The double ninth festival is a respect for the elderly, to respect, love and support helpage festival of the elderly.

重阳节是九月九日，双九是生命长久、健康长寿的意思，所以重阳节也叫“老人节”。重阳节是尊老、敬老、爱老、助老的老年人节日。

金秋送爽，丹桂飘香，农历九月初九的重阳佳节，活动丰富。许许多多的传统美德将在这一天纷纷涌现。比如：给老人让座、扶老人过马路、陪他们郊游、散步、登高、吃重阳糕、赏菊等等。多为老人做善事，让她们吃好，穿好，住好，让老人保持精神愉快才是最大的孝顺。

大多数爷爷、奶奶风风雨雨几十年，历经坎坷，为儿女们创造了优良的环境和物质基础，很不容易。现在他们老了，我们要懂得感恩，懂得报答父母的养育之恩，不要让他们感到孤独寂寞。要常回家看看他们，哪怕是陪他们说说话，洗洗碗筷，他们也会高兴地像小孩一样。我的外婆就是这样的。假日里，妈妈带我去看望外婆时，外婆“返老童年”，她还陪我玩捉迷藏呢!敬爱的爷爷、奶奶们：祝您们节日快乐!

One day the wind said to the sun, “Look at that man walking along the road.

Halloween Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints‘ Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly. Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Every time they come to a new house, they say,"Trick or treat! Money or eat!" The grown-ups put treat-money or candy in their bags. Not only children, but most grown-ups also love Halloween and Halloween parties because on this day,they can disguise themselves as personages or ghost as their imaginations will lead them. This bring them the satisfaction of being young.
