今天我特别高兴，因为《天中晚报》创刊十周年系列活动——去金顶山植树，我们家有幸被邀请，早上8点我和妈妈还有姐姐就出发了。

一路上，大路两边翠绿的麦田，一眼望不到边，黄金的油菜花随风起伏，小鸟欢快地叫着，9点我们迫不及待地来到金顶山二门，植树活动已经正式开始了，我们随着浩浩荡荡的植树大军向山上行进， 到了地方，我们小记者分到路西一片土质松软的草地上，技术员把步骤和要领告诉我们，他的话音还没落，我们就争先恐后地干起来。 我们一起选好位置拿着自带的铁锹开始挖坑，这时小记者部的伯伯走过来和蔼可亲的有把过程给我讲了一遍，我按照伯伯说的那样，首先，把上面的有基肥(树叶和野草)铲到一旁，再把第二层土放到另一边，这时一个直径一尺深，深二尺的树坑已好，我擦了一把汗，妈妈和姐姐把水抬了过来，我把国槐树苗放入坑内，让妈妈扶着，我把有基肥放入树坑浇水，把剩余的土全部填入坑内后，用力把松土用脚踩实，我们的树就栽好了。

为了记住自己的树，要给小树起一个名字，这时小记者部正紧挨着我们也种了一棵树，我突然来了灵感，树名叫“心连心”。我把树的名字和自己的名字写在小木牌上用铁丝固定在树枝上，此时仿佛看到一棵高大的国槐在春风中抖动着枝叶 11点，我们小记者全体和影，金顶山留下我们美好的回忆，植树结束了，下山时大家还兴奋不以，多有意义的植树活动啊!今天不但学会了植树还让我们从课堂走进田野，亲近自然。

我的课余生活是多么丰富，比如说：有游泳、溜冰、打羽毛球等等。其中，我最喜欢的活动就是打羽毛球。

在一天正在上课的时候，我焦急的想着：“怎么还没下课呀！难道是下课铃坏了吗？”就这样，时间一分一秒的过去了。叮叮当当，终于下课了，整个教学楼沸腾了起来，看到外面阳光明媚，春风送暖，我就和王福锦同学去操场上打羽毛球。游戏开始了，我双脚微弯，右手拿着羽毛球拍，左手拿着羽毛球，往上一抛，猛烈的向他打去，一个像利剑一样的羽毛球飞了过去。他想：“这次一定输定了。”但是，奇迹发生了，他正准备放弃的时候，把拍子随意一扔，居然接住了羽毛球，正当他兴高采烈的时候，我猛烈地反击了。就这样，我们打了十几个回合。终于，王福锦打得浑身没有力气，被我的高操球技打败了，我眉开眼笑，又兴致勃勃的走进了教室，骄傲的把这件事情的情节完整的给大爱描述了一遍。

这个游戏可真有趣，它给我们课余时间增加了不少的乐趣。

4月2日上午，我来到活动场地参加急救活动。

我找到位置后，老师和我们聊了一会。她说：“小记者们如果看到路上有一个人倒在地上，直说：‘啊，我好痛啊，快来救我啊！’，你们会救他吗？”“会！”我们都异口同声地说道。但有的人不禁举手发出了疑问：“可我们不会救人啊！怎么救人呢？”于是老师就开始教我们如何判断人的生死，如何进行心脏复苏。

这次的活动结束了，我受益匪浅！

转眼间下课铃响了，同学们快步走出教室，到操场上参加自己喜欢的课间活动。校园里顿时沸腾起来。

那校园的西面，有四个篮球架。篮架的旁边坐着一些同学，不时传来喝彩声和欢笑声。瞧，篮球小将们打得多起劲啊！就一分决定输赢，可是常常打好长时间还不分胜负。

看看篮架的东面，也围了一些同学。他们在跳绳。一个同学刚刚停下来，另一个同学连忙接上他，继续跳。

我们踢足球的同学玩得最有劲。两面传球的同学密切合作，不让另一队的同学抢到球。球从空中飞过来了，一个同学来了个临空飞射，把球踢进了另一队的球门。“噢！我们赢了。”获胜的队员欢呼起来。

我们的课外活动真是丰富多彩。有的跳橡皮筋，有的踢毽子，有的跑步。最有趣的是幼儿园的小朋友。他们在大哥哥大姐姐的带领下，在做老鹰捉小鸡的游戏呢！

Whenit comes to team sports in university will help students be successful in life,there is no completely agreement, some people advocate that team sports play akey role in students life while others think doing sports is wasting time andstudents should focus on their Study .Weighing up these two ideas, I prefer theformer one.

Ihave three reasons to support my view. Firstly, playing team sports helpstudents cooperate with others more easily and enhance their teamconsciousness. When students play team sports, they have chance to demonstratetheir leadership and train their executive ability. They may support each otherwhen they meet problems, and share happiness when they win in the game. Thisexperience makes them matured and understands the real meaning of unity. These studentsalways do things at the big picture, and often are recruited easily by bigcompanies than other students.

Besides, after taking physical exercises,students usually become refreshed and can return to class work moreenergetically. Whats more, students could exercise a good figure if theyinsist doing sports. Boys will have much muscle and girls will be thinner. Theywill be more confident than before.

In a team, students have sameinterest which will take them short time to be familiar with each other. Inaddition, students need train together, share their achievement together andovercome the hardship together. This experience has established a deepfoundation to their friendship. Furthermore, when they get alone with eachother, they could learn how to speak in an appropriate way and how to avoidconflicts with members.

我的爱好就像海里的小鱼一样多，比如：拍照、逛超市、旅游……但是，我最喜欢的是参加小区里的活动。那么，我就来介绍一下我们的邻居节吧。

带着自己做的寿司和晶皮月饼，告别邻居叔叔、阿姨、爷爷、奶奶、小朋友们，我高高兴兴地回家了，在路上，我心里想：“邻居节”给我带来了不少快乐，我希望在明年的邻居节上有更多的活动。

有一次课外活动，我们做完“弟子规”、“小皮球”、“七彩阳光”，等等一些特色操，罗老师就带领着我们玩游戏，分别是打滚比赛、人体摆字。

打滚比赛，我们分成男生队和女生队，由于男生多，女生少，有一部分男生在我们女生队里。开始比赛了，我们女生滚得有点慢，所以比男生稍微慢了一些，但我在努力的滚，把分追了回来，因为滚得有点快，头很晕，就一摇一晃的跑了回来，要不是离得不怎么远，我早就跑到别的地方了。最后，我们女生赢了。

人体摆字，我们仍然分成男女两队，第一个字是木头的“木”字，男生比我们摆的又快又好，所以男生赢了。第二个字是牙齿的“牙”字，在罗老师的指导下，虽然男生比我们快，但是，没我们女生队的要好，所以，我们队赢了，第三个字是回家的“回”字，男生比我们要快，我们摆到一半，男生就摆好了，男生赢了。

这场比赛我们两队打了一个平局，因为第一场我们队赢了，第二场，男生队赢了。虽然打了个平局，我们依然很开心，因为比赛是为了快乐，而不是为了赢。

星期天的晚上，月亮静静地挂在夜空，周围围绕着云朵。小区为了迎接圣诞节，专门举行了丰富多彩的游园晚会。

妈妈和我吃完饭，兴致勃勃地去参加小区举办的游园晚会。游园活动的项目除了唱歌、跳舞，还有许多游戏，比如猜谜语、踩气球、呼啦圈......但最令我难忘的还是“袋鼠跳”。

这个游戏规则是用袋子套住双脚，再向前小心地跳，否则会摔倒，然后从放在二十米外的椅子后面绕一圈，最后跳回原地，那个对先到就算赢。

我参加了这个游戏的比赛，随着评判的一声口令，我按照游戏规则去做。我一跳完，马上把袋子传给一位肥胖的叔叔。那位叔叔立刻手忙脚乱地套上袋子，像一只大熊一步步艰难地往前跳。一不小心，叔叔摔倒了，整个人扑在地上，屁股翘起，大家都捧腹大笑。让我惊讶的是，叔叔还是费力地爬起来，继续往前跳，这时，我大声地喊：“叔叔，加油！”尽管他的动作不协调，好不容易跳到终点。他还喊着：“我赢了！”大家都被他的表情逗得哈哈大笑，纷纷鼓起了掌。

Nowadays, there are many kinds of activities for people entertaining in their leisure time, especially in holiday, such as climbing a mountain, having a picnic, holding a party and so on. However, these recreational activities have its advantages but also bring some harmful influences to people’s lives.

First, to some extent, these recreational activities enrich people’s lives. Those who take part in different activities will not be easy to feel lonely or boring in their leisure time and live wonderful lives instead. Second, taking part in some group activities is a good form to strengthen friendships. For example, many students will hold a union to collect their old classmates or friends in winter holiday so that they have a common time to communicate with each other. 叮铃铃、叮铃铃……下课了。

宁静的校园一下子沸腾起来，到处都是欢声笑语。同学们冲出教室，玩着各式各样的游戏：有跳绳的，有踢键子的，有跳皮筋的，远处还有许多小朋友在跳舞、唱歌，还有的在打篮球，有的在看书……他们都玩的可开心呢!

先看跳绳的：他们三个人一组，绳子两边有两个人牵着，只见五颜六色的跳绳在她们的手中舞动，上上下下，左左右右，像一个个圆圈穿过小朋友的身体。有时候会绊一下，不过她们配合的非常好，一般不会绊倒。你看，她们笑得多甜哪!

再看踢键子的：只见五彩缤纷的鸡毛键子在小朋友的脚尖上来回飞舞，上上下下，像五彩的蝴蝶在空中成群结队的飞舞，看不清是谁在踢哪只键子，似乎是在开键子会呢!

最后看跳皮筋的：只见他们左蹦蹦、右跳跳，不一会儿就逃出了“敌人”的手掌心，看他们有多开心啊!

叮铃铃、叮铃铃……上课铃响了，校园里一下子安静下来了，不时传出了朗朗的读书声……

看吧，操场上是孩子们的世界，有的在玩游戏，有的在进行体育活动。真是八仙过海，各显其能。你瞧，这边的小朋友咱玩切西瓜、老鹰捉小鸡、跳皮筋、捉迷藏、猜猜我是谁等游戏，那边的小朋友在跳绳、跳远、跑步。大家个个玩的都很起劲、很开心。我玩的是老鹰捉小鸡的游戏，下面我给大家讲讲这个游戏的玩法吧：首先大家要通过剪子、包袱、锤，将出谁是老鹰和母鸡，其余的都当小鸡，老母鸡在最前面，负责抵挡老鹰对小鸡的攻击，其他小鸡都排成长队在老母鸡的身后，用手抓住前面一个人的衣服，老鹰不许捉母鸡，只能捉她身后的小鸡，当老鹰快要捉到小鸡时，小鸡可以蹲下躲避，被老鹰捉到的小鸡就要出列，在一个地方等着，等小鸡全部被捉住了，再次剪子、包袱、锤，重新开始。

时间过的真快，上课铃响了，同学们快乐的跑回了教室。

我最喜爱的课外活动就是滑旱冰了。

今年生日那天我收到了盼望已久的礼物——一双漂亮的旱冰鞋。浅绿色的鞋面、银色的钢板，再配上四个精巧的轮子，嘿！别提多精神了。我真想马上穿上它，体验一下“飞翔”的感觉。

下午，我和妈妈来到儿童公园。我迫不及待地穿上了旱冰鞋。可是并不像我想象的那样简单。穿上后总是摇摇摆摆，马上就要跌倒的样子。妈妈扶着我，而我像个小婴儿一样，蹒跚学步、小心翼翼。过了一会儿，我放开妈妈的手，自己向前迈着步子。可是刚走了几步，就和大地来了个亲密接触。哎！学旱冰可真不容易啊。妈妈鼓励我，让我掌握好技巧，勇敢一点。渐渐地，我越滑越稳。经过不懈地努力，我总于学会滑旱冰了。

今天下午，我们学校组织了一场拔河比赛。先是六年级的同学进行比赛。只听体育老师一声：预备——读——，早已攒足劲的双方队员立即向自己的德一边拉去。那根绳子瞬间绷得紧紧的，绳子中间的那条红绸子忽左忽右，来回移动，那绳子像一条大蛇在艰难地蠕动。突然，那红绸子不动了，场上出现了僵局。左右两边的同学都用尽全力向自己的一变啦，可那红绸子就像被孙悟空用了定身法术定在那而似的，仍然一动不动。

这时，场外的加油声、呐喊声更加响亮了，同学们都目不转睛地盯着懒惰的红绸子，希望有个结果。几秒钟后，红绸子忽然移向左边，而且离胜负线越来越近了，眼看就要过线了，场外观众又传来了“加油!加油!”的呐喊声，右边的同学并不灰心，拼命的往回拉，左边的同学也不示弱，拼命将绳子往左边拉······场外的助威声更加热烈了，有的同学急得直跺脚，有的同学嗓子都喊哑了，还有的同学急得恨不得上去帮着拉······中雨，哨子响了。左边的同学挑着、喊着、欢呼着：“我们赢了!”

这是一场多么激烈的比赛一次多么有趣的课外活动。

这一天下午的第三节课是我们一年级、二年级三年级和其他的年级，这一节课就是我们这几个年级的课外活动的时间。这届课外活动让我很开心，开心的原因是我们玩了，玩得很开心。下面我给你们讲讲吧。

在这一节课之中我们先围着操场跑一圈，如果跑好了就可以玩了。我们跑完之后，老师说我们跑得什么都不是，但是老师还是让我们玩了。玩的游戏是抱球。在玩的过程中，老师先把我们男生和女生个分成两队，意思是男生两队，女生两队。器材是是四个呼啦圈，和六个足球，两个呼啦圈里各放三个足球。游戏规则是把一个呼啦圈里的三个球有一个同学抱得大概差不多抱两个小同学，是瘦的同学的腰围那么大。游戏开始了第一组的同学开始了，第一个同学抱到对方的一个同学的呼啦圈里。然后对方的第二个人就抱到对方的那里，我们就这样一直玩了下去。

这就是课外活动。

Enjoy Yourself While Fulfilling Responsibility

In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now Ive benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

Learning is a long process; Ill keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.

At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5，000 words on only one day. Gradually， they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.

I also realize that only those who bring happinefor others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare. I once went to a barren mountain village with my classmates. We taught the kids there who could not afford school. Campus life is the most splendid time. But different people have different choices. The majority of students cherish their beautiful season and cherish the hope that one day theyll become outstanding. But there are indeed some students still under ignorance. They gather together for eating， drinking or playing cards. Theyre busy in searching for a girlfriend or a boyfriend. They forget completely about their mission as college students and the hope of their motherland.

Finally， I do hope everybody can try their best to become a worthy citizen of the country. I do hope everybody can become the backbone of our nation and make great contributions to society

上课铃声响了,老师神秘兮兮地面带笑容踏进课室.老师还吩咐了四位小组长上台拿题目.小组长拿完题目后,组员们迫不及待低围在一起讨论.我们组的第一题是"遇木傲雪,遇水一片汪洋。我心里想：什么东西加‘木’字旁是在冬天，加‘三点水’是一片汪洋?突然，我的脑海里展现出《梅花魂》的“梅”字。再经过再一次检验，是“梅”字!接下来的题目我们组都十分有信心地把答案填上去。还有一题猜字谜难住我们了。是“千里一线牵”。我们左想右想，其中一位组员说“重”字。“时间到”!只听见老师那洪亮的声音扫遍了整个教室。教室里原来吱吱喳喳的讨论声立刻变得鸦雀无声了。各组的答案都显示在屏幕上，我们心惊胆战地接受了这个一般般的结果——60分。接下来的比赛都十分激烈，有的让同学们笑得合不拢嘴，有的让同学们愤愤不平。

虽然这次我们组只得了个第三名，可是却给我增加了我们的课外知识和领悟到做人要具有团结的精神。

[性活动有趣的课外优秀作文

今天，我来到太仓消防大队进行“小记者”活动。

上午9：00活动正式开始，我8：20就从家里出发到达了消防大队。我到的时候已经有好多“小记者”已经来了，他们都在健身房参观，所以我也去了那里。进来以后，我一眼就看见摆放在那里练习举重的扛铃。上面写着5KG、7、5KG、25KG、35KG。我试了一下都好重啊，拿也拿不动。看来这些都是消防员叔叔平时锻炼的时候使用的。

活动开始了，消防员叔叔带领我们参观了消防车和救援时使用的器材。在消防叔叔的帮助下，我还试穿了救生衣和消防衣，没想到这些衣服那么厚，那么重，我只穿了几分钟就感觉快热死了。

最后，我们“小记者”和消防员叔叔在消防车前拍了一张大合影，作为纪念。

通过参加这次活动我才知道消防员叔叔做好这份工作真的很不容易，做好这项工作也很辛苦，以后我一定会更加尊重他们，向他们学习不怕苦不怕累的精神。
