The story took place in 1940. A man who is a banker called Andy Dufresne, was sent into the Shawshank prison, for he murderer his wife and her lover in bed. However, he was innocent as he said. The new days in the prison were hard to live. It’s violent, heartless and cruel. Nevertheless, A month later, Andy began to make friends with other prisoners. And one of them called Red, who could get anything what he wanted. Andy bought a mallet from him and started his plan to escape. During this time, he did many things: expanding the library, caving stones, helping the corrupt warden to get money or bribe, etc. Then a young prisoner’s coming break his quiet life in jail. But the warden killed the young prisoner the only man that knew Andy was innocent. Then he knew the prison he could not stay any more. It took him 20 years to tunnel secretly and he successfully escaped from the prison. When he got free, Andy sent the evident which could prove the warden corruption, briber and murdering to the policy agency. Before that, Andy had told his best friend Red that his dream---Zihuatanejo, a warm place without memory. After escaping, Andy lived a free life in another identity and made the prison governor arrested. Several years later, Red was approved to leave. for the promise to Andy. Finally, in Zihuyatanejo, they met.

The cruel prison life terrified me and the friendship moved me. The story goes to a happy ending---redemption. This film impressed me a lot. A sentence was said in the film: ’Some birds aren"t meant to be caged, but most birds will choose to stand it.’

In this film, as we can see, the Shawshank Prison, which enjails lots of people. They have been in the prison form many years ,so they won’t go abroad. Because they won’t and also they can’t. They lived here for years without hope, and they lived just in the small prison, where nobody knows what is their dream and what’s their hope. As I remember, a old man Brooks was released after he had been in the jail for 50 years. But he found that the world became completely different from the world he imagined. For example, he seldom see cars before. He felt very strange and helpless to the outside world He can hardly adapt to the new developed world. He would rather stay in the prison. So unfortunately he chose to commit suicide.

However, on the contrary, Andy said a converse sentence:’ Some birds aren"t meant to be caged, that"s all. Their feathers are just too bright’ He long for the freedom and strive for it! What I remember very clearly is someone said that These walls are kind of funny things like that. First, you hate them, then you get used to them. Enough time passed, get so you depend on them. That helps him built many sincere friendships in the prison. He just too bright that didn’t belong to the prison .Then he escape and gained the freedom.

Furthermore, the patience, courage and b willpower are the keys to escape. 20 years, not a short ordeal time, but he endured. He made his plan day by day, week by week and year by year. He never gives up. he took nearly twenty years to dip a tunnel with a little rock hammer which Red said it would take a man 600 years to tunnel under the wall with one of these to fight for his free .And he did it finally. Please imagine, crossing the tunnel he dup, he still should crawled through five hundred yards of shit-smelling foulness. That is the length of five football fields.

Then is the last but not least, I think. He has the bright brain ,the never fading persistent, and the most important thing----hope. Just as Andy said to Red: Hope is a good thing, may be the best of things. In this film, Andy show us that how good thing the hope is. Yes , hope is a good thing. Whatever it is, it can’t lock the hope. We all have dream. We all have hope. We all have it and please never give up, like Andy.

This film, Shawshank Redemption, teaches me a lot. It deserves to be one of the most overwhelming films in the Hollywood.

在英语课上的各种活动中，我感受到我们缺乏太多团结。一个活动中，是要“两人三足”的形式来拿东西的。这个形式，需要的就是配合，才能往返的快。可有些同学是连拖带拽的把另一个同学拉到终点再给他拽回来。这就说明我们不够团结一致。在跳蚤市场中，我发现我们的经商不是很强。有的东西太贵，没人买；有的东西太便宜，亏成本。在别人的铺子里，经常看到一些抢着买的人群。这是因为别人的价格恰到好处，有时还有赠品，别人看的上。由此可见我们的经商还是比别人差了那么一点。在寻宝活动中，我发现我们的词汇量太少，一些句子当中的单词我们根本见都没见过，可见还要多锻炼。还有一个小活动叫“连词成句”。我原本以为这些句子都会很简单的，加上我和赵君安的才华，一定能写出来。结果到我们的时候，我们拿到纸条，顿时傻了。我们竟然不会拼！无奈之下，纸条上怎么写我们就么写给它写下来。在这件事的从中我感受到了我的英语还缺乏应用，一个简单的“连词成句”给我就把我给难倒了，不过这会让我更加努力的学习英语。

在这次英语节中，我感受到了大家充分的热情和不来的经济头脑。部分收成不错，但还要继续磨练我们的英语水平。

The book was written by Emily Bronte, it published in 1847.But at that time, it seemed to hold little promise, selling very poorly and receiving only a few mixed reviews. I found this in our school library, I chose this book because the title attracted me. The book is structured around two parallel love stories, the first half of the novel centering on the love between Catherine and Heathcliff, while the less dramatic second half features the developing love between young Catherine and Hareton. In contrast to the first, the latter tale ends happily, restoring peace and order to Wuthering Heights and Thrushcross Grange. In the story, the two houses, Wuthering Heights and Thrushcross Grange, represent opposing worlds and values.

I spent twenty days reading this book. After reading this book, I felt for Heathcliff at first. Heathcliff begins his life as a homeless orphan on the streets of Liverpool, and then he tyrannized by Hindley Earnshaw. But he becomes a villain when he acquires power and returns to Wuthering Heights with money and the trappings of a gentleman. His malevolence proves so great and long—lasting. As he himself points out, his abuse of Isabella—his wife is purely sadistic, as he amuses himself by seeing how much abuse she can take and still come cringing back for more.

Catherine represents wild nature, in both her high, lively spirits and her occasional cruelty. She loves Heathcliff so intensely that she claims they are the same person. However, her actions are driven in part by her social ambitions, which initially are awakened during her first stay at the Lintons, and which eventually compel her to marry Edgar. Catherine is free—spirited, beautiful, spoiled, and often arrogant, she is given to fits of temper, and she is torn between her both of the men who love her. The location of her coffin symbolizes the conflict that tears apart her short life. She is buried in a corner of the Kirkyard. In contrast to Catherine, Isabella Linton—Catherine’s sister—in—law represents culture and civilization, both in her refinement and in her weakness. Ultimately, she ruins her life by falling in love with Heathcliff. He never returns her feelings and treats her as a meretool in his quest for revenge on the Linton family.

Just as Isabella Linton serves as Catherine’s foil, Edgar Linton serves as Heathcliff’s. Edgar grows into a tender, constant, but cowardly man. He is almost the ideal gentleman. However, this full assortment of gentlemanly characteristics, along with his civilized virtues, proves useless in Edgar’s clashes with his foil. He sees his wife obviously in love with another man but unable to do anything to rectify the situation. Heathcliff, who gains power over his wife, sister , and daughter.

The whole story make people’s mood heavy. Fortunately, the end is happy.

The author Emily Bronte lived an eccentric, closely guarded life. 读《干将镆铘》有感

这个星期，我读了一本名叫《中外神话故事》的书，其中的一个故事叫做《干将镆铘》，使我深受感触。

在春秋战国时期，有一对夫妇，男的叫干将，女的叫镆铘，都是造剑的好手，他们所铸的剑，工艺精湛，锋利无比，深受当地人的喜爱。

有一年，因为战乱，夫妇两人逃亡到了楚国，楚国的楚王早就听说他们夫妇二人铸的都是一柄柄好剑，所以召他们夫妇进宫，并要为他铸一把天下独一无二的好剑。临走前，楚王还吩咐侍从把许多奇石异铁赠与二人，以便铸剑。夫妇二人把这些奇石异铁背回家，为给楚王打造一把绝世好剑，干将不惜拿出自己积累多年的寒铁精华，镆铘也支起了铸剑的炼炉。夫妇二人尽心尽力，不分昼夜的守在炼炉旁。

炼炉中的炉火染红了天空。可是奇石异铁仍有许多没有熔化。三个月过去了，楚王派使者问剑铸到什么程度了，干将如实禀报楚王，楚王心中不悦，但又没有办法，只好继续等下去。几个月又过去了，楚王又派人去打听铸剑的进展，楚王这次没了耐心，把镆铘臭骂了一顿。

三年过去了，夫妇二人在淬炼炉中的剑模时，一朵七色彩云化入炉中，剑模裂成两半，成了一对宝剑。夫妇二人已认识到楚王的残暴，因为镆铘怀了身孕，所以干将带着其中一把宝剑去见楚王。楚王因为私心杀害了身怀绝技的干将，镆铘生了一个儿子，取名为赤。赤长大后，镆铘把他父亲死的原因告诉了他，后来赤因为受到一位壮汉的帮助，帮他的父亲报了仇。

读完这本书，我不禁想到了自己，如果我能像干将镆铘一样持之以恒的“造剑”，那我还用担心自己的成绩吗？故事中的楚王让我觉得可恨，竟为了达到目的而不择手段。而且更可恨的是楚王怕干将会为别人造比他更好的剑，从而杀死为他尽心尽力铸剑的干将，这样的行为让我感到楚王的愚蠢。

读了这个故事，使我深刻感受到：邪恶永远不可能战胜正义。

1931年，蒋介石为阻挠吉鸿昌抗日，逼他去英国“考察”。一日，吉鸿昌和国民 党驻美使馆的一个参赞去一家邮局寄包裹回国，邮局职员却以轻蔑的口气说：“中国?我不知道中国。”随同的参赞对他说：“你干吗要说你是中国人?你可以说你是日本人，这样可以受到礼遇的。”

吉鸿昌怒不可遏地一把抓住参赞的衣领说：“你觉得做一个中国人丢脸吗?我觉得当一个中国人光荣的很!我吉鸿昌誓死不当洋奴!”他回到住处，当即在一块小牌上写下“我是中国人”。一句话清楚地道出了吉鸿昌的爱国之心!

是 是的，现在说“我是中国人”已经算不了什么了，因为外国人已经不敢再小瞧中国人。然而，在祖国遭受灾难的时候，有谁敢站出来说：“我是中国人。”那才是真

正的爱国之人!我们小学生也一样，不忘祖国母亲的养育之恩，不管走到哪里都是堂堂正正的中国人。吉鸿昌叔叔就算是被嘲笑也不当卖国贼、洋国奴，就因为我们中国人有这种精神，所以我们现在的中国十分强大。

我非常喜欢看伊索寓言这本书，里面有好多的寓言的故事，给我留下深刻的印象。

其中动物篇中有《狮子、熊和狐狸》的故事，狮子和熊它们为了一只小羊羔，先是争吵，后来就动手打了起来。经过一场激烈的搏斗，双方都受了重伤。其实狐狸早就躲在远处坐山观虎斗了，它看到了狮子和熊搏斗的全过程。狐狸把躺在它们之间的小羊羔抢走了。这个故事说明鹬蚌相争、渔人得利，两者相争，让第三者得了利。

人物篇里面有《农夫和蛇》的故事。在一个冬天里，一个农夫在路边看见一条蛇冻僵了，他把蛇救了起来放在怀里，蛇慢慢的苏醒了就咬了农夫一口，农夫感觉剧痛，他把那该死的蛇扔在地上踩死了，最后农夫说了一句蛇就是蛇，怎么也改不了它那丑恶的本性。这个故事说明即使对恶人仁至义尽，他们的邪恶本性也不会改变，怜惜恶人，后患无穷。

鸟类篇里面有《公鸡和珍珠》，讲的是一只公鸡肚子饿得咕咕叫，为了寻找食物，便向粪堆走去，它想粪堆里有什么虫子或没被消化的食物，公鸡满怀希望的翻着、挖着……扒着扒着，突然扒出一颗闪着光芒的珍珠。但公鸡不觉得珍贵，拿起来看了看，又把它扔了：“这么一个又冷又硬的石头，除了会发光，什么都做不了，还不如一粒米好吃了”！但珍珠一点也不在乎，因为总会有识货的人要它的。后来有个过路人发现了珍珠，赶忙捡起来，高高兴兴地把它拿走了。这个故事是说，自己最需要的东西，才是真正珍贵的。

寓言虽然篇幅短小，但它的形象地反映了人们生活各方面的内容，并通过故事背后的哲理，给人们深刻的启示，也是我从中得到教益。

I read a book foreign classics, "oliver twist". It is the author of the famous realist writer dickens. The contents of the book is very wonderful, let me fascinated.

我读了一本外国名著——《雾都孤儿》。它的作者是英国著名的现实主义作家狄更斯。书中的内容很精彩，让我着迷。

书中的主人公是一个孤儿，名叫奥利弗·特维斯特，这本书讲述了奥利弗小时候的故事。他出生在孤儿院，在那儿受尽了欺凌后，被卖到了一个殡仪员的家庭。可是，因为有一次殡仪员误解了他，狠狠地打了他，所以他就逃到了传说中美好的伦敦。但是到了伦敦后，他又不幸陷入了贼窟。

尽管他的遭遇如此悲惨，他却最终坚强地活了下来。在好心人的帮助下，他解开了自己的身世之谜，找到了自己的姐姐，与姐姐相依为命。奥利弗终于有了亲人的关怀和帮助，我也为他感到庆幸。

那时的伦敦有很多穷人，他们都饱受过欺凌，甚至到了走投无路的境地。于是，有的为了生存，就去当强盗，做小偷……他们都没有像奥利弗一样——坚守着心底深处的纯净。奥利弗相信，只有这样，才能为自己找到出路。

《雾都孤儿》让我学会深思，给了我很大启发。它是我读过的第一本大部头外国名著，我要好好地珍藏这本书。

不看不知道，一看放不了。读完《福尔摩斯探案集》第一个故事，我就已经被柯南道尔圈粉。《福尔摩斯探案集》由一个个独立的破案故事组成，比如《血字研究》、《巴斯克维尔的列犬》、《四签名》等等。每看一个故事，我就跟着作者的描述循着福尔摩斯的视角来分析、猜测案件的真凶，从一开始的一头雾水到后来渐渐摸出一点门道，这个过程真是又紧张又兴奋，让人欲罢不能。其中，《血字研究》这个故事就像夜空中的星星，深深地刻在了我的脑海中。

血字研究，一听这个名字，你也许会觉得血腥、恐怖吧?其实不然，何出此言?且听我娓娓道来。因为合租房子，军医华生和侦探福尔摩斯结缘。认识后不久，他们便碰到了一个离奇的案件。来到现场，福尔摩斯一丝不苟地察看了尸体和案发现场，生怕漏过一个细节。死者生前非常愤怒，挣扎过却没有伤口，墙上有鲜红的“RACHE”字迹，一枚结婚戒指和几道马车的痕迹，这些线索看似零零散散，毫无关联，福尔摩斯却已经通过缜密的推理，机智的判断，将它们像串珠子一样串连起来。他知道这是一个红脸汉的杰作，用下毒的方式，为自己的妻子复仇。

这正是我最佩服福尔摩斯的地方。因为好奇，我也放下书本好好思考了一翻，发现仅凭这些线索，真是毫无头绪。可侦探的脑子已经像高速运转的机器，把前因后果串联起来，心思之缜密，真是令人叹为观止。几天后的早晨，又发生了一起谋杀案，墙上有同样的字迹，床头放着一个药盒。两起案件，扑索迷离，别的侦探忙得晕头转向，唯一解开迷团的侦探差点抓错人。这也更衬得福尔摩斯机智过人。他用结婚戒指失物招领，报童寻人等巧妙的方法，成功地抓到杀人凶手。原来凶手“候波”的未婚妻被迫嫁给了当地的族长，伤心过度而死。岳父也在逃跑过程中被杀害了。候波在恶势力的压迫下没有屈服，坚持十几年如一日，追遍两大洲报了杀妻杀父之仇，自己却因劳累过度，在接受法律制裁前因癌细胞扩散而死。候波杀人固然犯法，但事出有因，他的执着和深情深深地感动了我。犯案与破案步步惊心，跌宕起伏的故事中带着一点点难能可贵的真情，不得不为作者匠心独具点赞。

福尔摩斯真是我心中的男神。他遇到案件观察入微，遇到变卦临危不乱。在他眼里，一个脚印，一个药盒，一个眼神，一个动作，都是线索，会说话会传达消息。我知道，这都是因为福尔摩斯拥有惊人的观察力和推理能力。我做梦都想有像他那样的“火眼金睛”，也能帮助警察叔叔破案，做威武的小神探。可是怎么才能拥有福尔摩斯那样的本领呢?是天生就有的吗?不是!书中说，福尔摩斯非常喜欢学习，而且学一样精一样。其实就是这股活到老学到老的精神，福尔摩斯才成了“破案天才”。

反观自己，不禁冷汗直流。记得昨天晚上，我发现自己的队徽找不到了。这可把我给急坏了。怎么办呢?先去找爸爸帮忙。谁知爸爸正在照顾妹妹，腾不出空来，打发我自己再找。我手忙脚乱地翻箱倒柜，也不见队徽的踪影，难道长翅膀飞了吗?我犹豫了好一会儿，只好忐忑不安地再去找爸爸。爸爸无奈地摇摇头，让我先想想最后一次见到是在哪里，什么时间，再想想去过哪些地方，一个个地排查，果然在床底下找到了队徽。多简单的一件事啊!如果我能再仔细一点，也许就不会像无头苍蝇了。我以后一定要像福尔摩斯那样多学习多观察，成为小“福尔摩斯”!

《福尔摩斯探案集》真是精彩!我还想买一套《福尔摩斯探案全集》，跟着福尔摩斯在推理的世界里畅游。

我很小的时候对外星人就感兴趣，觉得世界上有外星人。今年暑假里我买了一本关于外星人的书，题目是《外星记者2发疯的机器人》，一回到家，我就开始看这本书。我觉得很好看。

看了这本书，我知道有一种矮人型的外星人，身体是灰色的，穿着蓝色的衣服，个子很矮，身体上散发出烧焦的纸盒味。他们的眼睛很大，黑黑的。鼻子很小，嘴唇很薄，几乎没有耳朵。他们行动速度很快。他们讲话的声音像地球人，他们给地球人打针做试验，想了解地球人的情况。也想了解地球的情况，所以他们要来。他们看地球人的表情会知道地球人在想什么。比如：外星人给作者打针做试验，他受到惊吓后，外星人对他说："不要害怕，放轻松。"还有一种爬虫型的，身高1.5至3.7米，胸腔上有类似蛇的鳞片，喜欢饮血，大多潜藏在地底深处，是人与爬行动物的变种。

其实，我非常想了解外星人更多的情况。想知道他们是从哪里来的，想知道他们生活的星球是怎么样的。我觉得总有一天，外星人会来到我身边，希望来的不是凶猛的、恐怖的外星人，而是温顺友好、聪明的，教我做一些高科技产品的外星人。

人类要尊重生物之间互相制约，互相联系的关系，维护生态平衡。

在日常生活中又何尝不是这样呢？

在人类的生活中，听到过各种各样关于狼与鹿的故事。狼总是扮演着凶狠残暴的角色。《大灰狼》，《小红帽》等故事。而鹿却总是和平的使者。

但其实并不是这样的。我曾经听过这样一则故事：一头鹿，与一头狼分别生了一个孩子，却都死了。当饲养员来清理并带走他们的孩子时，鹿一脚就把饲养员踢“飞”了。而狼先是向他大叫，其次咬住了他的衣服，但最终做出的决定，竟是放开了饲养员，让他带走了自己的孩子。这本书就叫《狼天使鹿恶魔》

这难道还不足以证明狼是善良的，并不凶残。而且狼吃的都是病鹿，可以阻止疾病发展。他们吃鹿，也可以将鹿群数量有效控制。并且在狼群的追赶下，鹿每天奔跑，也会变得更加健壮。

而且动世界都是有食物链的，你打乱了顺序，也会带来大灾难。

狼吃掉鹿群，控制鹿的数量，鹿群数量减少，也可以导致草地减少枯黄，防止河水缺失，与葱郁的森林变成无边无涯的荒野和大沙漠，有了充足的食物，鹿群的疾病也会大大减少。

所以人类要尊重生物之间相互制约，相互联系的关系，维护生态平衡。不要以人类自身的片面认识，去判定动物的善恶益害，犯下严重的错误时，才追悔莫及。

These days, I finished reading a book, called "oliver twist"

This book reflects the early 19th century British society at the bottom of the life, the hero oliver, let me very sympathetic to the sad. 《雾都孤儿》是英国最大的小说家——狄更斯在1838年创作的一部长篇小说，也是他的代表作之一。

这本书反映了19世纪初英国社会最底层的生活，主人公奥利弗尔悲惨遭遇让我非常同情。他才11岁，却过着非人的生活，每天吃不饱，穿不暖，并且几次误入贼窝，但他没有和他们一起犯罪，宁肯受尽折磨也不和他们同流合污，并且用坚强的意志抵制坏人的威逼和诱惑，后来梅里夫人救了奥利弗尔并且好心收留了他。经过一段时间，奥利弗过上了幸福的生活。

看完这本书后，我的心情久久不能平静，文中主人公的年龄和我一样大，可是，和他相比，我们的生活是多么的幸福，但是我们却还是不满足，遇到一点小小的困难，就放弃，缺少意志力。我要学习奥利弗尔的坚强品质，克服一切艰难险阻，珍惜现在的一切，刻苦学习，成为一个对社会有用的人。

1949年，中华人民共和国正式成立了，这是无数勇敢的中华儿女的功劳，他们不怕惜牺牲自己年轻的生命，也要保卫祖国。正是因为他们，我们的祖国才有今天的辉煌和成就。刘胡兰就是其中之一。她的精神深深地感动了我。

刘胡兰从小就参加了抗日儿童团，有一次，敌人来了，他们把刘胡兰抓到屠刀前，想让她说出共产党的秘密，可令敌人万万想不到的是刘胡兰宁死不屈，就这样，刘胡兰仅仅15岁就壮烈牺牲了。敬爱的毛主席为她亲自题词：生的伟大，死的光荣。

想想我们现在的生活，是多么美好，每天无忧无虑地生活，想干什么就干什么，是多么自在啊!跟刘胡兰比比，我感到十分惭愧，刘胡兰姐姐只比我大3岁，我现在过着饭来张口，衣来伸手的生活，从来不为父母分担家务，真是惭愧啊!

虽然刘胡兰牺牲了，但她的爱国爱民、不屈不挠的精神财富，一直鼓舞着我们前进，读了这本书，我想，我们现在生活在一个没有战争，没有硝烟的时代，多么和平，那么悠闲，多么快乐。这是千千万万个勇敢战士，用自己的生命换来的。我们今后一定要好好学习，长大以后要向刘胡兰姐姐一样，保卫祖国，为祖国献上自己的一份力量，让国家更强大，更美好。

《小故事大道理》中的其中一篇讲了：如果在一件大事中，你和对方吵架，只要你肯认错，你就不会后悔。从前有三只蜥蜴，它们都是好朋友，但有一只身体的颜色和另外两只不一样，与周围环境也不一样。于是它们讨论怎样才能隐蔽自己，可是它们都有不同的答案，于是它们吵了起来了。一只蜥蜴说要不搬走，一只说要不改变环境适应自己。但第三只说：“为什么一定要环境适应我们，为什么我们就不能适应环境呢？”那只皮肤不同的蜥蜴借助阳光和阴影，学会了逐渐改变自己的肤色，练成了高超的隐蔽本领。

所以当我们无法改变别人，无法改变环境时，不防换个角度，换种思维方法，试着改变自己。自己改变了，眼中的世界也会随之改变。

所以，《小故事大道理》讲了：坚强、自信、勇敢、带着微笑、认真、仔细、先改变自己……

读了《中华成语故事》这本书，里面的故事我非常喜欢，篇篇动人的故事吸引了我，段段中华历史震撼了我。

其中，《雪中送炭》这个故事，给我留下了深刻印象。宋朝，太宗赵光义是个比较关心穷苦人的皇帝。有一年，下大雪了，天气非常寒冷，他在皇宫中突然想起了穷苦百姓，于是就派官员拿着粮食和木炭送给京城那些穷苦人和孤苦伶仃的老人，让他们有米做饭吃，有木炭生火取暖。这件事在当时轰动了整个京城，雪中送炭的故事也就由此而来。雪中送炭这个成语表面上的意思就是在寒冷的大雪天，给人送去木炭取暖，让人感到暖和，比喻在别人处于极端困难和危险的境地时，给予物质上的帮助。读了这个成语故事，不时让我想起在四川发生的地震灾害中，许多人失去了家园，还有人因此失去了宝贵的生命，在这危难的时刻，全国各地的人们都伸出了援助之手，纷纷捐款捐物，支援灾区，为灾区人们送去温暖。

我相信，灾区人民在全国人民的关心支持下，一定会战胜困难，迅速展开恢复重建工作，灾区人们的明天一定会更加美好！
