五、活动内容简介：

活动一：“电影共欢享”《疯狂原始人》，大家一起看电影，有着家的温暖的疯狂原始人会让大家感受到科协的温暖，既搞笑又有意义，主持人在结束时提出几个有关影片内容的问题，答对者由“圣诞老人”给予奖品。开始前准备好零食，可参考联谊时的食物准备。 活动二：“贪吃比赛”，两张桌子上摆上几只苹果，选取自愿参加的观众加四位主席进行比赛，比赛内容是吃苹果，计时进行，最快者为冠军，圣诞老人发放奖品，同时主持人发放神秘冠军杯：超大红蛇果

活动三：“自由歌唱者”，自愿麦霸上台表演，一堆歌显示在投影仪，有感觉者自行上台表演，获得最热烈掌声者发放鸡排券，由主持人串联并挑起现场氛围。(万一冷场，主持人提示部员喊部长上台) 活动四：“温情寄语”全场灭灯，只有几根蜡烛亮着，由四位主席向我们叙述心里话，部员静听。之后想说出心里话的观众可以对大家倾诉，此后，主持人引导大家说出祝福语。

活动五：“共度平安夜”为每一位到场观众发放苹果，获得的条件是每人写一句话(提前通知带笔，纸统一准备好)，写出自己最想说的一句话，保存至祝福瓶。圣诞老人抽取其中1张纸条，读出祝福语，写出这句话的人同时被挑选为幸运观众，可获得奖品再由幸运观众抽取纸条，以此重复，直至奖品发光。

活动六：合唱相亲相爱一家人，主席领唱，大家一起唱。

六、活动流程

人员分工及物资准备：

1.主持两人，各部门举荐，在20号前上报。

2.简单主持稿撰写，22日前完成，办公室负责，两位部员一位中干撰写。(联系两位主持人，听取他们的意见)

3.高清资源《疯狂原始人》，技术中心准备，同时技术中心准备整场ppt以及需要的音乐、视频。

4.电影中的问题(要求一半有意义有深度，一半搞笑无厘头)，活动部准备。

5.圣诞老人一名，本着自愿和举荐原则。

6.圣诞老人套装，头饰，礼物袋，办公室准备。

7.食品购买由外联与办公室合作完成，外联负责小礼品与批量苹果购买，办公室负责零食、饮料、小礼品、蜡烛、祝福瓶、许愿纸、及红蛇果的购买。同时负责鸡排券的准备。

8.现场布置，由办公中心组织部员一起准备5点半执行。

9.拉横幅，悬挂于舞台上方处。办公室准备。

10.场务5名，负责搬桌子，点蜡烛，关灯开灯，辅助串联节目，解决突发状况。

11.场地准备，多功能厅借取，办公室中干执行。

12.组织礼物发放组，管理礼物，并发放。

13.横幅准备“共度圣诞夜，相聚一家人”科宣部准备。

七. 注意事项：

1.ppt准备时注意喜庆感，每个活动想一个特别的名字，同时开场前10分钟开始播放圣诞主题歌作为背景音乐。

2.到场人员提前汇总，鼓励参加。20日前汇总完毕。

3.各部门通知带笔，并让大家提前想好一句对科协生活的想法。同时通知想唱歌的同学，准备好自己想唱歌曲的资源，以备不时之需

4.本次奖品采取特殊方式获得，即自行在圣诞老人口袋里抓取，为了增加趣味性，袋中装有坑爹物品，以引起大笑。

5、本次活动前应做好充分的准备工作，确保场地不会被其他社团组织占用，而出现活动场地冲突的事故。

6、工作人员应佩戴工作证，注意礼仪，不做与工作无关的事。

八、突发情况及应对措施：

1、参与人数少 措施：应提前做好宣传活动，保证能参加的部员都赶到，极力避免活动人员不足的事发生。

2、学生参与热情过高，导致奖品提前兑换完毕。

措施：

A、随时组织人员准备2轮采购

B、对活动参与人员解释，并承诺于次日2轮采购结束后，重新分发奖品。

首先，我们先开展了“运球接力赛”这个有趣的活动。很快就要轮到我们五年级段的了，参加比赛的同学的心像即将发射的箭一样，绷得好紧，好紧。到我们了，我们井然有序地排好队。一眨眼，到我了，我和我的搭档——陈旭东，抱在一起，中间夹着一个球。做好准备工作以后，我们便像风一样的跑过去，到达目的地的时候，我们俩迅速地转过身来两人的腿并在一起。丁老师帮我们绑好。我们一边异口同声的喊着：“1，2、1，2、……”一边齐步前进着。旁观的人的呼喊声、打气声一浪高过一浪，让人震耳欲聋。我们得了第一名。

紧接着，我们又开展了精彩的“抗旱救灾”的活动。这个活动对我们来说是小菜一碟呀！我们知趣地站在一旁看其它年级段的表现，就像守株待兔似的。终于轮到我们班“上场”了。我们五一班的同学干得都很出色。他们拿起勺子，往水桶里舀了一勺子，捻手捻脚地走到面前，把勺子里的水倒进水缸里，最后像骏马似地跑回来，把勺子递给下一个同学。这样一个紧接着一个。掌声此起彼伏。大家都小心翼翼的，因为大家害怕把水倒掉。“停！”裁判员说。我们便毫不犹豫地放下勺子。我们有的了第一名！

那天，我们很开心。汗水与笑容在同学们的脸上，荣誉传动在的家的心里，让我们感到自豪感和光荣！

圣诞节的当天早晨我故意买了一棵圣诞树，买过圣诞树后我把它放在了我的桌兜里，下课了我把树立起来浇些怪怪水，希忘他早点开花。圣诞老人看到了茂盛的花把礼物塞到我的袜子里;下午我来到了班里看看我的圣诞树开花了吗?

我一看啊!只开了四分之二，当时信心十足的我已经成了一个漏气的皮球了。那时我的同桌田丰说‘不要那么的轻意放气要鼓起勇气，信心十足的面对每一个问题。’我说‘谢谢你，让我再一次的鼓起了勇气。’我上课的时候总是忐忑不安让老师发现了好几次;到了第三节课快下课的时候我的圣诞树终于开花了。我那时高兴极了;我坐车回家，回到家后玩了会儿电脑看了会儿电视，妈妈叫我睡觉我说‘睡不着’妈妈说‘你不睡觉圣诞老人不给你礼物了’我说‘我马上睡’;早上我一看那里有我喜欢的洋娃娃。后来我才知道是妈妈送我的洋娃娃。

金秋的9月，教师节踏着轻盈的步子缓缓而来。老师，是最值得我们尊重和感恩的人。他们情系祖国未来，心联学子之心;虽是一烛微火，却燃尽自己，照亮别人。教师节到了，我们以何种方式来庆祝这个节日才更有意义呢?其实同学们的一句问候、一份心意、一次进步就是给老师最好的礼物，在第27个教师节来临之际，大队部建议各中队开展“感恩教师节，祝福教师节”活动，按以下几种方式祝贺：

1、给老师发一封庆祝教师节的电子邮件;或写一封表露感激之情的感谢信，并附上一份自己本学期的奋斗目标。

2、由各中队统一组织制作贺卡，让每位同学写上深情的问候和祝福的话语，献给每位教师。

3、组织队员帮助老师打扫办公室。

4、早上见到老师时送上一声亲切的问候，说一句诚挚的祝福语。

5、当老师走进教室时，能看到黑板上写的祝教师节快乐的话;

6、以全班同学的名义，在讲台上为老师放上一杯水;

7、以全班同学的名议，在学校广播站为老师点一首歌。

8.召开主题班队会，庆祝老师的节日。

Nowadays, a lot of recreational activities are available for people to release their stress of work or study. Recreational activities have aroused a hot debate in society. When it comes to recreational activities, people’s ideas are not cut from the same cloth.

Abundant recreational activities make people’s life more colorful and people can release their stress with amusement. Also, participating in recreational activities helps promote our competence. However, too much recreational activities will bring problems. For instance, many young students are addicted to online games, which will generate bad effects on their studies and might lead bad consequences.

In my opinion, we should keep a balance between amusement and study or work. Of course, we should join some recreational activities after study, but we need arrange our time properly. Only in this way can recreational activities provide more benefits for us.

新年好!

按照中国传统，不出正月十五，不算过完年。我们刚欢度了喜庆祥和的春节，再过三天，我们又将迎来元宵节了。元宵节目前虽然还没有像除夕、清明、端午、中秋这四个传统节日一样被确立为国家法定假期，但从古至今，元宵佳节同样也承载了中华民族太多美好的希望和祝福，被历代文人墨客反复歌吟，具有深厚的历史底蕴和文化内涵。

“三十的火，十五的灯”，元宵是热热闹闹中国年的“压轴戏”。 这一天，一切活动的主题强调一个“闹”字。然而，这里面传承的是怎样的一种传统文化呢?下面请允许我作一个简单的介绍。

正月是农历的元月，古人称夜为“宵”，所以称正月十五为元宵节。正月十五日是一年中第一个月圆之夜，也是一元复始，大地回春的夜晚，人们对此加以庆祝，也是庆贺新春的延续。天上明月，人间情怀，元宵节的明月这一特殊天象形成了中国人特有的月亮节、团圆节、狂欢节。

元宵节也称灯节，元宵燃灯的风俗起自汉朝，到了唐代，赏灯活动更加兴盛，皇宫里、街道上处处挂灯，还要建立高大的灯轮、灯楼和灯树，唐朝大诗人卢照邻用“接汉疑星落，依楼似月悬”的诗句来描述元宵节燃灯的盛况，把元宵节燃灯比作天上明月、流星雨一样耀眼绚烂。

宋代更重视元宵节，赏灯活动更加热闹，赏灯活动要进行5天，更是留下了许多歌咏元宵节的优美诗篇，如“月上柳梢头，人约黄昏后”、“众里寻他千百度，暮然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处”等佳句更是千古流传。明代要连续赏灯10天，这是中国最长的灯节了。清代由于满族入侵，赏灯活动虽然只有3天，但是赏灯活动规模很大，盛况空前，除燃灯之外，还放烟花助兴。

“猜灯谜”是元宵节后增的一项活动，出现在宋朝。南宋时，首都临安每逢元宵节时写灯迷，猜灯谜的人众多。因为谜语能启迪智慧又饶有兴趣，所以流传过程中深受社会各阶层的欢迎。

民间过元宵节还有吃元宵的习俗。人们把这种食物叫做“汤团”或“汤圆”，这些名称与“团圆”字音相近，取团圆之意，象征全家人团团圆圆，和睦幸福，人们也以此怀念离别的亲人,寄托了对未来生活的美好愿望。

随着时间的推移，如今闹元宵的活动越来越丰富，不少地方节庆时增加了耍龙灯、舞狮子、踩高跷、划旱船、扭秧歌、打太平鼓等传统民俗表演。老百姓认为这些民俗它能驱邪镇妖、保佑人畜平安，以祈望生活吉祥如意，事事平安。这个传承已有两千多年的传统节日，不仅盛行于海峡两岸，就是在海外的华人也年年欢庆不衰。

我们松江一中这所百年名校历来重视培养学生的人文底蕴，欢度元宵佳节已成为我校传统民俗文化校本课程中一道亮丽的风景。去年我校就成功地举办了一次闹元宵的盛会，被《松江报》、松江电视台等一些媒体争相报道，获得了很好的社会反响，那欢度元宵佳节的情景大家还记忆犹新吧! 教室门上一幅幅学生自拟、自写的春联，一盏盏形态可掬、造型各异的元宵灯挂满了校园，表达了同学们的奇思妙想和对新的一年的美好祝福。夜幕降临时，校园内张灯结彩，璀璨的烟火更是映得校园一片火树银花、流光溢彩，顿时整个校园成了欢乐的海洋。

最热闹的要属同学们猜出灯谜后参加的抽奖活动。同学们看完烟火后涌进了挂满灯谜的教室，仔细琢磨着藏在谜面背后的答案，一旦猜中谜底就立即冲向抽奖处抽取奖品，欢呼着自己的智慧和幸运，而根据这个活动拍摄的校园电视片《一中师生庆元宵》，也在第四届全国中小学校校园电视评比中喜获金奖。

老师们同学们，一系列的传统节日，蕴含着深厚的历史渊源，折射出丰富的人文内涵，凝聚着千百年来中华儿女的情感精髓，是一笔宝贵的非物质文化遗产。当今世界，文化越来越成为民族凝聚力和创造力重要源泉，而传统文化正是中华民族生生不息、团结奋斗的不竭动力，传统节日则是传统文化的最好载体之一。让我们用自己的热情和智慧，去营造08年美丽元宵夜的欢乐氛围吧，共同祝愿我们的祖国风调雨顺、国泰民安，我们的学校辉煌灿烂、前程似锦!最后我谨代表语文组衷心祝愿我们全校师生在新的一年里身体健康、工作顺利、学业进步、阖家欢乐!

圣诞节对于外国人来说非常重要，对于中国人来说也同样重要，今天就是平安夜，也是圣诞节的第一天。

平安夜到来了，圣诞老人正在准备着今年的礼物，在这一天里可是要送苹果的哦!我正准备送妈妈一个大苹果，放学后我赶忙来到小卖部，“老板，有没有圣诞果?”我大声的说，老板看了看我，摇了摇头，啊!这么快就没有了，唉!我只好垂头丧气的回家了，妈妈见我皱起眉头，便说：“怎么了?”我像针缝了嘴似的没说出真相，我转了转眼睛灵机一动，便想出法子来做圣诞果，只见我像听了谁的命令似的放下书包，躲进屋子里不出来，首先，我先拿来一个又红又大的苹果来做主体，再用我那最喜欢的彩带来装饰它，顿时一位公主出现在我面前华丽的服装，透亮的玉镯、蓝色的水晶鞋，啊!多么漂亮，用我的卡纸做成了一个圣诞树的形状，上面还写上了一句话：“妈妈，我爱你，您是世界上最漂亮的妈妈，妈妈祝你圣诞快了!”成功了，我急忙跑去送给妈妈，妈妈惊呆了，她流下了一滴眼泪，这滴眼泪很甜。

圣诞节的第二天早晨，我收到了礼物，我明知道这是妈妈送的，但我却依旧像个小孩子，当我来到学校时，我的抽屉里堆满了贺卡，和妈妈一样我非常感动，贺卡就是贺卡上面都是一些贺语，只有一张贺卡上写的，我非常生气，因为他和我开了一个玩笑。

圣诞节正是如此，有人开玩笑，也有人令我非常感动，总之祝大家圣诞节快乐!
