“既…然……我们……选择起跑……我们……一起……坚持……好吗?”我喘着大口大口的粗气，和和我一样落在队伍后面的蓝说。

“嗯”蓝点头和我示意要一起坚持。漫长的跑道似乎也缩短了距离，我们离终点越来越近了。虽然两个人都是拖着沉重的步伐到达的，但是到达终点的时候，我们还是很欣慰的笑了，因为我们坚持住了!

从没有想过初三连体育课都会这么辛苦，每节课都要练习，平时，不喜欢运动的我，自然就落在了后面。但是，我始终还是感到快乐，因为每次耐久跑我都坚持住了。虽然每次几乎都是最后一名，但是，我似乎并不在意名次，毕竟我没有放弃过自己，毕竟我没有停下过脚步。一直坚持着……

进入初三，我知道，所有的一切都要改变的。以后再也不可以偷偷抽空上网聊天了;以后再也不可以每晚在家里悠闲的看电视了;以后再也……一切都要变，一切都必须变。

“都初三了，不可以分心了，懂吗?”印象里，妈妈已经无数次告诫过我了。“我懂”每次几乎都以同样的答案回答。连我自己也不知道是不是在敷衍妈妈。但是，学习是我自己的事，都初三了，是该努力了，再不努力，明年上好的高中就没有什么希望了!

父母一切的希望，像个包袱早已悄悄的压到了我的肩上。连我自己也不知道从何时起，自己开始偷偷的努力，自己开始想未来，自己开始想报考的学校。但是，同时，自己也开始害怕，害怕明年中考的那一天，害怕自己的身体受不了初三这样的日子，害怕学习的压力成不了学习的动力，只会成为自己学习的绊脚石。

从开学的那天起，我没日没夜的忙，学习几乎占据了我所有的时间。每天过着同样的生活，每天干着同样的事，每天精神不振的我都像在做着一个同样的梦。每天，从醒来的那刻起，我就一直累着自己。因为晚上熬夜，我没有办法象其他同学那样，晚睡还能早起，我不得不赖在床上，多补补睡眠，否则会发生在课堂上与周公约会的尴尬。

“7。10分早读课，来不及了，我先走了，不吃饭了。”早已忘记自己对妈妈说过多少遍这样的话了，每天早上，几乎都急急忙忙的从家里跑到学校，再从一楼冲到五楼，每天几乎都是气喘呼呼地坐到位子上。心还为平静，铃声早已响了。顾不得收拾心情，就把书拿出来了。这就是初三的早晨吗?也许吧!忙忙碌碌的早晨才是初三的早晨。早已忘记自己何时开始过着这样的早晨，也记不清自己已经过了多少个这样的早晨。

没吃早饭的我，只能等到下课后到服务部买东西填饱肚子。从五楼到一楼，买了东西，再从一楼到五楼，只有10分钟，下课的10分钟，我都分秒必争，只为了让肚子过得好一点。初三了，可怜的肚子看来要陪我受罪了。

在学校里上完4节课后。拖着沉重的身体往家里赶，只想早点吃完饭，补个午觉。

“2：10了，快起来呀!“被一阵催促声吵醒，睁开朦胧的双眼盯着钟。晕……30分就上课了，怎么办呀?”你怎么这么晚才叫醒我呀?“我带着责备的语气问表妹。”我1：30就叫你了，你自己还说来得及……“表妹一脸无辜的望着我。哎!没办法。我马上洗完脸，收拾好书包，又再次走着同样的路到学校。吓死我了，到班级才发现，差一分钟就迟到了。几乎所有的同学都问我，说我是不是喜欢慢别人半拍，早上迟，连中午也迟。无奈……连我自己也没有办法回答。同样是学生，他们怎么就能那样努力?他们怎么就能不补睡眠，一样有精神?

幸好补了睡眠，才没在课堂上发生尴尬的场面，上完中午的3节课，以后可以脱离苦海了，结果，才知道，原来以后晚上都要来晚自习了。无奈……。晚上拖着忙了一天的累得快趴的身子从后门冲到位子上，以为挺早的了，结果，一进门才发现，所有的人都坐得好好的，开始做做业了。所以很不好意思的从后门偷偷进来。

所有的人的桌面上都堆满了书。似乎现在的书桌已经太小了。容不了那么多的东西。我也不例外，理清楚所有该做的作业，然后开始动手。

无奈得过完一天，回到家里好想一下子趴到那张等待已久的床，啊……忘了，澡还没洗呢!匆匆忙忙得洗完。突然才发现，洗完之后的感觉这么舒服，吹这电风扇，吃着夜宵，看着自己喜欢看的书，才发现，现在才是一天中最惬意的时刻了。

吃得饱饱的我，满足的睡下了……

哦!初三原来就是这样，忙碌中夹带无奈，忙碌中没有多余的时间让我想太多!

当第二天的太阳升起的时候，我又开始重复着这样的生活了。一天又一天，虽然有些疲倦，虽然，有些无奈，但是，忙碌也不失为一种快乐。

突然间，才发现。原来学习的道路，就象那天体育课上的耐久跑。只要坚持住了，我才有可能成功。累点，苦点，有什么可怕的?慢点，迟点，又有什么可惧?只要，我不停下脚步，没有人可以阻止我前进，只要我意志不曾倒下，我还是有机会成功的!

我这只笨笨的鱼，虽然没有办法游得太快，但是，我还是一样会到达终点的!看来，我还是真慢别人半拍!

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morning from Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head teacher says health is the most important thing. After running I have to do morning exercises on the playground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast, I need to have morning reading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have to do some cleaning before breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon comes. Having lunch, I will go to sleep. 平时勤动手动脑，让旧物换新颜，也可以实现“低碳”。一般家庭都有很多废弃的盒子，如肥皂盒、牙膏盒等，其实稍加裁剪，就可以轻松将它们废物利用，比如制作成储物盒，可以在里面放茶叶包、化妆品之类的物品;还可以利用方便面盒、罐头瓶、酸奶瓶制作一盏漂亮的台灯;喝过的茶叶渣，晒干做一个茶叶枕头，既舒适还能改善睡眠……每家每户几乎每天都要喝上一筒盒装牛奶，而牛奶被咽下肚后，就只剩下孤零零的盒子了，许多人总是随手就把它们扔掉了，但是，一个更好的方法会让它们起到环保的作用。首先，把盒子洗干净，然后，用小刀小心翼翼地把盒子的顶部切下，然后盒子就变成了一个没有盖的长方体，接下来，你要做的就是：找一张漂亮的软纸把它给包起来，接着，你或许可以在上面画一些花纹，它就会变得更漂亮，最后你把它立在桌在上，牛奶盒就会摇身一变，变成一个可爱而美丽的笔筒了!有些时候，我们家里都会出现一些大小不一的废弃纸桶，那时候，我们就可以大显身手了!可以将筒内的杂物取出，做成一个个引人注目的垃圾桶，这样，不就又做到“低炭”了吗?其实用废瓶盖去鱼鳞既快又安全，将五六个啤酒瓶或饮料瓶盖，交错地固定在一块木板上，留出把手，用它来刮鱼鳞，绝对的妙招!

雾霾的增多固然有天气因素的影响，也与煤烟型污染、汽车尾气污染密切相关，也就是通常所说的环境污染。此刻大雾霾到底是什么?简单地说，雾霾就是雾和霾的混合物，早晚湿度大时，雾的成分居多。雾是自然天气现象，是空气中的水汽，总体街上的汽车越来越多，路越来越堵，空气也越来越差。怎样办?尽量做到低碳出行吧。外出乘坐公共交通工具，或选择骑电动车、自行车出行。

我发现今年有一个现象很好，让人欣慰：以往逢年过节总是此起彼伏的烟花爆竹声少了很多。是因为鞭炮做得少了不够卖?是因为烟花品种单一销路不好?都不是。是因为雾霾来了，是因为大家明白，燃放烟花排出的气体是会污染环境的，会使此刻的雾霾天气雪上加霜，所以大家才会选择少放或不放烟花，尽力让空气好一点。

你看，大家的努力是有成果的：

经测试，年三十晚上的pm2。5指数明显低于去年同期，初一、初二的空气质量也还不错。

宿舍里，总会听见筋疲力尽的哀嚎声；就寝后，又会听见书本沙沙作响；台灯下，我们的笔尖又开始忙碌，它带着我们的激情，带着我们的信念，向着未来，向着梦想前行。有时我们会嗅着书香入睡，在梦里寻觅着自己的未来。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

I went there with my teachers by bus. It took us half an hour to get there. There were many kinds of animals. First, we went to see pandas. They were my favorite animals. How lovely they were!Then we watched the elephant show. The elephants were so clever that they were able to answer some math questions. At last, I took some photos of them. I had a great time. I stayed in Beijing Zoo for 2 hours.

More than twenty years ago, my hometown was just a small , old and poor town. Most of people were farmers. There were few factories. The people didn’t have enough food to eat and wore old clothes. They had a hard life .

Great changes have taken place in the past twenty years . The people have found a lot of ways of making money . Now there are many tall buildings . They are very beautiful . We have a new flat. It’s on the third floor. There are there bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a big living room. I have my own room now. It’s big and nice. There is a big curtains and an air-conditioner. It’s nice. I love my new room very much.

On the first floor there is the dining room, the lounge or sitting room, the kitchen and the hall. In the hall we set a stand for hats, coats and umbrellas. 我是一片叶。一片平凡的树叶，没有花儿般的美丽，没有小草般顽强的生命力，没有大海那样波涛汹涌，为人们带来豪情;更没有山一样挺拔。于是，我不再奢望，只希望做一片平凡的叶子。

走，走，我们寻声而去。到了，到了那是山谷间的一潭水，水源来自山顶的水泊，水顺着山壁滑下。啊，别摇！与几玩伴上了联结两山的木索桥，摇摇晃晃，刺激极了，乐趣无穷！游万山寻一水，虽不见其雁荡山飞雁，虽是遗憾，更是回味夜游雁荡也成了行程之一。夜空下雁荡山隐朦胧约，露出了些许容貌，欣赏的便是朦胧美。夜晚观景多了更多惊喜，很多早晨无法观察的景象，夜晚中竟明白可见，一路走来，宛如一幅画卷叙说着一段动人的故事。夜游雁荡，别有一番情趣。 作业，我心中永远的牵挂啊。 寒假将尽，我的心也紧。几日的恬静日子是过了，也该回归到本职工作中了，该写作业了。

做作业中，一个上午过去了，下午也过去了，偶然做累，张开手伸个懒腰，又连续投入战斗中了。朋友也经常打来电话，下午要不要玩桌游，大家都来了缺你呢，快来吧！听罢，我为之怦然心动，心想答应，但扭头看看作业，嗨，这事先算了吧。我作业还正写着呢，你们好好玩吧，我没法去，对不起啊。放下电话，我便后悔了，又是一口叹气，又只能无可奈何地连续我的工程，谁叫我洒脱那么久呢。 这个寒假让我欢喜让我忧啊。
