能按时完成作业。这样家长就应在家庭里为孩子创设良好的学习环境，让孩子在安静的地方做作业。

总之困难没有办法多，我们要有蜘蛛织网的精神，锁定目标，要将能量和精力聚焦在一点上培养一个快乐健康进取的孩子！目标一旦确定，就要坚信自己有能力养育孩子，就要坚信自己的孩子，给以孩子自信的力量，每一天，每一月，每一年，简单的事情重复做，永远不要对孩子放弃！

我发现乱扔垃圾的人特别多。我在小区里经常看到大树上挂着许多垃圾，整棵树都变成了“垃圾树”。有时还会听到楼下传来一阵叫骂声，原来是楼上有人把垃圾扔下来砸在了别人的身上，把他弄的脏兮兮的。

当我们们去景区、公园玩的时候，会发现草地上也有很多垃圾，真是太恶心了。我还经常在新闻里看到开车的人随手把垃圾扔出窗外，环卫工人到机动车道上清理垃圾时被车撞伤的消息。

乱扔垃圾的危害真大啊！如果大家都乱扔垃圾，那整个地球就会变成“垃圾球”。环境越来越脏，我们再也看不到美丽的景色了，到处都散发着“毒气”，还会滋生很多细菌和蚊子、苍蝇等有害物。人们赖以生存的水也被污染了。

爱护环境，人人有责。我们要做到不乱扔垃圾，看到别人乱扔垃圾的时候提醒他或者捡起地上的垃圾扔到垃圾桶里。出去玩的时候，记得带上垃圾袋，把自己制造的垃圾清理干净并带走。我们还可以制作宣传海报，让大家知道乱扔垃圾的危害性和保护环境的重要性，让我们的环境变得越来越好。

Everything grows in modern times, and it seems that nothing grows as quickly as population. Population keeps growing, and grows rapidly, firstly because peoples living standards keep going up, with better houses, better clothing, better food, secondly because people know how to preserve themselves so as to live longer, and thirdly

because they have modern medicine and medical care to ensure that usual diseases can be easily cured. There is another cause for the growth of population. Few countries or governments have realised the importance of family planning. On the contrary, some encourage child-birth.

Here are some examples of population growth from 1985 to 2000 (as anticipated).

Lima had 5.7 million people in 1985 but there were 9.1 million by 2000. Tianjin used to have 7. 9 million in 1985. By 2000 its population reached 9. 7 million. Such cities as London, Osaka, Moscow, Beijing, Karachi, Delhi, Jakarta, Seoul, and Teheran are having a similar population growth. We would not be shocked if all other cities have this rate. But some cities, like Calcutta, Shanghai, New York, and Sto Paulo boost their population even more quickly than the above-mentioned cities. Tokyo had 18.8 million in 1985. The year 2000 found 20.2 million Tokyo citizens. Mexico city had 17.3 million people in 1985, but as population specialists had predicted, that reached 25.8 million in 2000 !

The population problem is a universal concern nowadays. Any government is a failure if it does nothing about its population growth.

据统计，中国每年约有50000人死亡，其中一半死于非命。金鸡年，人口死亡路程上升趋势。中国正在一步步的发展，为什麽人口死亡率却逐年增加？中国现在仍处于贫困时期，随人中国从建国以来一直实行改革开放政策，但却不见成效。（如：1993年，我国国内总产值达5446亿美元，居世界第7位，人均占有量却处在第125位）当触及中国的资源问提时，国人总会骄傲的答曰，我国是资源种类繁多，数量丰富，是世界上的资源大国。殊不知，由于我国人口众多，资源早已被分割的寥寥无几（如：我国耕地在低26位）由于资源分布不均，从而导致有的人占有极少的资源，贫困潦倒，且缺水严重，从而导致许多人渴死，饿死。

中国由于人口众多，曾被称作“骑在自行车上的国家”，现在，虽然家家户户都有了自己的私车，但交通繁忙，很可能导致交通事故，且许多司机“执法而不依法行事”（如：酒后驾车，硬闯红路灯，横冲马路）从而导致许许多多的人死于非命。

我国的工业不仅发达，而且工厂遍布全国各地，人们的环保意识越来越差。截至至今，我国的环境污染，生态破坏仍相当严重。无锡人有一段歌谣，描述了大运河税制的变化：“50年代淘米洗菜；60年代水质变坏；70年代鱼虾绝代；80年代洗不净马桶盖”环境的污染，更是威胁着人类的生命，向肺结核，矽肺病，肺典等不易治疗的病症，像一把锋利的尖刀，刺杀了许许多多无辜的生命。综上所述，是中国死亡人数的主要原因。

我认为，国家应该用可施行的好办法，使人懂得生命的重要性；更好的落实改革开放政策。

Christmas is annual festival in western world that is one of the most important festivals forthem. Previously, only westerners or Christians celebrate it. But in recent years,more and more Chinese people celebrate it, especially among young people. Thereare many activities in that day. I think there are the following reasons thatmake Christmas popular in China. First, it’s a western holiday and it’s new toChinese. Second, with the development of the world, the mutual influence betweenChina and the west makes it work. Last, the merchants make great contributionto its popularity.

而这时，我正在挑灯夜战，向一道思考已久的数学题发起进攻。几何的图形定义，在脑海中不断闪现，为什么还是不对呢？我望着窗外，树影在婆娑，月光在摇曳，仿佛在嘲笑我的愚笨。

苦思冥想，仍然想不出来。唉，算了，明天去问老师吧，心中的退堂鼓打得正响。突然一个声音在脑海中响起：不！今天的问题必须今天解决，明天还会有其他的事要解决。于是，脑中一次又一次地回想着图形的定义，然而还是不对，还是解决不了这道难题。不过这题数学老师似乎讲过类似的，我便开始翻找资料，笔记。

终于，在我的不懈努力下解决了问题的一半，还剩下最后一个小题不会做。老师说过，数形结合的方法能够解决绝大部分问题。看，我攻克了大部分的“阵地”了，真可谓“柳暗花明又一村”！就在这时，夜色静谧，月儿似乎在对着我微笑鼓励。

持久战还在继续，因为还有最难啃的一小块没拿下。我算了一遍、两遍、三遍仔细看题，原来是题目中的数据没有抄写正确。于是我又重新计算起来。然而结果仿佛是一个无底洞，越算越深，无论我怎么努力探索，就是探不到底。

窗外的栀子花散发着一阵阵的幽香，月儿依旧挥洒着银色的光辉，陪伴着我。几张草稿纸被我卷成团丢入垃圾桶内，滴答滴答的钟声在宣告着时间一分一分地流逝。不知不觉中，我趴在试卷上睡着了……

恍惚中，周公和我亲切地打招呼，并说了一句“转换思想方法”，随后便消失得无影无踪了。我猛地惊醒，瞬间找到了解题思路，黑色笔在纸上摩擦着，答案破土而出了。终于，我解开了这道难题的所有问题。

通过这次作业，我发现数学解题思路真多！漫游在这有趣的数学王国里，我知道：努力、坚持便是最好的解题思路！

“咦？老师让我们写的这个读音怎么和《三国演义》上的读音不相同？”刚下课我就坐在座位上思考着这个问题。”

“刘文基，上来订正作业。”“等一下，马上就来。”我随口答道，但我心却依然沉浸在读音里。“刘文基！上来订正作业！”这次任老师真的发火了。“哦”我慌忙答道。我把《补充习题》拿到座位上，随手便在旁边写了一个数，然后拿上去交给任老师。“刘文基，你仔细看看订正的对不对？”这时，我才彻底清醒赶忙回到位置上，拿起笔就把正确答案写上然后交给任老师。

回到座位上，我马上又沉浸在了这道问题中。“干什么呢？刘文基？”我的铁哥们儿陈瑞来了。正好，我拿起语文书问陈瑞：“陈瑞，我有一题想去问一问老师你去吗？”“当然要去，铁哥们应该要有福同享，有难同当，再说校园双结义你忘了，我和你一起去！”“好。”

于是，我拿《三国演义》陈瑞拿语文书我们俩就走上了光荣的道路。

我们一起来到赵老师的办公室前，可她毕竟是我们的班主任，我们再天不怕地不怕也都怕赵老师。

我们俩手拉着手悄悄地喊：“一，二，三。”喊完我们一起推开门喊：“报告！”然后来到赵老师面前把我的问题讲给她听，老师这个酾字在《三国演义》上不是读shāi吗？你怎么让我们读shī了？”我这个问题竟把赵老师讲愣住了。

其实，问问题没你们想象的那么难，只要你们有一双会善于发现的眼睛，然后问你身边的人，自然会找到里面的乐趣。

Every child is surrounded by the deep mother love. However, we often turn a blind eye to the love. One day I deeply felt the love.

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups. Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family. Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

Particularly since the implementation of Chinas opening and reform policy, the central government has increased investment in minority areas and accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers, and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

Today mother took me to skate. I was very happy. But I hadnt expected I

fell down as soon as I got in. Today I didnt know why my two feet were out of

that, I had never invited my friends to my birthday party and it was my first

My mother has a pair of keen eyes which can speak.With her eyes,she observed my mood,gave me courage and made me strong.Therefore,I could face difficulties.

When I was a baby learning to walk,my mother always lent me a hand and encouraged me to get up while I fell down.

As I finally threw myself into her arms,her eyes smiled with praise.Later as I grew up,I met with more difficulties.But whenever I was frustrated,my mothers eyes always gave me hope and encouragement.Once I failed in exams,my mother encouraged me to find out the reasons.

This winter vacation, I with my parents to the eastern suburbs Xuelianshan ski skiing.
