This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

虽然我的初三生活总是忙碌的，但是这并不是全部。有时也有快乐的，比如在忙完学习后跟同学谈天说地。有空的时候给自己放个小假，跟朋友出去玩下。所以说初三也不一定就是人间地狱。

快乐生活讨人喜，家家户户奔小康。“奔小康”，这个代表中国新时代的词语，对我们平民百姓来说并不陌生，其意思就是日子过得红红火火、幸福安康。奔小康，就要从小事做起，就要从邻里之间搞好关系。

奶奶可疼我了，每周都会大包小包的往城里送新鲜的蔬菜、自家的土鸡蛋、树上自然熟的香蕉……我每次都央求奶奶来城里和我们一块儿住，奶奶总是呆了半天就难受，她说：“这城里的套房有什么好的，上摸不着天，下踏不上地，每家每户一进家就关门，哪像我们老家自在，左邻右舍唠嗑、互帮互助，多亲近，多自在！”想想也是，同一楼道最多混个脸熟，叫什么，在哪上班还真是一问三不知。

这次，奶奶来家里住了一个多星期了居然也不嚷嚷着要回老家，这天傍晚吃过晚饭，奶奶一改往常地身穿运动服，脚踏运动鞋。我顿时疑窦丛生：“奶奶，今个儿你是怎么了，要出家门？”奶奶神神秘秘的，说：“不告诉你！”这句话勾起了我的好奇心。
