Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. 保护环境是从一点一滴的小事做起，而我却没有做好。有一次过新年，我们去顺峰山公园游玩，骑完自行车，我们个个都饿了，我们买了一小包零食来吃，而我，吃完零食，我因为高兴过头了，所以随手就把我吃过的7包零食的包装扔在地上，然后我进去便利店里面看电视，尽管今天的电视剧很好看，过了半个小时，我把以前妈妈跟我说的话忘得一干二净，我所有的心思都沉迷在这个电视剧里面。在过了三十分钟，我才想起来，可是，这时候，妈妈生气的走过来说：“你这个臭丫头，难道我以前跟你说的要保护环境，你都忘了吗?”我说：“我不是忘了，我只是顾着看电视。”妈妈说：“看电视重要一些，还是捡垃圾重要一些?”我说：“捡垃圾。”妈妈说：“那你快点捡呀。”

然后，我捡起一小堆垃圾，扔进垃圾桶，我不但向妈妈认错了，我也向顺峰山公园的每一个扫地阿姨认了错。因为，如果每个人都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么就会给清洁阿姨增加负担。如果你看见一块垃圾在地面，那你就弯弯腰，动动手，做一个保护环境的人，那么就会给清洁阿姨减少负担……

虽然这件事已经过去一年了，但是，这件事让我学会了，如果世界上都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么整个地球就会变成一片废区，所以我们每个人都要保护环境，保护地球，世界才会更美好!

处在地球上的我们有一个共同的责任，那就是保护环境。

随着人类社会的发展，原本茂密的树林、清澈见底的河水、绿茵茵的草地、五颜六色的美丽花朵，在空中自由自在飞翔的鸟儿们、在草原上自由奔跑的动物们……都变成了光秃秃的树桩、发黑发臭的河水、枯萎的草地，鸟儿们被囚禁在鸟笼里失去了自由、各种不同的动物也陆续成为了人类餐桌上的美味佳肴……这是多么让人感到窒息的环境啊!我们的心情变得多么沉重。

科技在发展，国家在进步，但是我们赖以生存的地球，正一点点遭受着污染、毁坏，它已经累得喘不过气来。然而人类的行为也遭到自然的惩罚，自然灾害连年不断，泥石流、沙尘暴、地震、酸雨……最近几年，地球的环境正在逐渐地恶化，树木地砍伐，不仅使树木越来越少，而且更让土地沙漠化严重起来。高耸的大厦覆盖了一片片土地，汽车尾气，工业生产排出的废气，把我们的空气污染了，水污染了。

与此同时，人们才慢慢意识到事态的严重性，开始渐渐环保起来。

“每人少扔一张纸，地球就会更加美丽” ，现在的人们都会说这句话，但是有多少人是能做到这一点的呢?

3.放下手中的斧头，去种植我们更需要的小树。

4.保护环境，人人戒烟。

如果每个社会公民都能做到简单的4个要求，那么我们的家园就会更加美丽。

我们作为中学生，应该呼吁大家，行动起来。宣传环保，积极参与绿色活动。地球上的资源并非取之不尽用之不竭，所以，环保才是根本。

人们喜不自胜，就都凑上去看情况，他们看到了一排排大树和一条条清澈的小河，再往进走，他们看到了一群男女老少正在植树，都羞愧地低下了头。人们这才体会到保护环境的重要性。

回到家后，人们自发的组织植树，还积极的捡拾垃圾，直至排放污染气体和污水，地球又焕发出了勃勃生机。台风、龙卷风等自然灾害都不敢入侵了。

地球妈妈十分开心，一旁的月亮也很高兴，她说：“呵呵，这下可好了，人们终于知道保护环境的重要性了。姐姐，您有什么愿望呀？”地球满怀憧憬地说“我希望人们可以永远懂得‘环保’二字的意义。这样我就可以永远这么舒服了。”
