二、技能性目标的反思

生物课堂教学应理论联系实际，注重应用，这既是生

物学科特点的必然体现，也是适应素质教育的迫切需要的表现。在课堂教学中，教师应尽量列举身边的生活、生产中的实例，向学生介绍现代科技知识，这样可以开拓学生的视野，提高学生认识问题和解决问题的能力。

教材要求的分组实验有具备条件，一个个都要开展，实验过程注重学生实践能力的培养。七年级开展的用显微镜观察人血涂片实验，发现学生动手能力很强，出乎意料，对实验也非常感兴趣，当场给以表扬。当然对学生的肯定对帮助学生确立自信也是很有帮助。加强课堂演示实验教学，激发学生的学习兴趣。

今天下午我们篮球烈焰队，在学校操场打篮球比赛，我们队伍的人员有我郭嘉乐、晁可凡、王紫阳、黄伊豪、李迎春、李健康、林浩铭和刘磊，每一个人的长处都不一样，如我、郭嘉乐和晁可凡投篮准，如果用神级和仙级来表达自己的能力，那么郭佳乐是神级，我和晁可凡是仙级，黄紫扬，黄伊豪、李迎春和林浩铭防守盖冒比较厉害，他们力气大和个子高。

我们分成三组，每组三个人打两场，没一会儿就分好了，我和郭家乐，林浩铭分一组，李迎春，刘磊和方伊豪一组，两组PK，一组观看球技或做其他事，我们组对刘磊组，开始了我们投球决定谁组发球，我们让我们的神射手郭家乐来投他百发百中，他们派黄伊豪来投，郭佳乐一投进了，黄伊豪没投进，我们发球，我们一拿到球趁着他们没注意，飞快的把球传给了林浩铭，他们那时才反应过来已经晚了，李浩民一个帅气的上篮进了，我们微笑了一声，击了一个响亮的掌，很明显这不是我们想要的成绩。

我们中场休息了几分钟后，和我们对战剩下的三个人就是仙守王紫阳，仙投晁可凡和近战李健康，他们大摇大摆又霸气的走了上来，我们看见这样的队伍也没有知难而退，而是面对。他们打球，王紫阳传球给了晁可凡，但是曹可凡面前有林皓明，李健康见事情不妙，利用自己的速度飞快跑过对手去接球，晁可凡一个低传，传给了李健康，李健康传给了王紫阳，他们表演了一个闻风丧胆的三角传球，我们完全看不到球，就在这时，他们趁我们老眼昏花的时候，晁可凡一投，可惜没进，我抓住了这次机会，跳起来抢下了篮板球，我以每秒180米的速度出了三分，冲上篮筐来了一个帅气的钩球，进了!

比较精彩的要属开幕式了，在开幕式中，每个班级都展现出了自己不同的风格：简单、单一的方块队，时尚、炫丽的舞蹈，气势磅礴的足球操……每一个都非常精彩，证明了我们交小有着使不尽、用不完的活力，也更可想，各个班级的开幕式都这么精彩，待会儿不知该发生怎样一场生龙活虎的战斗呢!

当然，最精彩的还是要属比赛了，最先比的是跳高，我们班派出了杜明浩和林帅淇这两名健将，其他班级也不甘示弱，都派出了年级上数一数二、大名鼎鼎的健将们，这让他们俩承受着巨大的压力。

比赛开始了，第一杆、第二杆……他们都轻松自如地跳过了，慢慢地、慢慢地，他们俩跳得越来越困难，终于，坚持了许久的林帅淇三次都未跳过去，淘汰。现在，希望全都寄托在杜明浩身上了，他到底能不能创造奇迹呢?我们的心都悬着……还好，这几杆都顺利通过了，可是，渐渐地、渐渐地，难度越来越大，我们也就越来越紧张……不好，哎呀，这一杆没跳过去;再来一次，就差一点点了;最后一次，“加油!”我们情不自禁地喊了出来。耶，虽然杆有一点儿摇晃，可是终究没掉下去。就这样，他一次又一次地跳过了越来越高的难度、击败了一个又一个运动健将，功夫不负有心人，最终，他以第一名的优秀成绩取得了胜利，我们更是激动得喘不过气来。

在以后的比赛中，我们班这样一路奋勇向前，当然是取得了更好的成绩，在最后，我们班以110分的好成绩成为了年级第一名，许多的“校级优秀运动员”也是来源于我们班呢!

运动会接近尾声，连老师们也纷纷上阵，那情景真是令人捧腹大笑，“哈哈哈，哈哈哈”的笑声和“加油!”的声音在操场上回荡着……

这场运动会真精彩!

Matt gave us a class this afternoon, at the first part of the class, we saw a film. It was mainly about American football. After the film, we began t get to know the American football. It is similar to soccer, but it was much rougher. Players might get more easily. In another word, it was a game full of danger, they played just like fighting. One of the players just broke his leg during the match, and he would never play American football, because of his leg. What a pity! Matt told us that when he was in high school, he also take part in American football. He had broken his fingers for three times and his leg for once. Then I was puzzled, it was a very dangerous game, why was is popular?
