Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. 建议二：在大中专院校中普及创业培训课程。将来社会创业的主力军必然是大学生以及年轻人。为了避免时下大学生普遍的盲目创

业和就业带来的无谓的损失，他们必须在创业和就业之前积累更多的创业精神、创业经验、创业资源和创业资金，才能激发创业潜能，并在今后的创业历程中真正把创业当做可持续的事业来做。这样的事业的起点必须有其奠基石，那就是全面完善的创业培训。如果把创业培训在大中专院校中大力普及，那么这将是培育大量创业的种子选手，是一件功德无量的好事，不但可以为缓解就业压力寻找出路，也为创业者群体增添生力军。

建议三：发展电子商务，提供电子商务发展平台。电子商务是创业的一个重要方向，也是潜力最为巨大的一个创业市场，并且带动了快递行业和就业的快速增长。以淘宝网为例，数字说明电子商务的力量。截止2011年11月30日，淘宝网帮助246.3万人实现直接就业，其中2.034万为残障人士。而淘宝对社会可持续发展的贡献，远不仅仅只是经济和就业上，也同样体现在环境保护上。据推算，2011年通过淘宝网进行的交易，相比传统模式减少了235.8万吨标准煤的使用，降低492.8至611.2万吨二氧化碳排放量，也相当于森林生长269至334万立方米木材的减碳量，增加89至111万亩左右的人工林，几乎达到杭州市区的森林覆盖面积。如果认识到电子商务的无限力量和增长前景，政府应当在这方面能够有所作为，搭建更加适宜电子商务的平台。例如开设太湖淘宝创业论坛，大力营造电子商务发展的社会氛围;开办网上创业培训，大力推动广大微小创业者提高网上创业的能力。这对于小创业者都会是实实在在的鼓励和帮助，在降低

创业的门槛的同时，将大大提高创业成功的几率，使创业资源在最大程度上合理有效地进行配置和流动。

最后但是最重要的建议：政策的落实需要政府各级部门(工商、税务、财政、人保部门)的共同配合与合作才能真正造福于民，如果各部门之间的行动无法步调一致就会造成创业政策实施的羁绊。所以希望能够成立专门的由市长直接领导的创业就业工作小组，来统一指挥领导创业就业工作，才能真正把创业就业的事业做大做强，真正夯实社会发展的基础，让创业者发挥更大力量，让老百姓的日子过得更加红火!

We always see that the river is covered with white rubbish,the water is against clean. Roads are dirty,too.I can imagine the future that is covered with rubbish.People through rubbish away into the river.The industry let off sewage。People on the car through the rubbish away form the window of the car.Rubbish is waving。People enjoy using refrigerator that is the cause of that the global is more and more warming.We should get together to do something to improve our environment.We can plant so many trees that the temperature of the global will lower.Trees will reduce the crash of the global.

Punish the person who through away the rubbish around the roads instead of the rubbish bin.

Stick out to do the things above,the environment will be better and better.

Environmental problems are being more and more serious all over the world。

一天放学，我背着书包高高兴兴地向家门口跑去。

还没进门，就闻到一股臭气熏天的怪味，原来是有人把垃圾丢在了一颗小树旁，我赶紧将鼻子捂住，真想一口气跑到了三楼，离开了这个是非之地。可当我看到胸前的红领巾时，它仿佛在严厉的批评我。我急忙跑回家，书包也来不及放，拿起扫帚和撮箕向楼下跑去。

我先用扫帚使劲地挥舞几下，这招式果然吓走了不少苍蝇，少了苍蝇的捣蛋，消灭这些垃圾就轻松多了，我把垃圾全扫进撮箕里，倒入垃圾桶。

我以为已经大功告成了，可没想到，几张糖纸还粘在地上，这些“顽顾份子”似乎在对我说：“哈哈，看你能把我怎么办?”有了，用水一冲再扫不就行啦，我立马端了盆水，这招果然奏效，一下子全都被我消灭的干干静静，地面终于又恢复了往日的洁净。

虽然这次意外的劳动累得我腰酸背痛，但是想着我为地球环保出了一份力，让我十分高兴，只要我们大家爱护环境，世界一定会变得更加的美好!

Important to save water

Water is a kind of liquid. It has no taste or smell. It is transparent, too. Water is useful and is important to us. Why? For example, we use water to water the plants. We use water to wash our face or to have a bath. We drink water or we will die…Water is also very important for China. There are 2.8 hundred millions of steres of water in China, but everyone can only use 2300 steres. It is only twenty–five per sent in the world.

Not too long ago, there was a man called Jacques Cousteau. He loved the beautiful colors, and the beautiful fish in the sea. However, when he returned some years later, the colorful coral reefs were dead and grey because the factory near the sea poured waste water into the sea. Jacques Cousteau decided to tell people how important it was to save the environment under the sea. He started the“ Cousteau Society ” to help protect life in the sea. Now there are over 30000 members all over the world. Since water covers most of the earth, Cousteau knew that we should keep the sea clean. We should not litter the sea, and should clean up the dirty parts. As water is very important to our environment, he encouraged everyone to take part in protecting our lakes, rivers, sea and ocean.

There are still a few people who are not protecting the water now in the world. For example, some factories pour waste things into the rivers, lakes or into the sea near by. The water there has become very dirty and we can’t use them at all. Although there are seventy–five per sent of water in the world, we can only use fresh water, that there is only a little. So we should use little water when we need to use it. For example, I do not use too much water when I am washing my face or having a bath… It is important for us to keep the water clean. You may ask yourself, have I ever poured or thrown dirty things into the water? If your answer is “No”, that means you have already helped to protect the environment. It is our duty to protect the environment. You may ask yourself again, have I ever helped to clean up the water? If your answer is “Yes”, that means that you have already done something useful to improve the water. If we use up all the water, it is difficult for us to get it from anywhere, including the universe. It is terrible to think that people are too thirsty to live! I believe, that if everyone helps to protect the water, the water must be protected. You do not want to “kill” your son or your grandson, do you? So now let us to protect the water! Please don’t let the last drop of water on the earth is we human’s tear!

一天我正要去上学。打开门一看，哇，三米外看不见人！

我想：这怎么去上学呢？我看见了妈妈，便问：“妈妈，怎么回事？”“这是雾霾，有毒的，快回来。”妈妈说。

回家后，我问妈妈：“这怎么上学啊？”妈妈说：“今天学校说不上学。”“哦，”我说。

“那为什么会这样呢？”我问妈妈。妈妈答道：“应该是环境被破坏了吧！”“那是谁破坏了呢？”我追问道。“大多是我们人类吧！”然后，我想了想，又刨根问底地问：“是哪些地方造成的呢？”妈妈说：“是工厂排污水、森林被伐、乱扔垃圾，这些造成的。”

后来，我贴了广告，让人们不要破坏环境，很快有了大家的大力支持，我开心地笑了。

这让我知道了一个道理：我们一定要保护环境，这是一种美德啊！当然，保护的不仅是环境，也是我们人类自己呀！

我们的社会正在不断地飞速发展，人们的生活水平有了大大的提高，地球也随之发生了翻天覆地的巨大变化。可是，我们却忽略了一个严重的问题——环境保护。

关于环境保护，我有好多话要说。

每当你走在幽静的小路上时，突然，一个废旧塑料方便袋从你的眼帘飘过去，你的心情会怎样呢？每当家家户户到处倾倒生活脏水时，你不觉得大好的环境，早已被弄得污水横流臭气熏天了吗？当你看到人们砍伐树木时，你会不会感到树木也会因疼痛而流泪呢？当你听到车辆发出的阵阵噪音、闻到刺鼻的尾气，你会不会因此而感到烦恼呢？此时，对于眼前发生的这一切，你会不会有所反思和行动呢？

清澈见底的小河、清新的空气、葱郁茂密的森林、蔚蓝的天空，这是人类梦想中的世界。而现实呢？清澈见底的小河被垃圾、污水残忍的侵略了，变得又脏又臭。清新的空气被工业废气、粉尘所污染。原本绿油油的草坪，现在却因为人类的不自觉，导致遍地垃圾，使小草无法正常生长，甚至枯萎、死亡……这中可怕的现象，都是因为我们人类不爱护环境造成的。

在特别强调节能低碳的今天，破坏环境是很可耻的行为。可是，仍然有人在这样美丽的休闲度假的公园里遛狗，还有人在雪白的铺路砖上烧纸，这些人为了满足自己的需求，不顾环境，肆意妄为，不但违反了社会公德，还破坏了我们的生存环境！

醒醒吧，人类！保护环境就是保护我们人类赖以生存的家园，更是保护我们人类自己。如果我们再不保护环境，那么在不久的将来，人类将会无法生存。这是因为我们的无知导致淡水资源越来越少，直至枯竭；乱砍滥伐、过度放牧开荒会导致土地越来越贫瘠、沙漠化，使动物无家可归，直至灭绝……

保护环境，人人有责！为了使我们共同的家园——水更清，山更绿，天更蓝，现在就行动起来吧！

地球是我们赖以生存的家园，它为我们提供一切生存必要的条件。我们也是地球的主人，要担当其责任去保护它。因为地球只有一个！

随着社会的不断进步，科技的不断发展，然而有的人们的道德却出现了偏差。笔直冲天的大烟囱，雄赳赳的冒着滚滚浓烟；工厂直接把污水排放到河流；马路上，一辆接一辆的小汽车，冒着烟疾驰在马路上；森林被为了一己私欲的人们而滥砍滥伐，造成森林资源大面积的减少；到处是随处丢弃的垃圾……空气被污染了，伤害着人们的身体；河流被污染了，鱼儿死了，我们的生活用水越来越肮脏；森林消失了，自然灾害接踵而至……地球妈妈留下了伤心的眼泪，警钟早已敲响。

为了人类更好的生存，为了生活更加美好，让我们从现在做起，从小事做起，保护我们的地球，增强环保意识，倡导低碳生活。我们要节约用水、电、煤气，不使用一次性物品，不乱扔垃圾，出行少开车，宣传环保知识……
