Today, when I went home after school, I saw the delicious snack, so I

Nowadays, working overtime is so common in many companies, especially in

is indeed too much work to do.

help them to improve their working efficiency. If they are still not qualified,

I often make a trip by trains because it;s both cheap and comfortable. Last winter holidays I traveled in a car for the first time in my life. At first I didn;t

feel well. But this kind of feeling didn;t last long. the trip was exciting.

While travelling in a car, we could stop at any time if we wanted to enjoy the view

outside. the fields, the mountains and rivers were really very nice.

On the way we visited many places of interest and took a lot of photos. It was an unforgettable

experience for me.

今天是五一劳动节，早晨起床，我的心情非常好，因为爸爸妈妈答应我一起去月亮岛玩儿，我吃过妈妈做的香喷喷的早饭，一家三口向月亮岛出发，一路上看到很多的爸爸，妈妈领着自己的孩子也去月亮岛玩儿，不知不觉来到了月亮岛，看见许多小鸟在叽叽喳喳地叫，好像对我说：“欢迎你来到月亮岛，”我还看见了被花草树木装扮成五彩缤纷的月亮岛，好像进入了“花的世界”，随风舞动的花在“跳着美妙的舞蹈”，还有很多的蝴蝶在花草树木上飞来飞去。

我和爸爸玩了很多游戏，“捉迷藏，踢球，等等”转眼间到了回家的时候了，我们依依不舍地离开了月亮岛，回家的路上爸爸还给我讲了五一劳动节的由来，使我懂得了五一劳动节是来之不易，我们要珍惜今天的幸福生活，要用心学习，今年的五一劳动节是我最难忘的日子!

Lily i s a high school student. She wants to be a professional actress. As

a volunteer , she often volunteers her time to help other people . at the same

time she takes acting lessons. Now she has run out of money for acting lessons.

She needs to come up with ideas for making money. She called up parents to offer

children art lessons. She even put up signs for asking for jobs. Now she’ll be

able to continue her lessons, and she can become a professional actress one

Jack is my friend. He likes playing computer games very much. He often sits

in the same way for too long without moving. Now he has a headache, sore eyes

and a sore back. He doesn’t sleep well at night, so he feels tired every

day.

I think he should take breaks away from the computer. He shouldn’t use the

computer for a long time. He should do eye exercises to relax his eyes and go to

bed early at night.

I think if he has a good rest, he will feel well soon.

The new term is coming. I am so excited because in the new term, I will be

a Grade 8 student. In the new term, I will have some new teachers. As for me, I

want to make a difference in the new term, so I have made a plan for it.First,

my Chinese and English are the best and I will work hard to keep them good as

usual. But my math and physics are not as good as Chinese and English.

Therefore, I have to try my best to improve them. Except preview and finishing

homework, I have to review regularly to strengthen knowledge. Second, I will pay

more attention to news, so that I will read more newspapers and watch news

program. I dont want to be a student who just study only. Last, I will do

exercise twice a week. Badminton and table tennis are my favorites. All in all,

I look forward to my life in Grade 8.

I have ever been to Hainan Island .I went there last summer.Have you ever

been to Hainan Island? It is the second largest island in China. It’s a

beautiful place. If you go there, you should walk along the beaches. The weather

in Hainan is very hot, so people like doing many water sports, such as scuba

diving, fishing, swimming, surfing and boating. One great thing about

Hainan is that you can try many kinds of sweet fruit in Hainan. If you go to

Hainan, I’m sure you will enjoy yourself

Last summer, my family and I went to Hawaii for a holiday!

We flew across the Pacific to the tiny island from Beijing. After we booked

into a hotel, we rested. Our fun started the next day and lasted for two long

weeks. During our time there, we ate delicious exotic food and drank numerous

fruit juices. The Hawaiians are very proud of their unique food, often spiced

up with slices of juicy pineapple and strings of delicious cheese. There were

also fantastic beaches right accoss the tiny atoll. The water was sparkling blue

and the sand dunes radiated with an inviting warmth of gold. The place was

wonderful and the locals were really nice; I really enjoyed my holiday.
