最近几天，随着新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情不断发展，人们密切关注疫情相关信息与防疫工作。在疫情严峻的湖北，医护人员与人民群众众志成城，守望相助;在其他地方，人们的心也因病毒的挑战彼此相连。面对疫情，公众对各种信息高度敏感，既是一种面对紧急事态的本能反应，也体现出对患病同胞的真诚关怀。

保持对信息的敏感固然是一件好事，但也要避免谣言与恐慌乘虚而入。一方面，恐慌本身就是谣言传播的助力，各地频频流传的不实消息，便是恐慌的具象化表现;另一方面，谣言的传播也会让恐慌扩散，一度甚嚣尘上的“火神山医院重新选址”谣言，便在舆论场上骗过了许多关心防疫工作进展的人，进而催生了大量焦虑与恐慌。唯有及时澄清不实谣言，消除公众恐慌，才能避免这种疫情之外的“次生灾害”，影响防疫工作的大局。

真相是谣言的天敌。确保公众及时通过权威渠道获取最新、最准确的信息，是对抗谣言的第一要务。在权威信息与“小道消息”之间，权威信息越是精准、及时，就能获取越多人的信赖，进而压缩“小道消息”的生存空间。反之，如果权威信息处于缺位状态，人们自然会去寻找各种“小道消息”，以满足其对信息的需求。

以前工作忙时，总在想，何时能放个长假，好好休息一下，放松一下紧绷的神经，缓解一下紧张的压力。

因为疫情，我和妻子推迟了上班，女儿推迟了上学，我们一家三口终于可以整天呆在家里，突然感觉很难得。我们已经好久没有在一起呆这么长时间了。

一直以来，一家三口人，三个地方，只有到了周末才有机会小聚。彼此之间虽然有电话联系，但总感觉情感有些淡了，距离有些远了，思念有些多了。连彼此的生活习惯都开始互相挑剔，互相嫌弃。

而一场疫情，使我们重新聚在了一起。尽管有时也会因为一些小事而生气烦躁，也会因为彼此生活习惯的不同而心生罅隙。但大家都非常珍惜这难得的时光。一家人互相理解，互相帮助，互相扶持，其乐融融。

让我体会到了家的温暖，家的意义，也让我重新认识了自己，明白了生活的意义。

因为疫情，我们不能到单位，不能到学校，不能相聚在一起。但工作不能间断，生活仍需继续，学习也不能断线，于是互联网的作用就逐渐显现。

单位要求开视频会议，学校要求网上学习，要开始视频直播教学，于是腾讯会议、云视讯、钉钉、云教学等各种软件逐渐进入眼帘。

面对各种陌生的应用软件，我们开始抓狂，不知道该如何用。怎么开会?怎么直播?怎么教学?

各种问题弄得人心力憔悴，每天开会讨论，每天相互研讨。只恨自己平时没有多用心学习，只怨自己平时那么抵触新鲜东西。

尽管以前每天也在上网，刷微信，发邮件，手机支付，但真正离智慧生活还有一段距离。

科技正在改变我们的生活，科技也在改变我们的世界，改变我们的生活方式和工作方式。如果我们不转变观念，不迎头赶上，不去学习科学技术，就会落后于时代，迷失于未来。

有一句说得非常好。继续我们的坚守!待家，就是贡献!活着，就是幸福!不动，就是模范!洗手，就是美德!坚持，就是胜利!
