First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

新平板回来了!暑假期间妈妈给我买了一个新平板。当然我不是用它来打游戏、看电视剧的，而是用来上网课的。用平板电脑上网课，我学到了五年级的知识，相当于是预习了一遍。我还通过平板了解了许多有趣的新闻，还写了相关新闻的日记。通过这个平板，我了解到许多新奇的知识，通过网络去看世界，去了解世界。我明白了我不知道的知识还很多。

暑假期间，我和爸爸一起去了他刚调整的新单位——在深山区的西村乡玩，很快我们就到达了目的地。

海边游玩 8月4日那天下午，冒着炎炎的烈日，我和朋友鲁嘉静全家乘私家车去六横岛露营。经过将近四小时的行车、摆渡，我们终于到了目的地。呵呵，我看见了辽阔的沙滩和一望无际的大海。沙是那么的软，一踩上去就让我们跳啊叫啊;海是那么的蓝，真想扑进它的怀抱……

吃完晚饭，我们在海边等退潮，看太阳慢慢地从海那边落了下去…… 夜幕降临了，大概八点钟，我们开始了赶海——抓蟹。打着手电筒，睁着眼睛，在沙滩上找来找去。可是不像我想象中那样，有满地的蟹让我抓，来来回回没有见到几只，倒是很意外地看到活的海蛰。全身透明的，还有触角。我们想抓又不敢抓，渔民过来钩走了它，还说如果被它的触角碰到手臂要发痒的。对了，我们还看见了好几只寄居蟹，它们躲在海螺里，很好玩。我们也抓到了一只和尚蟹。晚上，我们就在自己带去的帐篷里，听着海浪声睡着了…… 第二天起来。吃过早饭，我们就去游泳。

我们的交通工具是一辆蓝色的五菱之光，由妈妈亲自驾驶。先开到殷庄接小姨，我们一路说说笑笑，很快就到了目的地。

我们在那里遇到了表哥的家人——我的大舅、舅妈和只有一岁的表妹。天气非常热，太阳像个大火球似的挂在天上，我和表哥口干舌燥，还好大舅带了一大瓶雪碧和杯子，我们坐在阴凉地，嚼着薯片，喝着雪碧，甭提有多美啦!

原来妈妈现在才到姥姥的坟墓，我只好继续陪表妹玩，表哥从兔笼里抓出了一只兔子，正在逗它呢!

不知道过了多长时间，舅妈和大舅回来了，她把我们带到了吃饭的地方，等妈妈和小姨“凯旋而归”。

终于，远处传来的唢呐声越来越近，不一会儿，一群身披白布条儿的人就出现在我的视线中。

妈妈和小姨站在队伍的末端，汗流浃背，妈妈一边擦着汗一边说：“我们先去上礼，上完礼就走。”我和表哥便跟着这些大人，稀里糊涂的上完礼，上了车。

先把小姨送回殷庄，然后妈妈又把我送去了沙河，让我在沙河过两天。

我先在另一个大舅妈家吃了晚饭，然后去了姑姑家睡觉，一天的奔波劳累，我很快就睡着了。

暑假真快乐!我不但去游玩了风景名胜——九寨沟、青城山，还去了向往已久的洋人街、儿童乐园……不过最高兴的还是去学了游泳课!

第一节课时，让我想不到的是教我们游泳的教练居然是在我们学校上体育课的丁老师!我之前有些怕游泳教练会很凶，现在看到是自己的老师，悬着的心就放下了。

丁老师让我们先进行热身运动，然后再下水。于是同学们做了几分钟的热身运动，再一个一个的跳下了游泳池。下水后，我才发现这里是浅水区，只有120厘米的水位，我完全能站起来。

开始上课了，丁老师先教我们换气。所谓换气，就是先把头伸到水面使劲吸一口气，再沉到水底把那口气吐出来就行了。感觉就像鱼儿在水底吐水泡，好玩极了!

可是每当我一沉到水底就咕噜咕噜喝了好几口水。怎么不行啊!再看看同学们，大多数和我一样都喝了好多池水，有些胆小的同学对我说：“我不想练了!”但是我告诉自己：必须得坚持!

于是我又把自己沉入水底，继续练习，哪怕脏水入肚也决不放弃!经过约半个小时的练习，我终于学会了换气。万事开头难，头开好了，后面我就觉得简单了，也不怕了。

接着丁老师又教我们在水面漂，我虽想着不怕，可心里还是有些胆怯，加上几个要好的同学都不去，我也有些不敢漂了。后来我抱着一定要学会游泳的决心，克服了心里的畏惧，我用一个小时的时间终于学会了这一招。

在接下来的训练中，我认真听老师讲的每一个关键动作，然后再刻苦练习，实在学不会的，我回家后再练。经过十多天的努力学习，最后我终于学会了游泳。

但是，现在我知道了，别人帮助了我，我也应该帮助别人，滴水之恩当涌泉相报。

我知道自己的能力有限，可能帮不了许多人，但是我会尽我最大的努力，向文中的女主人公一样，虽然自己的生命有限，但却要把自己有限的生命投入到无限的奉献中去，付出我最大的努力，即使自己会受伤，我不后悔，因为我努力了。

自己的人生路还很长，我不能再浪费自己的青春，我们每一个人的青春也只有一次，他是那麽的短暂，现在的我，不再只是低头看脚下，我会仰望天空，看蓝天，看白云，当自己真正离开时候，我不会哭，因为在我人生最重要的时刻，我付出过，我努力过，所以我不后悔。

青春是爱做梦的季节，它的天空永远晴朗，它的空气永远清新，它的世界永远有着王子与公主的甜蜜与浪漫，它如童话故事一般，美好的让人眷恋，又让人憧憬，可是，梦境永远只是梦境，一旦跌入现实美好就有可能变成荆棘，浪漫变成空想，作为年少的我们，不要再停留在地面，仰望一下天空，他比我们想象中的还要广阔，现在，就让我们放飞青春的希望，实现我们的价值，努力吧!为了自己的将来，在现在，让我们一起努力吧!
