二、班主任工作方面

作为班主任，我想谈一谈如何培养孩子健康的心理品质和良好的心理素质。

1.培养孩子的独立自主性

这些孩子，绝大多数是在父母的关怀、祖辈的呵护中长大，备受关爱，事事顺心，可以说是“饭来张口、衣来伸手”，只要把书读好，其他的什么都不用做。其实长时间这样反而会使孩子养成依赖性，结果是生活能力没有，学习习惯缺乏，成绩也不见得好。所以家长们，您可以适当放手，让孩子学会自主，学会独立，有时候即便是受到挫折，相信在您的引导下，那也是一种收获。教育观念是家长素质的核心，我们家长的观念也要逐渐发生变化，应更加关注孩子的长远发展、全面发展。认识到孩子是不是一个合格有用的人才，不是一张试卷决定的，而是社会对他的检验。未来社会需要的是人格健全、心理健康、有社会适应能力、有终身学习的愿望和能力的人。一个人的观察能力、思维能力、综合运用知识的能力、生存能力是非常重要的。因此，光有知识是远远不够的，学生的综合素质、情感、态度、价值观更为重要。所以，不能像以往那样，眼睛只盯在分数上。

2.培养孩子的“肚量”

三、孩子的学习方面

孩子进入三年级，一切都有较大变化，作为家长与老师都要掌握孩子一切情况，进行因材施教，才能使孩子健康成长。这期间，从学习方面来说，孩子们学习上的知识内容广

泛了，所以这就对学生提出了更高的要求，基础必须扎扎实实地掌握，同时还要拓展孩子的思维，从不同角度去考虑问题。学习方面的改变还表现在课程内容增加了，开设的英语课、品德与生活课、科学课就是最典型的例子，也是现在教学内容中比较重视和重要的一部分。孩子们的学习方法需要转变—不再是低年级时的以机械记忆为主，要向理解记忆转型;各门功课中出现了更多的以锻练孩子空间思维、抽象思维以及概括能力、想象能力等等的内容，也不再是低年级时以具体形象思维为主了;大多家长都无法辅导孩子了，作为老师，我们在课堂上尽量使用不同的教学方式、教学手段等等来激发孩子们的学习兴趣，达到教学目标;作为家长，请你们也思考一下，你们该怎么做，才能帮孩子迈好学习生涯中这关键的一步，让孩子明确学习目的，端正学习态度，养成良好的学习习惯呢?从心理方面来说，孩子们很多事情都处于好奇，似懂非懂，他们开始有独立性，自尊心也逐渐增强了，也就是我们通常在讲的孩子知道“难为情”了，他怕“丢面子”了。从思想意识上来说，此时，孩子的思想从单纯走向复杂，也就是说想的事情多了，开始有自己意向，自己有自己的打算，但是他们的辨别力弱，这也就需要家长经常给孩子一些指示和告诫，经常提醒他什么该做，什么不该做，给他明确的方向，但需要的是大人的“口风”必须一致。不要爸爸妈妈这么说，爷爷奶奶却是那么说，这样孩子就更

说到这儿，我不禁低下头，听着老师念的获奖名单，心里真不是滋味。哎，其实我也能拿奖的，只因为我太粗心了，才使”我的奖状“不翼而飞，当念到我最好的朋友时，她神气地上了奖台，下来时还得意地看了我一眼。哼，别太骄傲了，咱们骑驴看唱本——走着瞧！也因为在这次的典礼中，我下定决心，已经要努力学习，做题认真——我也希望得奖，不希望被同学们轻视啊！

“下面，请我校优秀教师上台领奖。”当我清清楚楚的听到有念到张老师时，全场都沸腾了。他教我们english，他也是我们的boss（因为老班和老板斜音，所以我们叫他boss。），更是我们的大朋友。当他站在奖台的几十秒，却让我想了很多。我们的boss很和蔼，英语虽不是怎么好，但我们都爱上他的课，生动，有趣。所以我们的英语成绩很好；作为班主任，他又是严肃的，总是告诫我们要学会做人；他虽然很平常，但他正直，和蔼，还有耐力，所以我觉得他是最好的boss！还没等我缓过神来，全场已经响起了掌声。张老师鞠躬的那一刹那，我清清楚楚的看到张老师的头上有几根银丝，不知又想到哪儿了。

“好，现在有请优秀学生讲讲自己的学习经验，与大家共享。”只见走出一个骨瘦如柴的低个子男孩儿，啊，是他，竟是他，我去年还嘲笑他来着，怎会是他呢？我的脸刷的红了——真不该那样说他。他到底讲了些什么我没听，只在想，该怎么向他道歉呢？

后来我们的boss还讲了一些关于我们存在的问题。不一会儿，几个小时过去了，我们的典礼也圆满结束了。这一天真让我记忆深刻，也让我明白了很多……

尊敬各位家长、亲爱的老师、小朋友们

大家好!

今天，是学前班小朋友难忘的日子，因为你们即将结束幼儿园三年的学习和生活，即将成为一名小学生，我为你们感到高兴和自豪，在为你们举办毕业典礼的这个特殊日子，看着你们的成长，作为园长，心里有说不出的高兴，也有说不出的不舍。

家长朋友，您还记得吗?三年前你们把孩子送到这里，有好多的不放心，和舍不得，今天，我们和您有了同样的心情，舍不得让这41名孩子离开我们，三年的时间里，我们和孩子建立了深厚纯洁的感情，我们习惯了早上去听孩子用稚嫩的声音问候，习惯了傍晚看孩子说再见的灿烂笑脸。

三年过去了，孩子们就要离开老师，离开曾朝夕相伴的幼儿园，我和我的老师不再像往日那样不再像往日那样天天能看到你们无忧无虑的咯咯大笑，不再像往日那样天天看到你们生气时撅起的小嘴儿，不再像往日那样天天能看到你们破涕为笑的天真样子……孩子们，你们活泼可爱的形象和甜甜的童言童语将留在我们老师的记忆里，成为我们老师回忆时讲不完的话题。

我舍不得你们，你们的老师更舍不得你们，但你们终究要长大，要离开幼儿园，走向美好的明天，走进小学校园，踏上新的起跑线。

孩子们，请一定相信自己是最棒的,是最优秀的,用你们的自信自强、用你们的聪明智慧走出属于自己的一片天地,未来无论是阳光还是阴霾,无论是春风还是秋雨，请记住,幼儿园的老师会一直惦念着你们,会一直关注着你们,对你们的关爱,对你们的祝福,对你们的期盼会一直伴随在你们的身边。你们每取得的一次成绩，你们点点滴滴的进步都将是我们老师的荣耀。

同窗这么多年的同学，此时此刻，就要分开。心中的不舍，又怎能用言语来形容?

马上就是六月份了，过了那场小学毕业考试以后，我就不再是这个学校的小学生了，而是属于另一个中学的学生了!而我们这些同学，也可能再也不能见面了!

想起我和同学们在一起快乐的时光，情不自禁的就想笑出来!我们曾经是那么天真无邪的孩子，转眼间，我们已经懂得了什么叫做不舍。是的，我们舍不得老师，舍不得同学，舍不得我们那些美好的日子!

这六年，我们一直在成长。尽管我们有过许多的不开心，有过很多的争执，可是最后，我们依然像一家人一样团结在一起!

在这个成长的过程中，有酸甜苦辣，可是，再大的困难，我们也一样走过来了，因为我们始终相信，我们这个六(3)班是一个不一样的班级。

我清清楚楚的记得，那一次语文考试，我们全班都没有考好，语文老师说以后不管我们了，让我们自己玩去，她再也不管我们了!我们并没有责怪哪一个同学，而是听班长的调动，第二天早上，我们利用早读的时间来练习怎么给老师道歉。当时那个场面是我这一生也忘不了的。因为那个场面不仅体现出了我们对老师的爱，对学习的渴望，还体现出了我们这个班级的团结和友爱呀!别的班的同学也许很难下课都在一起玩，可是我们班没有界限，下课一块玩，一块疯。我们这么好，这么快乐的一个班级，难道就要这样分开了吗?不，我不要!

毕业是一件多么美好而又多么可怕的事情呀!六(3)班的同学们，再见了。我相信，就算我们不在一起，可是我们的心也是永远在一起的!因为我们是六(3)班的一员!

Now,I am a senior student in high school, who worked so hard in the past two years.As we all know, the study burden of high school students in China is heavy.

Therefore,we spend most of our time in study and we have little time to have fun.

蓦然回首，又到了该说再见的时候，在临别之际，我想在此感谢两种人。

首先，感谢我们的老师。是你们的谆谆教诲磨平我们的年少轻狂，是你们的诲人不倦引领我们走向知识的殿堂，是你们的安慰与鼓励，在我们跌跌撞撞的成长路中给予我们向前的力量！曾经你为我们初一的童言稚语而开怀大笑，曾经你为我们初二的不羁叛逆而黯然神伤，曾经你为我们初三紧鼓密锣的复习而焦头烂额……在那些难忘的日子中，你们含辛茹苦，你们任劳任怨，虽然那时难以理解你呵斥下的良苦用心，难以理解你那似乎过分的严厉。但如今，请让我们为曾经的叛逆对您说声“对不起”，让我们为你们蜡炬成灰泪始干的无私而说声：“老师谢谢！你们辛苦了！”老师，你们虽默默无闻，我们却永远记着，你是谁，为了谁！
