一、要抓意识，始终绷紧校园安全这条弦 校园安全事故往往具有不可预见性、突发性、群体性，你不知道它会在什么时候，以什么方式出现，而且，一旦发生，就会产生伤害性的后果，给师生安全、给校园稳定与教育和谐造成巨大影响。虽然近年来，校园安全事故中，由学校负直接安全责任的事件不多，但是涉及学校管理缺失，教育缺位的问题还是存在的。部分事件中的家长就是抓住这一点，提出高额索赔要求，处理过程被动，处理难度加大，有的甚至引发群体性冲击校园、群体性上访等恶性事件。 意识这一道“篱笆”如果一不扎紧，事故这匹“狼”就会乘虚而入。在任何时候，校长始终抓住“安全意识”这条弦，不仅要抓师生的安全意识，更要把自己摆进去，抓自己的安全意识，只有切实提高自己的安全意识，才能真正把安全工作放在管理的第一位，才会在考虑学校管理的时候，在实施教育教学行为的时候，站在安全的角度多想一步。 为了进一步做好安全工作，我校成立安全工作领导机构，切实加强对安全工作的领导，学校把安全工作列入重要议事日程，在安全教育工作中，我校认真实施“一把手”工程，学校校长直接抓，分管副校长具体抓，学校政教处、保卫科以及各部门、班主任具体分工负责组织实施。建立健全安全工作制度，做到分工明确，责任到人，安全工作时时有人抓，处处有人管。

二、制度保证措施到位

(一)、建立安全工作领导责任制和责任追究制。将安全工作列入各处室的目标考核内容，并进行严格考核，严格执行责任追究制度，对造成重大安全事故的，要严肃追究有关领导及直接责任人的责任。 校长、书记对学校安全工作负全责。学校政教处、保卫科、教务处等职能部门的负责人都有自己的明确的安全工作责任。我们教师的安全工作责任是：

(1)、认真执行安全生产和安全防火有关政策、法令及本校各项制度，对本班的各项安全管理和防火工作负责。(2)、结合学科、班级特点开展形式多样的安全教育活动，增强学生安全意识。

(3)、上课前清点学生人数，对无故不到者应及时通知班主任或家长，课堂上教师不得中途离开教室。

(4)、课间要注意观察学生行为动态，发现安全隐患及时处理。

(5)、在计算机室、实作室及教室上课，要加强对学生的管理，防止学生触摸电器及易燃、易爆、有害物品。室外课要做好学生的安全保护工作。

(二)、签订责任书。学校与处室和班主任、教师层层签订责任书，明确各自的职责。每年“五一”、“十一”等长假前后学校还与学生家长签订了安全责任书，明确了家长应做的工作和应负的责任。将安全教育工作列为对教职员工考核的重要内容，实行一票否决制度。贯彻“谁主管，谁负责” 的原则，做到职责明确，责任到人。

(三)、不断完善学校安全工作规章制度。建立学校安全工作的各项规章制度，并根据安全工作形势的发展，不断完善充实。建立健全定期检查和日常防范相结合的安全管理制，以及学生管理、领导值班、值周值勤、防火防灾、食品卫生管理、防火安全管理、体育器材检查、健康体检等规章制度。严禁私自利用节假日办班招生，严禁学生参加商业性庆典活动，严禁组织学生从事不符合国家有关规定的危险性工作，在校外开展的社会实践活动要坚持就近、徒步、安全第一的原则。对涉及学校安全的各项工作，都要做到有章可循，违章必究，不留盲点，不出漏洞。

(四)、建立学校安全意外事故处置预案制度。学校建立事故处置领导小组，制定了意外事故处置预案制度。

三、齐抓共管群防群治 学校安全教育工作是一项社会性的系统工程，需要社会、学校、家庭的密切配合。我校积极与公安、综合治理等部门通力合作，做好学校安全教育工作。学校除开设安全、健康课程外，还定期开展了一系列安全教育活动，如：青少年自救自护知识讲座，传染病的预防与治疗橱窗专刊，健康法制小报，主题班会等，取得了良好的教育效果。

In peoples life, food and clothing live line, deficiency may not be all. Especially the food, it is closely connected to each of us, is our daily necessities. Food safety is increasingly concerned topic in our life, one of the active management of the ministry of commerce and industry at the same time, also often implement the food inspection work.

在人的生活当中，衣食住行，样样缺不得。特别是食品，它是与我们每个人紧密相连的，是我们每天的必需品。俗话说得好，民以食为天，一顿不吃饿得慌。所以我们更该关注食品安全。 食品安全是我们生活中日益关心的话题之一，工商部门积极管理的同时，也常常实施着食品检查的工作。

所谓食品安全，就是食品里不含任何对人体有害物质。如果食品变质或者含有毒物质，就会给我们身体带来危害甚至危及生命。食品安全关乎人的生命健康。劣质食品极大得危害了人的健康，轻则拉肚子腹泻，重则中毒昏迷，更有甚者可能会引起死亡。的确，食品安全直接关系着群众的身体健康和生活质量。学校周边有许多小店，那诱人的“美食“发出阵阵香味，同学们抵挡不住零食的诱惑，你五角，我一元地买了许多零食，结果有些买零食的同学都因为买了不卫生的食品而拉肚子。

记得有一次我在电视里看到了一个新闻:某一知名酸奶品牌因为某种原因，把过期的酸奶重新包装了一遍，还好食品质量监督管理局及时发现，不然后果不堪设想。看看这些厂家，多么毒辣，为了市场上的竞争，竟不顾消费者的健康。

以上事例都足以证明食品安全的重要性，食品不安全的事件给人们的生活造成了很大的影响，食品监管部门也一直很重视这个问题。相信有关部门能够严肃处理，严格管理，给大家一个放心的食品食用环境。而我们作为一名小学生，作为社会的一份子，我们也应该要不断提高自我保护能力和自我保护意识，以及尽自己的绵薄之力配合监管部门工作。

今天下午三点我观看了大学生消防知识普及专题直播，受益匪浅。直播内容从鲜活的案例入题，讲述了近一两年发生在我国的重特大火灾事故及其引发的原因，给我们敲响了警钟。

消防安全在日常工作中往往被忽视，我们往往存在侥幸心理，直到造成了不可挽回的损失才后悔莫及。这就是我们没有把防范火灾的工作放在第一位所导致的。“隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，责任重于泰山”，做好预防工作的关键就在于提高对安全的重视程度。

缺乏防范意识的后果是很严重的。这次学习让我对安全工作有了一定的了解，譬如燃烧与灭火的常识、安全防护及逃生设备的使用、安全疏散设施的设置和安全培训的重要性等。消除火灾隐患，提高防火意识不再是口头文章，要以实际行动和措施来切实做好安全工作。

消防直播告诉我们，发生火灾后要学会自救，在火势越来越大、不能立即扑灭的情况下，应尽快设法脱险。如果通道、楼梯已被烟火封住，确实没有可能向外突围时，可向头部、身上浇些冷水或用湿毛巾、湿被单将头部包好，用湿棉被、湿毯子将身体裹好，再冲出险区。当通道已被堵死，应保持镇静，视具体情况设法从别的安全地方转移，住在比较低的楼层可以顺着结实的绳索(如果找不到绳索，可将床单或结实的窗帘布等物撕成条，拧好成绳)爬下。

这次培训真正让我认识到消防安全的重要性，丰富了我的消防安全知识，让我颇有收获。

镜头一平安天使来到了教室，清晨的同学们朝气蓬勃，教室里书声朗朗。“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟”、“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。”还是让平安天使去瞧瞧，是否能过关呢?平安天使可真仔细，这里的任何角落都会在他的火眼金睛中曝光。“哎哟!

这教师里密不通风的，怎么叫同学们呼吸新鲜空气呀?”的确，同学们每天的大量时间都在教室里，如果空气不流通，空气不新鲜，就会引起种种不良现象的发生。平安天使建议：教室每天一定要保持室内与室外空气的流通，保证同学们的身心健康。“……哎呀!你们的垃圾角都快成为了垃圾屋了，难道想制造污染吗?”不看不知道，一看吓一跳。原本应该是个小小的垃圾角，如今——周围靠邻的两面墙被污染，垃圾桶里的垃圾也跑了一大半出来，地面也在说“我是跳进黄河也洗不清了!”墙上、地上、垃圾(桶)合成的味道，可以让你大饱“臭”福!

平安天使建议：教室里的垃圾处理一定要及时、得当，一定要保持干净清爽的卫生环境。垃圾角是为了让教室更干净，而不是更脏!

镜头二转眼间，平安天使来到了走廊。一到下课，这走廊就成了同学们的娱乐天地。跳绳的跳绳，踢毽的踢毽，有的还趴在栏杆上……几乎全年级的学生都会跑到走廊上。这场面挺壮观的。平安天使再次大叫：“同学们!

你们就不知道围聚走廊(栏杆)会很危险的吗?”是啊!

一来会给走廊增加负荷量，很危险;二来大多数同学都高于栏杆，趴在栏杆上就更危险了。平安天使建议：走廊是给同学、老师们行走过路的，因此一定要保持疏通，千万不要围聚走廊(栏杆)，要保证同学们行走过路的方便。镜头三还有很重要的——食堂。俗话说：病从口入。学校给予学生们的食物应该保证质量的安全。各个环节都要做到“干净卫生”、“品质第一”、“平安食品”。只要一步一步脚踏实地的做好了，那就没问题了!

平安天使的旅程就快结束了。他给我们带来的是平安的启迪，带来的是平安的忠告和最真诚的问候和祝福。我们要知道：创建平安校园是得靠同学们、老师们、全校的力量才能成功的。从一点一滴做起，从此时此刻开始。让平安走进校园，走进社会，走进全世界的每一个角落!
