同学们个个热情高涨，操场上彩旗招展鲜花朵朵。首先开始的是男子60米跑，预备，砰!一声发令枪响，张一鸣像风一样跑了出去，可是对手的速度更快。咱们的加油声此起彼伏，最后张一鸣得了第三名。池昌隆上场了，发令枪响后只见他飞奔如虎冲向终点，可是后边的同学也是像射出的箭一样一会便超过了他，他获得了第五名。下面是女子60米跑，咱们班的李昂、王子瑜就该大显身手了。赛跑时，李昂一下子就超过了所有对手，获的了冠军，而王子瑜不幸被落到后边，成了第三名。我期待了好久好久的男子100米跑开始了，只见董宸佑精神抖擞地去比赛了。刚一开始董宸佑被落到了后面，快要终点的时候，他奋起直追使劲赶了上来，他获得了第五名。接下来，咱们班的王逸宸获得了另一个小组比赛的第三名，同学们心情激动四周充满了欢乐声。

在比赛过程中同学们你追我赶力争第一，各班的拉拉队也是加油声不绝。运动会结束了，最后校长公布成绩，咱们听见咱们三年级三班是全年级第一名时，咱们更是欢呼雀跃。

今年我参加了：仰卧起坐、30米跑步和负重接力赛。最有意思的是负重接力赛。要开始了，我们看见没有接力棒，只有一个装有沙包的盆子，大家非常惊讶!这个是用来干什么的呢?老师宣布规则说：“我们8个班同时进行比赛，每个班派40个同学，男女各20名，分成两组，分别在跑道的两端，先第一个同学端着盆子跑到对面，对面那个再端着盆跑回来给这边的第二个同学，依次这样。”裁判一声令下，我们班的第一个同学一个箭步向对面飞奔了出去。起初，我们班还领先了，轮到付琼瑶跑了，只见她接过盆就向对面跑去，眼看要到对面终点了，可她一个踉跄栽倒在地，同学们：“哎”地长叹一身。这时候我的心里像十五个掉桶打水—七上八下。我闭上眼睛，暗暗地祈祷：“一定不能摔跤，不要给班级拖后退。”突然后面的同学推了我一下，“哦!”原来该我跑了，我一下子醒悟了过来，立即飞快地端起盆向对面冲去，心中还默念着：“不要摔跤，不要摔跤……”到了终点我总算松了口气。

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom

Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head

teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do

morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast,

I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have

comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I

Before I entered the middle school, I felt so worried about the life in

middle school, because my cousin told me that I would have to compete with so

many excellent students. Now I get used to the life, I learn many subjects from

Monday to Friday. Though I always meet the difficulties in learning the new

because our country is still a developing country and few people can afford

private cars. The demand for a means of transport is met by making millions of

bicycles available. Riding a bicycle has a lot of advantages over driving a car.

First, it is a physical exercise to ride a bicycle. In contrast, sitting in the

car, one tends to gain weight. Besides, it is nmch more economical to ride a

bike than drive a car. On the one hand,the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is

the annual tax. However, the annual fees for a car are costly. On the other

hand, a bike neednt be equipped with a parking lot, but a car must. Most

important of all, it is beneficial to the environment to ride a bicycle because

the bike doesnt consume petrol; it is a pollution-free transport. In contrast,

the exhaust released by the car is harmful to the environment. Since China is a

developing country with a large population, bicycles will still be the most

同学们期待已久的运动会终于开始了，我们班的孙诗懿率先出场，别看她是新同学，其实她在跑步方面可是少有的“女中豪杰”，瞧!她右脚向前微微倾斜，做出一副跃跃欲试的样子，但是经过一轮的比赛，她只得了第三名，不过没有关系，她还是帮我们添上了光辉的一笔。

“砰”的一声枪响，一群身影从我面前一闪而过，但是我们班的茅珑瀛却被一个“冒失鬼”来了个急刹车，再看前面的选手，已经跑出了好远，我们班的同学纷纷抱怨起来：“为什么老是有人穿跑道啊?”“气死我了，谁跑最里面的那条跑道，谁最倒霉!”“好”心有“好”报，那个穿跑道的同学被扣了四分，估计要被班主任骂个狗血淋头了。我班这才停止了抱怨，开始干起原本没做完的事情来。

运动会在同学们的恋恋不舍中结束了，这场激烈的运动会使我明白了：坚持就是胜利!

运动会的项目有很多很多，有200米跑步，400米跑步，有扔垒球，还有接力赛……但是，我最喜欢的还是跆拳道。等高年级的大哥哥大姐姐们做完广播体操就该我们大显身手的时候了。我小跑来到前面，开始做我们学的招数了，做好了以后又开始劈木板，我心想这木板这么硬，我能不能把它劈断，我心里害怕极了，头上直冒汗。只听老师说：“各就各位，预备·开始!”于是他劈起来，我劈了起来，我一发怒，猛的一打，只听“砰”的一声，断了，我高兴极了我真的把木板劈断了。其实，木板再硬，只要你有勇气和信心就一定能把它劈断。做完精彩的跆拳道，我们又去玩跳跳球，跳跳球非常好玩，我跟别人来了一次大作战，结果别人赢了。虽然没赢，但我很开心。

今年十月份，我和几位同学有幸代表学校参加了县运动会。参加县运动会的过程中，让我学到了很多。

县运动会和校运动会的比赛流程差不多，都要举行两天，但他们举行的规模却迥然不同。校运动会的规模和场地都不大，比赛时不播放激情的音乐，人员也并不多。县运动会则十分盛大，场地开阔，在比赛时还会播放鼓舞人心的音乐，使人热血沸腾。运动员们更是士气高涨，激动万分，个个生龙活虎。周围观众席更是人山人海。

第一天我没有比赛，全天都在当观众。我发现在场的大多数运动员都是虎背熊腰的，我却很瘦。我和他们简直是天壤之别啊!我原本高涨的士气一下子低落了下来。

第二天来临了，我的比赛项目是六十米短跑。随着比赛的倒计时，我越来越紧张，压力也越来越大了。终于挨到了六十米预赛的时间了，我怀着既激动又紧张的心情踏上了运动场，摆好起跑姿势，等着裁判员的枪声。我心想：我一定要竭尽全力进入决赛!“嘭!”枪声终于响起，我如离弦之箭一般冲了出去，迅速地到达了终点。虽然我不是第一名，但还是有幸进入了决赛。

我们班一共选了四名同学参加接力比赛项目，我和刘纯熙、刘一诺、音德目雅，我们四个是我们班级跑得最快的4位同学。我们4人的棒次是：“刘纯熙、音德目雅、刘一诺和我。”我跑最后一棒是因为我是四个里最快的，所以我一定要努力!

比赛开始了，刘纯熙第1棒非常顺利，到了第2棒音德目雅居然追到了8个班级第1名，到了第3棒刘一诺落后到了第4名，我心里急得咚咚咚地敲着战鼓，心里想：“我一定要为班级争光”，刘一诺终于把棒交到了我的手上，我右手接棒，迈开大步飞奔了出去。全班同学都在呐喊，声音从我耳边飞过。还有50米，我追到了第3名，还有30米，我追到了第2名，还5米，我和五年六班的队员并驾齐驱，在冲线的瞬间，我把头努力往前一探，第一个冲过了终点。

全班同学一起喊出“英雄王梓成”，我自豪极了!这真是一场完美的比赛。

运动会上，我看见了许多有趣的事情。其中有一件事情我觉得最有趣。它使全班同学和老师都捧腹大笑。

那件事情发生在运动会的最后一天，８００米赛跑中我班有六个毅力超强的学生报名参加了比赛。比赛开始，那些同学全部站在起跑线上，做好了准备工作。裁判老师一声令下，运动员们迅速跑了出去。我们班的六个运动员都迅速地冲了出去。沈臻杰跑得最快。因为是耐力比赛，所以班主任叫他先要保持实力，等到最后一圈的时候再充分发挥出来。第一圈时，每一个运动员都在保持实力，所以没有出现一种你追我赶的场面。

我们班的沈臻杰也不例外，他只是拉开步子向前跑。他与第一个同学只相差那么一步。第二圈的时候，有些运动员好象着急了，他们加快了步子，迅速向前跑。这一些同学并不理智，因为跑不多远就落了下来。其他的学生比较理智，他们只是拉开步子保持实力往前跑。沈臻杰就是这样有规律地拉开步子向前跑着。第三圈的时候，大部分运动员的体力不行了，速度渐渐慢了下来。沈臻杰好象也不行了，与第一个同学拉开了一定距离。在他跑过我们班级场地的时候，我们都大声呼喊为他加油。看来，他好象又增添了力量，迅速加快了脚步。他跑得像离弦的箭，一下子冲过了第一个同学，抢到了第一位。最后一圈的时候，裁判老师手中的响了。这是最后一圈，大家的神情紧张起来。沈臻杰不负众望，使尽全力冲过了终点。

咦，沈臻杰怎么还在跑？已经跑完了，怎么还要跑呢？班主任马上派人去叫住了他。他回到了班级对我们说：“终点老师叫我冲过去，所以我又跑……”班主任笑了，说：“好了，去休息吧！这一次你跑得很好。”老师转过头来笑着对我们说：“沈臻杰可真厉害，他要跑一千米呀！”我们听了都嘻嘻哈哈地笑了起来。

一年一度的运动会终于来临了!我的心情十分激动，一大早就感到学校。因为冬季运动会的开幕式其中也有我，我要表演好一点，为运动会加油助威!我们为冬季运动会的开幕式可花费了不少心思。乐团排着整齐的队伍，第一个出现在人们的视线中，那响亮的鼓号声，让运动员加足了劲，争取得到第一名。

紧接着，上来了一群身穿红白相间衣服的武术表演者，他们个个精神抖擞，动作标准而娴熟，不愧是歌词中说：“站似一棵松”。

下一个就到我们来表演花棍团体操了，我们个个都是精神百倍，虽然天气很冷，但我们心里还是暖洋洋的。

开幕式结束了，现在开始比赛。第一个项目是亲子活动，我们班有三组家庭参加了这个活动，都得到了奖品。

我们班班长高小涵参加了跑步比赛。只听一声响声，高小涵以风一样的速度飞了出去，我们一直给她加油。功夫不负有心人，高小涵果然的了第一名。我们班同学比她自己还高兴呢!

高小涵回到位置上，同学们都拿纸和笔围着她，怎么回事呢?原来是大家都找她签名。都把她当“明星”了。
