从今天起，你们将开启新的人生旅程。在这个以“出发”为主题的日子里，我想和大家聊聊一个反向话题——“回归”。

作为研究生的你们，最不陌生的应该就是“回归”。为什么?请允许我从“研究”一词说起。汉字“研”的本义是细磨，磨就要循环往复，就要回归。“研究”的英文是research，这个单词由前缀re和词根search组成。词根search意为“搜寻”、“搜索”“搜查”“调查”或“探求”，前缀re既有“重复”“反复”“再”等意思，也有“回”“向后”之义。

结合在一起，研究就是反复探求、再搜查、来回搜索。换言之，研究不是一味地向前探求，还需向后“回归”，需要回归到“原问题”，追问“源问题”，直至“元问题”;需要回归本源、本真、本义，回归逻辑起点，回归到最原始而不失去重要性的地方。极言之，没有回归，就没有研究。

研究需要回归，尤其需要“回归分析”。回归分析本是统计学中一种经典的分析方法，该方法可以确定两种或两种以上变量间相互依赖的定量关系，借以从一系列散落的点中挖掘出某种规律关系。这里借用回归分析这个概念，旨在说明研究中极其重要的两件东西：崇尚理性和揭示规律。

一是崇尚理性。回归分析不妄言、不武断，而是平和、冷静、客观、审慎地通过定量分析得出结论。其实，人的思考有其内在缺陷，经常陷于偏颇、笼统、歧义、自欺、僵化和促狭之中，很容易情绪化、想当然、非理性、自以为是和偏听盲从，片面、寡陋、扭曲、偏见、傲慢时有发生，由此导致一叶障目、以偏概全、似是而非，或故弄玄虚、哗众取宠、沽名钓誉，甚或黑白颠倒、是非混淆、美丑不分、正义不彰。

随着移动互联网的快速发展，现在已进入全媒体时代，诸位可以很方便地从互联网或智能终端等多种渠道获取知识，也能在微信、微博、朋友圈或论坛上便捷自由实时地表达乃至直播意见和观点。然而，在这个真实的虚拟世界里，人群鱼龙混杂、良莠不齐，观点纷呈迭出，资讯真假难辨，意见莫衷一是。越是这样，理性越发显得弥足珍贵。

二是揭示规律。回归分析透过貌似杂乱无章、毫无关联的数据，得出大量随机性现象整体上呈现出来的必然联系——统计规律。这种规律不是单个非确定性现象或随机事件特点的简单叠加，而是事件系统所具有的必然性，是随机事件的整体性规律。《天论》有云“以目而视，得形之粗者也;以智而视，得形之微者也。”看问题必须由表及里，由此及彼，见微知著，通过回归分析，善于总结提炼，善于抓主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面，整体把握，揭示规律。

只有发现规律，进而遵循规律，才能事半功倍，否则，就会事倍功半甚至遭受损害和失败。当今，借助数据科学(data science)和数据挖掘(data-mining)技术，我们可以更加高效地从繁复的数据里找出隐藏其中的千丝万缕的关系。由此，经典的回归分析必将换发新的生命力。

以上谈的是研究需要回归。实际上，日常工作和生活也需要回归。因为今天这个时代是个时空压缩的时代，不经意间我们已经走得很远很久，却忘了当初为何出发;或者我们走得太快，以致灵魂跟不上脚步。现在更常见的情形是，很多人学了知识忘了常识，找不到“回家的路”。因此，回归成为必须。以下我重点讲两大回归：回归单纯，回归梦想。

第一，回归单纯

进入社会这个灯红酒绿、纷繁复杂的大熔炉，个体生命可能开始体验生活的艰辛和困顿。一些人产生了苦闷、彷徨、茫然、焦虑、疲惫等情绪，由此慢慢学会了察言观色，投机钻营，热衷于经营人脉和朋友圈，久而久之变得圆滑世故，市侩庸俗，精于计算和算计。还有一些人患得患失，畏手畏脚，念想太多、行动太少。整天或郁郁寡欢、自怨自艾，或怨天尤人、愤世嫉俗，怀疑偏激牢骚充斥着他们的生活。随着岁月的流逝，这两类人的共同特点，就是都已没有当年的单纯、简单、平和与快乐。

回归单纯，方能重新开始;不忘初心，方得始终。德国哲学家尼采以骆驼、狮子和婴儿比喻人生的三个精神阶段：骆驼忍辱负重，坚韧坚持;狮子凶猛顽强，展现生命的无穷张力;婴儿单纯稚嫩，没有矫饰和虚伪，只有纯真与乐天。婴儿意味着“完美的开始”，蕴含着一切所有的可能性。成人只有回归婴儿状态，卸掉外表坚强的金罩铁衫，撕去人情练达的假面伪装，让心灵重新回归原点后再出发，才能完成精神的二次发育，进而不断实现自我超越。

单纯，不是浅薄、幼稚或无知，单纯更不是囧或傻。回归单纯，就是回归复杂后的简单、绚烂后的平淡、纠结后的释然和混沌后的清新。回归单纯，是惯看秋月春风的淡定，是浪花淘尽英雄的从容;是经历重大变故后的舍得放下，是看透而不看破人情冷暖和世态炎凉的真善美。一言以蔽之，回归单纯，就是返朴归真。

回归单纯，还不能受物欲蒙蔽牵累，要崇尚物质生活与人际关系的双重简单。同学们，光阴弹指而过，繁华三千落尽，人生的画板终将只留下原色。请珍惜这些年来学校为你们打好的人生底色，回归质朴纯真的本色，永葆单纯善良的原色。《清静经》曰，遣其欲心自静，澄其心神自清。今后不论何时何地，你们都要努力做“一个高尚的人，一个纯粹的人，一个有道德的人，一个脱离了低级趣味的人，一个有益于人民的人”。

第二，回归梦想

此刻，大家是否还清晰地记得，你们孩提时的梦想、读研时的初衷，是不是走着走着就淡了，走着走着就忘了?曾经的理想愿望、目标信念，是否会在岁月洗涤冲刷中斑驳失色，是否会被残酷的现实打回原形，甚或自我嘲笑自我否定?我想说，如果你被生活埋了，请记得你是一粒种子。特别地，请在铅华尽染时恪守与坚持梦想，在迷惘落寞时回归和重拾梦想。

人生两件事：做梦和圆梦。世界上最快乐的事，也莫过于为梦想而奋斗。圆梦的路漫长而艰辛，在圆梦的过程中要尤其注意锤炼抗挫能力。各行各业但凡能成功的人士都有一个共性特质，这些人一定输得起，输了再来，最后就赢了。因此，诸位要执于梦但不能困于梦，要让梦想照进现实，勤于在事上磨砺，特别是在逆境中奋斗，在挫折中振作，在坚持中创新，在创新中蝶变。这样，不仅能让原初的梦想愈加清晰坚定，也让圆梦之路变得坦荡通畅。

你们的高中同学或者本科同学，大多可能已经成家立业，有的甚至已经成了大老板、住进了大别墅。而你们选择读研，刚刚走出校门，家庭、事业才开始起步。请不要把这些眼前的生活差距，视作你们之间的人生差距。人生是长程赛，生活和命运自会丰厚馈赠那些志向远大、追求卓越且持之以恒的追梦人。对于那些立志以学术为志业的同学，我还要特别对你们讲一句话，那就是坚持思想的绝对自由和对学术追求不可动摇的信奉。请诸位给自己一点时间，也给梦想一点时间，只要执着于梦想，坚忍不拔，百折不挠，终有一飞冲天、扶摇直上的那一刻。

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a while, only sweat and laugh left. It is a good exercise for health and a good way to relax from the busy study too. This is my high school life, busy and fulfilling.

作为一个高三的学生，我忙于为高考做准备。我一天有7节课，还有两节晚自习。周末只剩下一天。所以，我把大部分时间都花在学习上，毕竟高考对我们大多数人来说都十分重要。除了学习，我会在放学后以及周末跟我的朋友一起踢足球。我非常喜欢踢足球。当我在足球场上奔跑的时候，我可以暂时将考试的事情抛之脑后，只剩下汗水和欢笑。这对健康是个很好的锻炼，也是一个学习之余很好的放松方式。这就是我的高中生活，忙碌而充实。

时间过得可真快，转眼间，我们来到三十五中这个大家庭中，已有一个多月了。今天，我们聚集在月坛体育场，举行了2017-2018年度的开学典礼。这中间的两个环节令我十分震惊。一个是新高一学生的军训表演，另一个是获得“校长奖”的两名同学的事迹。

先来说说军训表演吧，新高一的同学们身穿迷彩服，戴着军帽，像军人一样挺拔。表演开始了，他们大声喊着“一二三四”的口号声跑上场，脚步声在地板上显得格外整齐。当听到教官的口令“向右看齐”时，他们微弯双腿，小碎步向自己右边的同学看齐。紧凑的声音格外好听。这时，我想到了我们军训时的不足。在“向右看齐”时，有的同学低头向下看，给人一种不自信的感觉;有的同学脚步不紧凑，给人一种懒散的感觉;还有的同学只顾着做动作，却并未关注自己这排的排面到底齐不齐。现在，不看不知道，一看吓一跳，人家的排面齐，动作快而齐。真是人外有人，山外有山啊。他们还表演了武术，喊的口号声也特别齐。这时，我才注意到，高一同学们穿的衣服都是长袖，他们难道不热吗?当然热啦，同学们脸上的汗珠替我做了回答。这让我更对他们刮目相看了。其实，他们训练的时间也不算太长，只有八天。能练到这样的程度，我自然是钦佩的不得了。于是，我在心中埋下一颗小小的种子，等到高一军训时，我一定要做得比他们更好。

再来说说获得“校长奖”同学的事迹吧。他们在美国贴在墙上的世界地图上发现中国那一部分有错误。于是径直找到了校长，将地图改正过来。爱国心每人都有，但这两位同学的勇气实在值得我们学习。

从今天的开学典礼上，我学到了许多东西。我也对今后在三十五中的学习生活充满了期待。

艰苦的奋斗终于是到了尽头，幻想着接下来美好的大学生活也是让我对自己的未来有了更多的期待。高中三年的时光也是让我对生活存在着非常大的期待，更是对自己的学习更加的上心，就希望自己现在的努力会给自己带来更棒的结果。

思想上，我一直都有严格的管束自己，更是在这三年中没有让自己出现过一次的违纪行为。学校的制度就是我的行为标准，时刻的监管好自己，完全不让自己出现一点点的失误与后悔。当然老师的教导也是完全的印刻的在我的心中，我也是有努力的让自己在每一天的生活中去尽可能的成长，做到一位优秀的乖学生的样子。

学习方面，自高一开始就没有任何的懈怠，虽然那个时候刚结束了中考，但是自己也是明白高考的重要性，所以更是不敢有任何的松懈。在老师的课堂上也是有非常认真仔细的进行每一项工作，同时也是有努力的让自己在其中去渐渐的成长，学习好每一点的知识。这些年自己的成绩也还算是偏优秀，但是还需要我去努力的方面是有很多的，同时我也非常的希望自己能够在每天的生活中去提升自我，尽力去汲取更多的知识，更是让自己可以变得更加的优秀。现在现在高考的面前，我的内心也是有较大的慌乱，我不知道我会取得何种的成绩，但是我明白自己内心所缺失的东西是必须要去进行更多的努力，我相信自己是可以取得自己真正期待的成绩。

生活上，自己也是学会了如何去照顾好自己，同时也是尽力让自己在其中有更好的发展，尽可能的让自己变得更加优秀，更好的展开自己的学习生活。看着成长得这样健康快乐的自己更是在心中对生活有了更大的期待。渐渐的独立，也是让我真正的在生活中有了更多的感悟，同时也让我的生活变得更加的多姿多彩。虽然我还有很多的东西都是需要我自己努力去学习，去调节的，但是我都是会尽可能的让自己有更好的发展，也努力去提升自我让我的生活有更为精彩的发展。

高中这三年的时光，我更多的是投身于学习中，当然也是在这样的交流相处中，找寻到相互促进，相互帮助的小伙伴，这样我有很大的感触，同时我也在其中得到了很多的进步，虽然我不知道自己的未来生活是何种模样，但是我相信自己是完全可以取得优异的成绩，不让关心、爱护我的人而失望。接下来不多的时间，我会更加努力的投身于学习中，让自己心中所掌握的知识有更多，同时也让我对生活有更大的感悟。

society. english is an international language. wherever you go, you can hear

english spoken by many people.

From this point of view, it is true that english is important to our daily

life. learning english is like learning to swim or learning to play ball. our

primary trouble is that we have tackled the study of language from the wrong

end. we are like theman who thinks he can learn to swim only by reading books

about swimming. in actuality, we learn by doing. the grammatical rules are

valuable as we plunge into the language and need some assistance. in the same

way, advanced instructions about swimming are helpful as we learn something from

Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the traditional Chinese festivals. It falls on the 15th day of Augustlunar month every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too many people can reject the temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I have two reasons.

First of all, Mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunion. 我们比高一学妹先来到华光，在这里成长了一、两年，这里是我们圆梦的地方，这里是我们腾飞的平台。我们来自农村，从小就面对着大山，但也正因如此，大山也给我们孕育着一个梦——一个丑小鸭要变金凤凰的梦。贫穷给不了我们什么物质享受但却在精神上给足你动力。不是吗?“黑夜给了我黑色的眼睛，我却用它寻找光明”说的正是我们。学校能有今天很不容易，为了学校的生存和发展，校长妈妈，每一位老师、学姐们、苗圃行动以及每一位好心人都付出了很多、很多。在一两个学年里，我们在感受着华光的温馨，享受着华光的快乐，吸收着华光的养分，一步步成长，也在一次次见证着女高——我成长的美丽港湾;在这几百个日子里，当你蓦然回首，才发现你的人生诗篇已谱上插曲，如此婉转------。我敢说华光给了我们很多，我们可以学到的社会经验，可以熟识礼节，可以认真充实的过好每一天。华光，它是狂风中的大树，为我们这群鸟儿提供避风、展翅、飞翔的平台，为更多少数民族贫困女孩圆高中梦、大学梦、人生梦。

同时，作为学姐的我们也希望学妹们也能珍惜这一切，好好学习，然后去告诉那些大山：我飞出来了!我们也要告诉在座的每一位嘉宾：华光的金凤凰会飞起来，飞出我们的精彩!飞出我们青春昂扬的英姿。

在这宁静而温馨的校园里，在这简单而隆重的开学典礼上，在这充满希望的苗圃中，用我们大山赋予的毅力，用青春的激情，用追梦的双手，为我们的明天而奋斗。

最后，我还想宣读一段话，是李仁波老师写给学姐们、贴在教室里的一段话：“埋怨环境不好，常常是我们自己不优秀;埋怨别人太狭隘，常常是我们不豁达;埋怨天气太恶劣，常常是我们抵抗力太弱;埋怨老师不会教，常常是我们欠思考……”想想这些，我们还有什么理由去埋怨而不去拼搏?

让我们为自己加油的同时也高声祝愿：学校越办越好。谢谢!

很荣幸作为学生代表在这里和大家分享学习心得。愉悦祥和的春节已经过去了，我们迎来了充满希望的春天。俗话说：一年之计在于春。我们要沐浴着春日的阳光做好充分的准备，有计划有步骤地播下勤劳的种子。下面我想结合自己的实际情况谈几点个人学习体会：

1、重视课前预习

课前预习是学习的重要环节，预习可以扫除课堂学习的知识障碍，提高听课效果;还能够复习、巩固已学的知识，最重要的是能发展我们的自学能力，减少对老师的依赖，增强独立性。

2、课堂专心听讲

如果在每节课前，学生都能自觉要求自己“必须当堂掌握”，那么上课的效率一定会大大提高。因此，无论上什么课，我都认真听讲，课后及时的把我在学习中的困惑提出来，和老师交流。老师会在给我们解疑惑的同时给我们扩充一些相关的知识，更有助于我们理解。另外，为了更好的提高课堂效率我们还要做好课堂笔记，“好记性不如烂笔头。

3、课后及时复习

及时复习的优点在于可加深和巩固对学习内容的理解。根据遗忘曲线，识记后的两三天，遗忘速度最快，然后逐渐缓慢下来。要及时“趁热打铁”，学过即习，方为及时。

4、作业巩固提高

做作业可以加深对知识的理解和记忆;通过做作业，把容易混淆的概念区别开来，对事物之间的关系了解得更清楚，公式的变换更灵活。做作业可以为复习积累资料;作业题一般都是经过精选的，有很强的代表性、典型性。因此就是做过的习题也不应一扔了事，而应当定期进行分类整理，作为复习时的参考资料。

5、善于总结反思

反思是解题之后的重要环节。如解题的思路、有无其他的方法等。应该有错题集，定期把错题拿出来看看，会取得意想不到的效果。

对于我们高二的同学们来说，学业水平测试将要来临，冲A是每位同学的目标，一个A，就可以在高考中加一分，而4个A就可以加5分!五分，它可以是近万个名次的差距，更可能决定了我们是否可以考上心中梦寐以求的大学!

为了这个目标，我们甘愿成为“学习狂人”，甘愿将平时玩闹的时间省下来，只为了能记住一个知识点或者多钻研一道题;校院内，多的是同学之间的相互问答，共同复习的声音，少的是其他杂七杂八的高谈阔论。这种感觉就象是在进行一场800米的赛跑，路途中的挥汗如雨会让我们觉得更加酣畅淋漓。当你累得走不动了，抬抬头，眺望远方，目标就在那召唤你呢!可别让它等你太久了!

就我个人而言，我准备每天在必修功课上花至少3个小时，以课本为主，掌握基础知识。地理这门学科，想要学好就是靠读图理解，多做章节小测验。生物也是这样，但在某些方面也还是需要去理解和钻研，先保证把老师发的讲义全部弄通后再做题。如化学，光把老师给的默写讲义背出来是不够的，一定要自己多做题!至于物理，看似就这样几个简单的公式，但不知却蕴含了多少玄机，因此就更有必要多做课外习题!

每天都要在各学科上花时间，但也不能急于求成，必须一章一节每个知识点都复习到位!

成功属于永远不放弃的人。因为勤奋,安徒生从一个鞋匠的儿子成为童话王;因为勤奋，罗曼罗兰获得了二十年心血的结晶——《约翰克里斯朵夫》;因为勤奋，巴尔扎克给人类留下了宝贵的文学遗产《人间喜剧》;还是由于勤奋，爱迪生才有一千多种伟大的科学发明。
