首先，我先给大家讲一个真实的事件。那是我随我的外公从宜昌坐船前往三峡时发生的一件事。

如今科技虽然在高速发展，但这影响到了我们的环境。河流污染，大气污染，树木的减少，沙漠的增多……这一切的一切都是拜人类所赐!国家虽然在重视，世界虽然在重视，什么环境保护日，这些事又有多少人影起了注意呢?在我看来，是极少的。国家虽然在这么说，可是光说不做又有什么用呢?做了也只是少数罢了!根本没有从主要原因抓起!你看，黄河的水不是还在被污染吗?工厂不照样还在污染大气吗?抓，就应该从小抓起，从人们的素质，品质抓起，可是国家乃至世界这么做了吗?没有!即使做了也只是做样子罢了。环境不是照样还在被污染吗?

动物还在灭绝，山洪还在爆发，沙尘暴照样存在……这都充分说明了环境还在污染!国家只会去赈灾，而不去根本抓起，只会去赈灾，这又有什么用呢?各种灾难不还是照样在发生吗?我们应该像鲁迅一样。他当初从医是为了拯救中国人，而他发现，这解决不了根本，所以，他当了作家，去拯救人们的精神。因为这就是根本!所以，我们作为21世纪的小主人，就应该明白，什么是破坏环境的根本，从要点去解决它。努力吧――21世纪的我们!

My school life

There is no doubt that almost all students dislike school life,but everyone has the responsibility to end the the examination-oriented education.

I am a student who study in a school which is located in Yongchang. I was admitted into this beautiful school. I still remember the day when I first went to school. In my eyes, everything was pretty. I get on well with my classmates and teachers. Since I went to this school, I think of my teachers as my best friends like leaves and flowers. I never look upon them as others. It is reason why I often question my teachers on some problems is that I love them. When I am trouble and lose heart, they always help me settle these problems.Of course, I am also satisfied with their education. I have a lot of friends who can make me try to form them good study habits. Because of that, I often get up early and try my best to study well.

I also like you that I have favorite subject, also have dislike subject. I prefer learning English to learning others. It is easily of me to learn this lesson, I often get an "A" in the exam. In my In my opinion，In the future work, the English study also play an important role. I do not like Chinese because it is so boring that I cant stand

地球是我们的家园，美好的环境更是我们开心生活的前提。为了我们生存的家园能够温馨舒适，我提出三条建议：

一工业污水不要随意排放，最好能够统一处理后循环使用。

二生活垃圾要分类回收，以便再利用。号召人们爱护环境，并在一些卫生状况较差的区域贴上醒目的警示标志。

三对空气污染进行监督和治理，尤其是要对那些排量超标的烟囱限期整改。

在我们身边还有许多人环保意识淡薄，真希望有更多人加入到环保行列当中，让家乡的环境变得越来越好。

乡镇企业异军突起，在经济舞台上扮演着举足轻重的角色。但是，占总数40%的乡镇企业对环境的污染也到了触目惊心的程度。曾经山明水秀的华东农村，因受为数众多的乡镇企业所排出的“三废”的侵害，其污染已居全国之首，令人痛心。更有甚者，由于大量废气的无限制排放，竟使我国工业重镇本溪在卫星的视野里“销声匿迹”，真是骇人听闻。因此，环境与发展的问题已严峻地摆在每一个中国人的面前。

对于人类而言，环境与五谷同等重要，是我们生存的基础。同时，发展又是提高生活水平的必要手段。爱护环境、净化环境、美化环境，可以铸就我们健康的身心，从而使我们在发展经济的事业中精力充沛。因而，发展的过程应该是不断强化环境意识，注重生活质量的过程。只有不破坏环境的发展，才是真正的发展。古人所说的“夭人合一”，也包含着人类的发展进步与环境的不断净化应该“和谐共振”的意思。理智的人类不仅对此理解深刻，还创造了人与环境和谐发展的奇迹。“亚洲四小龙”之一的新加坡，其经济的不断腾飞与其环境的不断美化是同步进行的。经济强国日本，其不断上升的经济指数与其不断下降的环境污染指数同样令世人瞩目。所以，人类的经济增长与环境的保护可以比翼齐飞，这是人类追求的目标。清新的环境孕育出的智慧人类可以创造无数的经济奇迹，而这又促使人类更加珍视白己赖以生存的家园。花园式城市的不断涌现就是明证。生产的掘进与环境的净化、美化可以和谐统一。

相反，如果以践踏环境为代价来发展生产，那么，这种发展则是鼠目寸光的发展，是包容着灭顶之灾危机的发展。曾经山明水秀的华东农村不是成为全国污染之首了吗?重庆的酸雨不是曾使两万亩农田的庄稼顿成一片枯黄吗?本溪不是从卫星的视野中消失了吗?淮河流域上蔡段新生儿的致畸率不是达到了60%了吗?疯狂的掠夺生产，残忍的破坏性开发，卑劣的功利性作业，为害当代，贻害千秋李人类自身的发展一旦破坏了神圣不可侵犯的环境，环境将加倍地还以报复性的打击，直到人类无“家”可归。到那时，握着以天文数字来表示产值的人类，又将何去何从?(初中作文)

with the development of economy, more and more high buildings are being built in large and medium-sized cities across the country. in urbanization, however, one thing should not be neglected---environmental protection. it is unscientific to judge a city’s modernization level by the number of high buildings. recently, a new concept “environmental image” has come into being and become an important criterion with which to evaluate a city.

the concept stresses that a modern city must have efficient environmental promotion. it must have a proper proportion of green land, clean water and fresh air. to add more greenery to a city, i would like to make the following proposals:

1. we should popularize “vertical greenery” technique, that is, to plant more green-leaved plants like boston ivy in densely-located buildings. the roof space of buildings should be used fully to plant flowers, fruits and grasses.

2. certain room should be reserved for green belts, green patches in the building of new residential districts and the reconstruction of urban areas.

3. measures should be taken to strengthen people’s awareness of greenery. people should, for example, be encouraged to plant “wedding trees” and “birthday trees”.
