第二，我希望大家能有规范的学习习惯。经研究，我们人日常生活80%的行为都在于习惯，而学习习惯是我们作为学生最主要的习惯之一。我觉得学习习惯要做好下面三点：第一，要有预习的习惯。在学习新知识之前，我们在个人自我意识中把它预习一遍，带着目的和这个基础到课堂上听课，会起到事半功倍的效果。第二，要学会在课堂上能抓住重点，边听边分析边记忆的习惯。这是一种能力，在我们三到四年级的时候，已经完整地形成，这个能力叫自动化读写能力，也就是在听到老师讲授一个知识点，讲课的时候，脑子里会自动加工，并形成经过分析的知识要点。如果我们有意识的培养这个习惯，你会变成越来越聪明、越来越有智慧的学生，学习起来就会容易。第三个学习习惯是按时完成作业的习惯。在一个相当长的时间里，一个好学生的标志是什么呢?是看你能不能按时完成作业。在我小的时候，比如说谁是好学生，谁是坏学生，就看他写不写作业，能不能按时完成作业，我想这个标准直到今天依然适用。

第三，希望大家养成良好的阅读习惯。自从文字产生以来，全世界大家、大师们都以文字的方式留下了他们智慧的思考和知识的传承。如果我们想了解这些智慧、这些知识，阅读是最简便的一种方式。花钱不多，资源丰富。如果我们如饥似渴地阅读，我们就能汲取智慧，获得知识，从而丰富我们的生命。所以可以这样说，你是不是具备良好的阅读习惯，就决定了你个人的生命丰富程度。一个人的阅读史就是他的精神发育史，所以你的精神和生命是否丰富，将取决于你读了多少书;而你读了多少书，将取决于你在小学阶段是不是养成了良好的阅读习惯。

第四，我们要有自我觉醒的品德意识。一个人最终要长成什么样的人才算成功，才算不白来世上活一遭呢?孩子们，在外国有一个著名的心理学家叫马斯洛，他在经过大量研究的基础上，说人至少有五种需要。第一种是生理需要，也就是我们要吃饭，饿了想吃饭，生理需要。第二种是安全需要。当我们满足生理需要之后，我们就渴求安全，不安全，其他需要无法满足。就像现在中东有些身处战争中的孩子们没有安全，其他更无法奢求。当安全需要也被满足之后，我们就渴求另一种更高层次的需要，是尊重的需要，别人不尊重我们,我们心里是不舒服的。在尊重的需要被满足之后，我们渴求的第四种需要就是爱和归属感的需要，我们渴求爱，渴求温暖，渴求内心的一种归属感。但是最后最重要的一种是自我实现的需要。我们内心里有原本的渴望，有一种洪荒之力，这种洪荒之力推动我们追求人生的自我实现，所以我们要长成自我实现的人。

那么要长成自我实现的人，光学习是不够的，还要有一些本质的品德来支撑，比方说节制，有的同学在家里看电视不知道节制，玩电脑、玩ipad、打游戏不知道节制。当你变成了一个没有节制的人，你不可能有自我实现所需要的动能。还要帮助别人，如果你不会帮助别人，你就很难获得别人的认可。还要有高远的追求，这是一种高贵的品质。如果我们没有高远的追求，就会影响我们前进的脚步。在前进的道路上还有一种品质非常重要，叫坚韧，百折不挠。这一次奥运会上，中国女排成为全世界的亮点，中国女排在巴西客场对巴西队。当我们中国女排每进一个球，巴西90%的啦啦队都有嘘声，一进球就是“吁”，就跟倒彩差不多。就是在这种艰难的情况下，中国女排打出了一种坚韧的风采。从巴西到塞尔维亚，我们最终赢得了冠军。每一场球我们都看的热泪盈眶，那种热泪盈眶的内心激发力就来自于中国女排的坚韧，这种坚韧值得我们每位同学学习。正像我们中国女排的教练郎平女士说的那样:“女排精神不是冠军，而是明知不是冠军，但仍然要义如反顾地打下去。”所以希望大家都能养成坚韧的品质。

一.名词

写作中，学生们常把握不好名词的数、所有格以及一些集合名词的用法。

1.Hegavemeaverygoodadviceyesterday.

句中的a要去掉，因为advice是不可数名词。一些汉语概念为可数的词在英语中却是不可数的，表示数量时在要其前加apieceof，类似的词有：news,bread,work,paper,chalk,furniture,information等等。

2.Thatgirllovesreadingbook.

可数名词单数不能孤零零地放在句子里，或前面加冠词，或将其变为复数。此处最好变为books.

3.Hewentintoabooksshopandboughtadictionary.

一般表示有生命的东西的名词的所有格用’s，如mymother’scar,而此处适宜用名词修饰名词，改为abookshop.

4.MyfamilyiswatchingTV.

一些集合名词如看成一个整体，则用单数的谓语动词，如Myfamilyisahappyone.如果强调集合中每个个体的个人行为，则用复数的谓语动词。此处看电视是个体行为，应把is改为are。类似的词有：team,class,audience等。

5.Iboughtsomepotatosandtomatosatthesupermarket.

中学阶段，以“o”结尾的名词中有四个词变复数时要加es，它们是tomato,potato,Negro,hero;其余的都加s变为复数。

6.Thishasnothingtodowiththeirbelieves.（这和他们的信仰没关系。）

以f,fe结尾的词变为复数时一般去f,fe加ves，如knife—knives,

thief—thieves;而roof和belief直接加s变为复数。所以应把believes改为beliefs.

二.冠词

7.Thebosswantstohireanusefulperson.

用a还是an，取决于后面单词音标中的第一个音，如为元音用an，为辅音用a。useful的第一个音是辅音所以应把an改为a。类似的，我们说aEuropeancountry.

8.Planeisamachinethatcanfly.

plane为可数名词单数，不能单独放在句中，应在其前加冠词或把它变为复数，而本句后有amachine,因此只能在其前面加a，变为Aplane。

9.Heplayedapianoatthepartyyesterday.

把a改为the，因为乐器前用定冠词。

10.Themachinewasinventedin1920s.

在in后加the，因为表示年代用in加the再加几十的复数，如在八十年代inthe80s。

11.XiaoHongwenttoschoolbythebuseveryday.

去掉the，因为表示交通方式用by直接加交通工具。

三.代词

使用代词时请注意其单、复数，主、宾格以及形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词的用法。

12.Heisoneofthosespeakerswhomakehisideasperfectlyclear.

定语从句的先行词是thosespeakers，为复数，因此从句中的指示代词应为复数，应把his改为their。

放在疑问句特殊疑问词后的doyouthink/believe/guess/imagine/suppose等都不参与句子成分。本句中去掉doyouthink后缺的是主语，应把Whom改为Who。

四.数词

五.形容词和副词

形容词和副词容易被误用，形容词和副词的比较级和最高级也是应注意的重点。

The generation gap is unavoidable in almost every family, which brings

about a number of conflicts in a family. In my opinion, to limit the bad effects

of the generation gap, each family should use the following three methods:

First of all, it is important that family members discuss openly about

their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family gatherings. This activity does

not only create a close relationship but also help build up understanding among

all members. For instance, once children are aware that their grandparents and

even their parents did not have a good upbringing during their hard childhood,

they will stop complaining about the previous generations’ obsoleteness. In the

meantime, once old people realize young people are nurtured in a new modern way,

it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or hobbies.

Secondly, people of each generation should not develop a very high feeling

about themselves. In order to do that, they should not think that they are the

only right people in their family because each person has his or her own

limitations. Teenagers would realize that their parents have to struggle with

pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their

strictness. Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm

to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their

members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious

atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each other. I strongly believe

that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum

According to the variety of social background, personal experience and

personal emotion, differernt people have different opinions towards things.

that there are big differences between us and the old generation. We always

regard the old are outdated, while they think us are crazy. They can’t bear the

Nowadays, many families have a dog or a cat as a pet. Some people think

that pets are good and helpful companies. Some of them even go so far as saying
