programmes. At about six o’clock， we had a special family dinner. We all thought

May Day is the International Labor Day. I have a short holiday from April 29 to May 1. My parents planned to travel to Sanya, but it was too hot to visit there. My Father

There is always a brilliant image living in my heart. That is my dear father. Seen through the eyes of many other people, father seems to be a very ordinary person. But he is quite extraordinary in my eyes, I have never lost my wonder at his good-personalities such as diligence, devotion, care, optimism ever since my childhood.Being a farmer, father works very hard in the fields all the year round. I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.
