built during the Spring and Autumn Period.

All the walls were joined up in Qin Dynasty.All tile work was done by

hand.Thousands of people died while building the wall.Thus the Great Wall came

into existence.Since then, it has been rebuilt and repaired many times.

Now the Great Wall,the admiration of the world, has taken on a new look.

Its visited by large numbers of people from all parts of the country and the

According to a recent Hurun report, among the rich worth more than 10million RMB, 14 percent either have already migrated or are applying for migration to a foreign country, and nearly half of them are considering joining the group. It is also said that China has become the largest emigration country in the world. So why do so many of the rich in China choose to move out? How will this country be affected by the so called “migration tide”.

Better education and robust law system are among what they are looking for overseas. In a violent contrast to Chinese rocketing economy, our education level is still left far behind that of some foreign country, especially the US. People who have made wealth in the past 30 years and subsequently seek better education for the future of their children, join the migration army. Secondly, unlike some who concern about children education much more, other rich people pay more attention to the security of their asset. They are worrying about their asset safety in China, and strongly believe that, under the protection of foreign laws which are nearly to perfection, they will live a life of ease.

It can be seen that after obtaining great deal of wealth, rich people in China are obviously pursuing a better living condition, either for their children or themselves. So the question is raised that will this emigration affect China negatively. I say yes, but not as seriously as many think.

China witnessed two migration tides before, one in the late70’s, another early 90’s.From these two, the nowadays migration differs in some aspects. The emigrants are no longer poor students only with a resolution to bring back to their motherland cutting edge science and technology overseas, instead they wave goodbyes to China taking with them substantial wealth and many of them are still top-notch intellectuals. It is almost certain that, from this perspective, emigration will undermine China on the way to her rise. However, in my perspective of view, this kind of migration will in some way make China much more influential in the world. The current western world still knows China too little, especially in terms of common citizens. Citing India for example, we can see a similar tide took place in India in the 60’s, which once drew attention and concerns in Indian government and society. Several decades later, these Indian emigrants still keep in bond with their motherland, and improve the image of Indians, thus lift the status of India in the world. So I expect Chinese emigrants will also contribute to China’s success in a different but profound way.

Migration tide this time indicates that China, who is on the way of great economy increase, still has more flaws to be perfected, when compared with some developed countries. But we needn’t worry too much. Maybe it’s not a bad thing when looking back several decades later.

I have a lovely family and my families live a happy life. I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are

both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many

interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and

breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate

and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and

listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new

things happening in the city. When I have to go back, I am always reluctant to

十七岁的车轮吱吱呀呀地从身边滚过，轮子中间是银丝清亮地交错出一幅幅镂空的图画。我架着将近四百度的眼镜眯着双眼尽全力地观看，却依旧不知道那图画是什么。猛然间身边又呼呼啦啦涌过一群人。他们，还有他们，吵吵闹闹，声音震耳欲聋。在哪般张扬的青春面前，我的任何语言都显得苍白无力的。

似水年华。

我犹记得那抹灿烂的微笑与那声轻柔的“谢谢”。那是一个午后阳光明媚的课间，我舒畅地发着报纸，同学们都接过略观大致便塞进了桌肚，我似乎也习惯了他们的一声不吭。当我转到她的身边，一如往常地抽出报纸整齐地叠好，放在她桌上，转身离去时，却意外听到了一声轻轻的“谢谢”。我蓦然地停住，转身。

阳光从窗户缓缓地洒进来，暖暖地环住了她，给了她一个金黄的拥抱，她在金黄色的光圈中，犹如天使对我微笑，温暖，这是我感觉到的第一个词，一股暖流流流遍了全身，我也笑了，然后在心中轻轻地对她说了声“谢谢”。

太多太多的片段，太多太多的往事，凝聚成太多太多美好的回忆。即使我们将会分开，但日后会想起来，他们的微笑，他们的话语。像冬日里的太阳，毛茸茸的，因为少见才显得那样温暖人生。

我知道，岁月的长河不会一切都带走，有些东西会慢慢沉淀起来，团结成岩他们始终在那里守候，只要我们不轻易地忘记和放弃。

不知何时，栾树花开正盛。 I dont know when, Luan Shuhua is flourishing.

窗外，风乍起，遍地的落叶有一种说不尽的沧桑。而屋内一片狼藉，遍地的书本，和一张满是红叉叉的试卷，颇为扎眼。

我坐在书桌前，望着那张试卷，心中十分伤感，仿佛被一把把尖刀，刺着我的心，疼痛万分。眼眶中早已溢满了泪水。难道我真的这么差吗?我在心里一遍遍的问自己，得到的却是一阵长久的沉默，心灰意冷。

抬眸，望见了满地的萧瑟，摇了摇头，随即又叹了一口气，下了楼，想与这秋，相互慰藉。

踏一地金黄的落叶，踏一坡微寒的阳光，独自走在小路上。眼睛也被突如其来的寒风吹得睁不开，心也被这风吹的尤为伤感。

走着，鼻尖萦绕着一股淡淡的清香，虽不如梅花那般香飘巷陌人间，却沁人心脾。抬头，寻找这花的芳容，觅着花香，在落叶之中望见了她。

她身披一身金黄，小巧的花朵中带着淡淡的清香，是一种低到尘世的美好，又是高攀灵魂的金黄。她用金黄的花朵缀在自己的发建，是那样的明丽，又是那样的渺小。

这真是她吗?在我的记忆中，她可不是如此的，她是一身绿油油的叶子，默默无闻。

当我听说她开出的花十分美丽时，我小小的心便腾起无数的欢喜，也洋溢着数不尽的渴望。盼着她的开放，可等过了清丽的荷花，大气的牡丹，粉红的梅花，却迟迟等不到，失望的我只好放弃了这个念头。

如今，她开出的花倾国倾城，当一阵封吹来瓣瓣花朵纷飞，飘落。

她栾树，默默无闻，也许在狂风暴雨中低头，承认自己的弱小和失败，但它却在之后不是一味的自我埋怨，而是蓄了一股柔韧于骨子里，等待可以蓬勃奋发的那一天。终于，它成功了，将希望缀于枝头，让所有人为它喝彩!

花如此，人亦如此，身于青春这个如花的季节，我又何来的心灰意冷呢。

在美好的青春，与你赴一场相遇，栾树，是你告诉我成长之路上，不要放弃，敢于面对挫折。

只因，成长需要挫折。

We need to improve our English skills in each of four areas.

The first one is listening skills . I think doing lots of listening practice is a great way to improve listening skills. Maybe you could buy some English tapes or borrow your teacher’s tapes to listen .

The second on is speaking skills. How can we practice our spoken English ? I think the first and the most important thing is to believe yourself . Your should often encourage yourself , then you can join an English –language club and make lots of conversations with you partner . I think it can help a lot.

The third one is reading skills. I think we should do more reading in our free time. If you have any problems when you are reading , you’d better ask others tof help.

The last one is wring skills. It’s very important for us to learn English . I think keeping a diary in Engish is the best way to improve your writing skills. You should practice writing notes or letters every day, or you could find a pen pal . I think it sounds like a very interesting way to practice writing. And don’t be afraid of making mistakes.
