庚子年初，一场突如其来的疫情，给我们带来了焦虑和不安，也使我们记住了无数为抗疫而逆行的英雄。他们中有救死扶伤的医生、护士，有争分夺秒建设医院的工人，有保卫平安的警察，有无私奉献的志愿者……他们忘我的付出一次次震撼着我、感染着我，前不久那张落日余晖下的照片更让我感悟良多。

医生是神圣而又辛苦的，画面中的医生一定在祝福老人很快能出院回家，因为爸爸说过，没有一个医生不希望自己的病人战胜病魔而康复回家。

目光再次回到这幅温馨的画面，我不禁想到这一个月来，我们从对病毒的无知甚至恐慌，到逐渐摸索出治病经验，到目前能够停下脚步沐浴阳光。我仿佛看到了钟南山院士坚定的眼神，李兰娟院士查完病房被口罩勒出的脸痕，我仿佛看到了夜以继日的建筑工人马不停蹄的建筑火神山、雷神山，我仿佛看到了满载救灾物资前往武汉的车辆。是呀，一个月来，发生了太多太多的感人事迹。

凝视着这温馨的画面，我又想到了疫情下的我们。作为中学生我们虽然不能逆行抗疫，但我们一定要在疫情期间提高自我约束力，合理安排时间，提高网课效率，真正做到停课不停学，努力学习文化知识，做祖国的有用人才。
