Its important for us to be healthy all our life.We cant study or work well without healthy body.

Therere many ways to keep healthy. First of all, we should keep taking exercises every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After school, we can spend an hour playing ball games.

If we live in a high-rise,we can walk upstairs or downstairs. Second, we should have a balanced diet. Finally, we must remember: "Early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise."

初一，是离开童年的梦，是雄鹰长出了坚硬的嘴;初二，是学会坚强、勇敢和执着，是雄鹰长出了尖利的爪;而，初三，是要踏上人生的转折点，是雄鹰长出了雄健的翅膀，等待着翱翔。

清晨五点左右了，开始准备了，由于是五点的车，我必须加快旋律，免得被落下，洗漱完后，爸爸端来了一份让人看了就忍不住流口水的美味早餐，我也更是忍不住去尝一口，我一屁股坐到座位上大口吃了起来，由于我吃饭速度极快，在这美味太吸引我了，所以不出两分钟就搞定了美味佳肴，随后穿好衣服和我的运动鞋，乘着安全电梯到楼下，我使出一招铁砂掌，破开门后，直冲小区门口，我想校车该到了吧，果然没错，但只迟到了几秒钟，上车后看着窗外的美景，觉得好美。

到了，我下车后，迈着轻快的步伐，走向校园，除了我们的一车人，好像没有其他人的踪迹，好清静啊，还可以享受一下校园独有的气息，好温馨的感觉啊，然后我进屋了教室，开始看看老师昨天布置的需要背东西，时间过得飞快，人都到齐了，班主任也开始了日常的叮嘱，随后开始了早自习、第一节课、第二节课、第三节课、第四节课，每节课上大家到积极踊跃的发言，我也不例外，组长在一边叫我：“到你题了，”我自当不敢怠慢，便拿出最好的态度，前去讲题，下课时，同学们也绝不贪玩，都在整理老师留下的家庭作业，以便于到家后看看自己陌生的题，然后便迎来了一天最喜悦的时候，午饭到了，虽然学校的饭没有家里做的可口，但是和同学们在一起吃饭我还是感到很快乐。

下午了，下午总是同学们最疲倦的时候，没有心思听课，但老师总是告诉我们要有坚强的毅力，不服输的精神，所以我们便精神了好多，各科老师看出我们的奋进和对学习的渴望，就对我们有了更大的信心，于是很快的过去了第五节课、第六节课、第七节课、第八节课、第九节课。很快放学了，在站队时，班主任再次叮嘱我们要好好完成作业不得抄袭，出了校门，乱成一团，都在寻找自己的校车，我也如此，上车后，汽车向各个学生的家驶进。

很快，我到家了，打开房门就闻到了扑鼻的菜香，妈妈抱着弟弟出来迎接我，我又喜洋洋的吃过了晚饭，当然，我又投入到了学习之中，一直学到了很久很久……

我的初三生活是很平淡的，它不是彩色的，但也不是黑色的，然而，它是白色的、透明的，但它却记录着我的快乐。

当年，懵懵懂懂的进入了初中生涯。

那时的我，回想起来真的很幼稚，没几天就跑个训导处，整天惹是生非不爱读书，是个师长头痛的小孩，感觉自己好像很威风，事实上是幼稚的行为。

记得在二下要升三上的那年寒假，我参加了一个叫“魔力点子一起来”的活动，让我认识了许多品学兼优的同学们。跟他们相处我感觉很快乐，也和里面的一位女同学变成了好姐妹，因为认识她，她改变了我的生活，让我升上初三之后开始对功课努力，开始感到课业的压力，想要读好书考好学校，一直到现在她还是我的鼓励支柱。

升上初三之后，我开始认真上课听讲作笔记、认真考试、担心功课，感到沉重的压力。每天总感觉有读不完的书等着我，或许这就是当年我不努力的后果吧！这是我自己造成的，如今我必须自己承担这可怕的压力。自从开始读书之后，一些坏朋友也不再连络，甚至连点头之交都没了，但好的朋友却变多了，也被大家认同我改过自新。

感觉得出来，因为基测离我们越来越进，所以大家脸上的笑容也越来越少，虽然下课依然会打屁哈拉嬉闹，但谁看不出来其实心底充满着紧张呢？有时上网看看大家部落格，却感到如此的辛酸，大家每天的心情流露大多都来自于课业的压力怨言，当然也包括我在内，但是除了互相鼓励之外，大家彼此之间什么忙也帮不上。

现在的我，常常感到不耐烦，脾气也变的暴躁，看着读不完的书，考不完的试，真的令人厌烦，长期压印的心情，偶尔来个大哭纾解心情，真的可以使心底好受一些。我想这就是初三生所谓的"过渡期"吧？或许那过渡期一过，我们还是可以回到那开朗活泼的样子。

有一首歌，承载着满满的辛苦，却时不时的，飘出几丝快乐，沁人心脾。年少的我们用青春演唱着这首歌，将梦想驻进心灵。

就要中考，这种感觉就像张爱玲所说的，如同坐火车般的心情，开始觉得很慢也很期待。后来，却被它的速度和力量震撼了。期待之中又有些惶恐。

或许说这首歌一边藏着迷茫，一边藏着向往，更恰当些吧。

时代在我们身后舞蹈，我在时代的围城里坐井观天。我单脚站在绷紧的五线谱上，苟且忘乎所以的活着。窗外金黄色的阳光把玻璃分割成小块的快乐和忧伤，折射成不规则的形状落在作文本上。

张杰新翻唱的一首歌叫《我的未来不是梦》，歌词中写到：“你是不是像我在太阳下低头，流着汗水默默辛苦地工作?”现在的我们的确是这样，每天早起晚睡。但这是充实的，也许，这就是这首歌的主旋律吧。

有时候，为和自己同龄的孩子赛跑。我们学了九年，拼了九年，只为初三那年的六月，能>收获累累的果实。尽管不知结果如何，但我相信自己，我相信我就是我，我相信明天，只要我努力，我伸手就可以碰到天！

多年前我们只是爱唱歌，爱在夏日阳光下眯着小眼睛笑的不懂。
