由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”。

爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

As nurses flowers there, I go to infusion room, put the flowers to the unit nurse aunt, they take the flowers, the bright smile on his face. Before I came to a nurse aunt, had an interview with her a few questions: "aunt hello! You work at ordinary times including those content? What do you think of your own hard work? Do you think is the most unforgettable thing in a work?" Aunt to tell me: "she work at ordinary times is mainly infusion, injection for the patient. Although work is very hard, but to see the patient rehabilitation smile made her very happy." This short a few words, the words right out of the nurses.

This activity let me know the daily work of the nurses, also hope to be able to advocate more people understand the nurse, care nurses.

护士们是一位位白衣天使，默默无闻的帮病人打针，有一些护士许多年来的工作一直兢兢业业，在平凡的岗位上做出了不平凡的贡献。

我是公益小天使的一员，星期六的早上，我捧着鲜花，拿着问卷依次来到了浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院、市一、浙江省中医院。为那里的护士送花，我走到输液室，把花送给了一位位护士阿姨，她们接过花，脸上露出了灿烂的笑容。我来到一位护士阿姨面前，采访了她几个问题：“阿姨您好!您平时的工作包括那些内容?您觉得自己的工作辛苦吗?您觉得在工作中最难忘的事是什么?”阿姨一一的告诉我：“她平时的工作主要是输液，为病人打针。工作虽然很辛苦，但是看到病人康复的笑脸使她很开心。”这短短的几句话，说出了护士们的心声。

这次活动让我了解了护士的日常工作，也希望能倡导更多的人理解护士，关爱护士。

In Tianjin,there are many buildings of bygone times.Some of them are

imposing and have great artistic and historic value.However,these buildings do

mot fit in well with each other,because most of them were built by foreigners in

different times.The traffic in the city is not very convenient.The street are

usually narrow and twisted.If the government wanted to have them widened,a large

number of buildings would have to be pulled down.Some buildings are too old and

are nothing more than cottages,and in place of them,some new high buildings have

been set up.However,the new ones are still few and in many places they seem

quite out of place.

Yet those Western-style buildings give Tianjin a different characteristic

from other cities and those new ones lend the city fresh vitality which will

spread rapidly with the reform going on.
