今年12月4日是我国第三个国家宪法日，也是第十六个全国法制宣传日，莱阳市政府决定提前于12月2日举办本次活动。市农机局根据统一部署，在蚬河公园北门广场参加了“弘扬宪法精神，推进依法治国”为主题的法制宣传日活动。

今天下午第三节课是我们六年级的课外活动，我们班的同学都分高兴。

在我们打扫卫生的时候，齐华宇突然想到了大跳绳。于是，就问我们：“喂，李申浩，你们是谁拿大跳绳啊？拿了大跳绳在操场上就可以玩了。”“可以，红的是好的，蓝的是坏的。”我和孙康杰异口同声的说道。后来，齐华宇觉得红色的跳绳太短了，于是，他就把袋子里面的器材都倒了过来。他和李申浩经过几次辩论之后，终于得到了同意的答案：把大跳绳拿到操场去。

等我们找到队伍之后，就站了一小会儿，就解散了。

于开始了，就有好几个人玩。我就想：哈哈，如果我们不拿大跳绳的话，他们也没得玩了。终于轮到我了，我好高兴啊！霎时间，我又想到：咦？这么长的时间，跳大跳绳不会生熟吧？跳错的话就会遭到别人的嘲笑，反而让我更加的害羞。这可怎么办啊？我非常郁闷。这时候，才真正的该我了。趁着上一个人刚跑了出来，我就跑了进去。当时，我非常害怕。生怕自己跳不过去，引来大家的笑声。短短的时间，绳子过来了，我集中我的全部精神，纵身一跳，啊！我竟然跳过去了！这一个跳过去，可给我很大的信心。我不再惧怕我跳不过去了，而是非常勇敢的纵身一跳，就跳过去了。接下来的几个那就简单多了。当上一个刚刚跑出被绳子甩的那片地，我就进去了，哈哈！我跳过去咯！这时候，我的心里是多么的自在啊！总是牢牢挂在心上面的锁子终于解开了！

看吧，操场上是孩子们的世界，有的在玩游戏，有的在进行体育活动。真是八仙过海，各显其能。你瞧，这边的小朋友咱玩切西瓜、老鹰捉小鸡、跳皮筋、捉迷藏、猜猜我是谁等游戏，那边的小朋友在跳绳、跳远、跑步。大家个个玩的都很起劲、很开心。我玩的是老鹰捉小鸡的游戏，下面我给大家讲讲这个游戏的玩法吧：首先大家要通过剪子、包袱、锤，将出谁是老鹰和母鸡，其余的都当小鸡，老母鸡在最前面，负责抵挡老鹰对小鸡的进攻，其他小鸡都排成长队在老母鸡的身后，用手抓住前面一个人的衣服，老鹰不许捉母鸡，只能捉她身后的小鸡，当老鹰快要捉到小鸡时，小鸡可以蹲下躲避，被老鹰捉到的小鸡就要出列，在一个地方等着，等小鸡全部被捉住了，再次剪子、包袱、锤，重新开始。

时间过的真快，上课铃响了，同学们快乐的跑回了课室。

【篇三：课外活动】

我的课余生活是多么丰富，比如说：有游泳、溜冰、打羽毛球等等。其中，我最喜欢的活动就是打羽毛球。

在一天正在上课的时候，我焦急的想着：“怎么还没下课呀！难道是下课铃坏了吗？”就这样，时间一分一秒的过去了。叮叮当当，终于下课了，整个教学楼沸腾了起来，看到外面阳光明媚，春风送暖，我就和王福锦同学去操场上打羽毛球。游戏开始了，我双脚微弯，右手拿着羽毛球拍，左手拿着羽毛球，往上一抛，猛烈的向他打去，一个象利剑一样的羽毛球飞了过去。他想：“这次一定输定了。”但是，奇迹发生了，他正准备放弃的时候，把拍子随意一扔，居然接住了羽毛球，正当他兴高采烈的时候，我猛烈地反击了。就这样，我们打了十几个回合。终于，王福锦打得浑身没有力气，被我的高操球技打败了，我眉开眼笑，又兴致勃勃的走进了课室，骄傲的把这件事情的情节完整的给大爱描述了一遍。

这个游戏可真有趣，它给我们课余时间增加了不少的乐趣。

【篇四：课外活动】

雪下了一天一夜，学校的大操场上已铺上了一层厚厚的地毯。我们几个同学约好放学后去打雪仗。

终于放学了，大家怀着喜悦的心情，兴高采烈地来到了操场。我们分成了男女两队：顾西陵、谷亚宁和王嘉伟组成男生队；我、孙嘉荧和卢靖雯为女生队。规则是：谁被雪球砸中，谁就成为对方的人。来到操场，双方就忙着做雪球。我抓起一把洁白的雪，用手捏实，一个圆溜溜的雪球就做好了。经过几分钟的准备，我们就开始了激烈的‘战斗’。只见王嘉伟拿起一个大雪球“嗖”得一声向我砸来。我连忙闪开，也不甘示弱向他仍了一个大雪球。王嘉伟看见雪球向自己飞来，吓得就象老鼠见了猫一样，立刻连忙躲开。当他看见雪球没有打中自己，还得意的向我们扮了一个鬼脸。渐渐的，我们女生队快抵挡不住了。大家就拿出一个超级大雪球狠狠地向男生队扔去，一下子居然砸中了两个人。男生们见情况不妙也只好乖乖的举手投降。这一次打雪仗，我们女生队大获全胜。大家高兴极了。

天色渐渐地暗了下来，我们手拉着手一起走出了学校。

【篇五：课外活动】

“加油，加油……”高湖中心小学的操场上传来了排山倒海般的呐喊声，是什么事情这么热闹啊，去看看吧。

原来这是他们在利用课外活动的时间进行比赛呢。看，现在进行的是五年级二班和六年级二班之间的拔河比赛，我也代表六年级二班在其中哦。在和五年级二班比赛时我们轻而易举地赢了，接下来是我们和六年级一班的对抗，我们两个班势均力敌，刚开始时绳子几乎不动，这时，我们班的几位同学由于用力过猛倒了，绳子一下子到了那边，我们慌了，拉拉队的同学看到这种情形想上来帮忙但是被裁判拦住了。当时我想：我们一定要赢，一定要为六年级二班争光！这时，有位同学在旁边喊：“快站起来，整理好心情继续加油，胜利是我们的！”听到这句话同学们也勇气倍加，信心十足地接受了挑战，我们费了九牛二虎之力终于赢了六年级一班。“耶！我们是总冠军！”同学们高兴得手舞足蹈。

我们的比赛结束了，接下来是老师们激烈的羽毛球比赛。老师们也非常厉害，个个身手敏捷，一个也不差。老师们在比赛时，同学们的加油声震耳欲聋，尤其是为自己的老师加油时，那是不遗余力啊！

星期五下午，活动课开始了。本来我们应该在室内立定跳远，可司老师竟破天荒地带着我们去室外活动。

司老师说：“男生女生两队，来个比赛，跳着过去，看哪队先到对面。”我们各个都象一只欣喜若狂的小鸡，奋力地跳跃着。结果，男生队跳着跳着就乱了套，我还被后面的叶祖辉等人压成了一张“肉饼”。可男生队还是赢了，毕竟跑跳是男生的强项吗！男生们不时露出胜利的微笑，不时发出喜悦的欢呼。

可女生呢，各个指着我们男生的脸，说：“队都散了，赢了也不光彩！”

司老师又宣布：“现在比赛跑步，看谁跑得快！预备——开始！”我们各个象脱了缰绳的野马狂奔起来。可有的同学见跑不过别人，便脱离跑道，向着终点跑去。我气得直咬牙，大声喊道：“谁赖皮就不是男子汉！”可他们哪听我的话，只当没听见似的。

等到大家都到了终点，司老师发话了：“都回班吧，再这样下去可不得了了。”

虽然只短短的十几分钟，却给我带来了许多的快乐，留下了深刻的印象。

“老鹰捉小鸡”的游戏真好玩。

当老师一说起这个游戏名称时，就有好几个男同学争着当老鹰，于是，老师让我们自由组合玩。我们这一组由林蕾当老鹰，我当鸡妈妈，其他都当小鸡，分配好角色后，有趣的游戏就开始了。

“老鹰”一步步地向我逼进，看她那眼神好象要把我这群肥肥胖胖的小鸡全给“消灭”掉，美餐一顿呢！可我这个鸡妈妈也不是好惹的，我会尽我的全力来保护我的小鸡。老鹰趁我不注意猛然向我的右边扑来，张开她那“锋利”的“鹰爪”，我这个鸡妈妈当然也不甘示弱，奋力挡了过去，狡猾的“老鹰”见我上当了，猛一转身连忙向我的左边扑去，我见不妙，来了个“急刹车”也急忙向左挡去，后面的鸡群也随着我晃来荡去……。第一局平局。

第二局时“老鹰”更狡猾了，她左转一圈，右转一圈，把我弄得晕头转向，并趁机向我们“进攻”，后面的“小鸡们”左躲右闪，蹦来跳去，连我也慌了手脚，这一下子，“老鹰”一连捉了我3只小鸡，可她还不罢休，她时而向我发起猛攻，时而站在原地跟我对词，不一会儿，又吃了我3只小鸡。第二局老鹰赢。

我们满头大汗地又玩起了第三局，“丁零零，丁零零”清脆的下课铃响了，我们结束了快乐的活动，可我还沉浸在那游戏的喜悦中。

【篇八：课外活动】

下课了！同学们象小鸟一样飞出了课室，来到操场上。这时候操场上热闹极了！有的在跳绳，有的在扔沙包，有的在跑步比赛，有的在玩游戏……大家都在做自己喜欢做的事情，我也在做自己喜欢做的事情。你们大家猜猜我喜欢做什么呢？猜不到吧！我在校内花园拣落叶准备做书签。

秋天到了，校园的内花园可漂亮了！一走进去，你就会被它的景色陶醉了。优雅的桂花落了，可你一走上前仔细闻闻，你还是会闻到它那保留的香味。一棵棵小柏树还是那么强壮，永远穿着它那鲜艳的绿衣服。我先寻觅到躺在草地上的一片大落叶。它一半黄一半绿，我叫不出它的名字，它是心形的，身上有一颗颗小斑点，还发出淡淡的清香，非常好闻！我高兴地拿着树叶来到课室。我用小剪刀在树叶上剪出了一颗颗小星星的形状，接着剪了一些小花贴在“小星星”的脸上，然后用彩笔在树叶上画上了一双小眼睛和一个小嘴吧，还画了个小鼻子，最后把它夹进书本压上几分钟，拿出来在它的反面写上“读书伴你行”。哈哈，一张人见人爱的小书签做好了！它是属于爱学习的人的，我决定再做许多小书签送给我的同学。

今天，我的心情特别的高兴。你知道为什么吗?因为我将要去三水的侨鑫农庄进行课外扩展。

天气寒冷，冷得我们瑟瑟发抖，更根本就不愿意动，教练见到我们这样，看在眼里急在心上，于是，教练便带着我们大家跑了两圈，后来，又给我们训了话，但收效甚微。到了9点钟，太阳公公终于从云层中露出了笑脸。这时，我们的热情膨胀，兴奋极了。教练见此机会，便开始了培训。

虽然我们玩了许多游戏，但使我受益和终生难忘的是--“传球运动”。

上一个活动结束后，小休了一会儿，我们便开始了游戏。你看，我们玩得多开心啊!

教练把队长叫了过去，吩咐一些事情，正当我们在互相猜测的时候，队长回来了，只见她手上拿着水管，其实就是把水管写截成两半，还拿着两个高尔夫球。当队长刚把游戏规则说到一半时，我们就有点迫不及待，蠢蠢欲动了。接下来，是练习时间。因为我们大多数都是独生子女，有的甚至连洗碗布都没碰过。玩这种高难度的游戏显得很困难。个个的信心都丧失了，当我们快要放弃的时候，幸亏有队长和教练鼓励我们。在教练的的教导下，我们知道了，有某些事情看起来做不到，但是只要我们团结一致，就能把困难击退，“困难就像弹弓，你强它就弱，你弱它就强。”不但如此，在教练的指导下，我们进步神速，很快就能掌握自如了。

比赛终于开始了，只见我们屏息凝视，生怕有一丁点的差错。我们双手紧握水管，两眼直直的盯的住滚动着的高尔夫球，因为有两个球，而且两球不能相撞，难度相当的高。就当我们快要取得胜利的时候，忽然出现了一个差错，导致游戏失败，需要重新来过，就是因为这个小小的失误，使得我们在最后没有取得胜利，但是，我们却很高兴，很开心。因为今天我懂得了“团结就是胜利”这句话的含义了，它的意思是说，只要团结起来，就没有什么困难可以打倒自己。

经过今天这次课外扩展，我收益匪浅，而且，我又学会了一句话，“逆水乘舟，不进则退。”

12月11日，我参加了《郑州日报》小记者的活动：参观河南省博物院。

这是我第一次参加小记者团的活动，在妈妈告诉我这一消息的那一刻，我就开始怀着既兴奋又激动，还伴有一丝紧张的心情，期待着这次活动的到来……

活动当天，我早早就准备好了笔和笔记本，来到了河南省博物院的门口集合。参加活动的小记者很多，可看来看去，也没有一张我熟悉的面孔。

9点半时，在带队老师和讲解员阿姨的带领下，我们进入博物院的大厅。大厅正对大门，有一组巨大的雕塑。雕塑描述的就是中原文化发源地的河南：上面有巍巍中岳嵩山、登封观星台、嵩山寺塔、龙门石窟，还有两头大象，讲述着河南简称“豫”的故事，非常壮观！

这次活动，我们主要参观了“中原古代文明之光”。走过象征着“时空隧道”的长廊，我们先到了“史前文化”展厅，里面展出了许多石器时代的工具、乐器，比如：削刮器、雕刻器、石斧、石磨等；我最感兴趣的是用仙鹤的骨头做的“骨笛”，它是我国发现的历史最早、性能最强的管乐器，讲解员阿姨还告诉我们说，在出土的二十多根骨笛中，有三根现在还能演奏，不仅能演奏古典，还能演奏现代乐曲，一点儿也不亚于现在的乐器，被誉为“中华第一笛”。我们还欣赏了仰韶的彩陶文化和先进的龙山文化。
