陶渊明(约365～427)，名潜，字元亮，因宅边曾有五棵柳树就号五柳先生，世称靖节先生，浔阳柴桑(今江西九江市)人。东晋著名诗人，文学家，辞赋家，散文家。出身于破落官僚地主家庭。曾任江州祭酒、镇军参军、彭泽令等职。因不满当时士族地主把持政权的黑暗现实，任彭泽令不足三月即辞官归隐，作《归去来兮辞》，自明本志。从此“躬耕自资”，直至六十三岁在贫病交迫中去世。他长于诗文辞赋，诗歌多描写自然景色及其在农村生活的情景，其中的优秀作品隐寓着他对腐朽统治集团的憎恶和不愿同流合污的精神，但也有宣扬“人生无常”、“乐天安命”等消极思想。

陶诗流传千古，并且越来越受到人们的重视和喜爱，尤其在这个喧嚣和浮躁的时代，陶诗的价值更被得到充分的认识。这不能不归功于陶渊明在其诗中所创造的平淡自然而又真实可感的优美的艺术境界。陶诗风格之美，主要体现在三个方面：真实、自然、平淡。陶诗是平淡自然的，但并非平直淡寡、枯索无味，而是在平淡中见真情，在质朴中含至味。即苏轼所说的“质而实绮，癯而实腴”(《与苏辙书》)“外枯而中膏，似淡而实美”(《评韩柳诗》)。陶诗展现的是淳厚澄澈的心灵，无论是写景状物，还是言志述怀都始终围绕这样一个中心。因而陶诗又是淳厚有味、真实可感的。

陶诗所以真实，在于他的生活有真实的可表现的内容。陶渊明的一生是充满矛盾的，开始是出仕与归隐的矛盾，接着是躬耕理想与生活实际的矛盾。不断体验这些矛盾，认识和揭示这些矛盾，就是他创作的全部过程。但仅有这些还是不够的，重要的是诗人以真率的态度，将自己真挚而深切的思想感情熔铸在他表现生活的过程中。诗歌创作上，感情是最关重要的因素，生活中的景和理如果没有浓厚感情的渗透，便会失去作品感人的魅力。在陶渊明的笔下，飞禽走兽，花卉草木和山山水水，都饱和着诗人强烈的思想感情。这些自然景物中，都熔铸着他无限喜悦的主观感情，它们都在人境之内，与人的生活融成一片，诗人旷达的胸襟和情调、高远的精神境界，藉此而自然地流露出来。例如：

狗吠深巷中，鸡鸣桑树颠。(《归园田居五首》之一)

孟夏草木长，绕屋树扶疏，众鸟欣有托，吾亦爱吾庐……微雨从东来，好风与之俱。(《读山海经十三首》之一)

陶诗所以真实，还在于诗人具有表现生活真实的艺术手段。而这吐出地表现在语言运用上。诗人善于挑选最恰当的字表达出最完美的意境，使人感到亲切自然，韵味无穷。如“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”，一“见”字就把诗人悠然自得的心境、“偶尔见山，初不用意”的情态完全展示于读者面前。又如“中夏贮清荫”之“贮”字，写夏日树荫的清凉可掬，达到了高度的神似。更重要的是，陶诗没有华丽或艰涩的词句，所有的语言都非常自然而平易近人，做到了语言的朴素明朗、生动自然。由于具有娴熟的写作技巧，所以陶诗抒情形象活现，情调气势生动，读起来如见其人，如闻其声。

意境单纯而丰富，语言朴素而明净，是陶诗的面貌呈现。“不杂”、“不繁”，使陶诗绝去尘滓，出神入化。最终达到心灵美与艺术美的高度融合统一。平淡的美学之境与现实的人生之境紧密相联，陶渊明阅尽沧桑，经历了无数的风雨之后，在人生归于自然、归于本真的同时，诗歌也归于平淡。

需要指出的是，陶诗的自然、平淡是以对真实的追求为前提的：即人格之“真”。如果没有真实为前提，自然与平淡也就失去了其存在的基础。

陶渊明在诗歌艺术方面取得了极高的成就，对于中国古典诗歌美学做出了独特的贡献：一是扩大了诗歌的审美视野，丰富了诗歌的审美内容。他把诗歌的题材、范围扩大到了乡村、田园、日常生活，成为中国田园山水诗的开创者。在陶渊明的笔下，乡村生活、田园风光才第一次被当作重要的审美对象加以表现，呈现出如此的新鲜和活力，由此为后人辟开一片开阔自如、情味独特的新天地。二是“开千古平淡之宗”，使中国诗歌从唐朝始确立以平淡、朴素、自然为上反对刻意雕琢的最高的艺术标准，并且被绘画书法等艺术门类共同遵守，直至今日。

陶渊明是位隐士，也有人称其为逃避者，逃避乱世，乱政。

陶渊明的一生，五任五隐。五任是为了养家糊口，五隐是为了自洁。当时官场混乱，陶渊明力求洁身自好，已委实不易，当无法在官场坚求内心时，他心一狠决心隐居。

对于当时的政局，陶渊明起初绝不是持一种事不关己的态度，他曾力行改革，哪怕只是在他管理的小小的县城。从他的《桃花源记》中也能看出他对世况的叹惋，我甚至敢说他有想过变法维新。可光从他在县城执行的来看——改革触动了地主官僚得利益而被迫停止——这似乎不可能实现。如果他坚持变法，那么等待他的是什么？是被掌权者迫害，是被卷入棋局，从此堕落成和别人一样的毫无尊严。退一万步讲就算真的给他变法的机会，他是否能有把握，是否具有足够的吸引力吸引到国民的支持，是否有能力去做好以后的种种而不使国家再度混乱？这样挨个的排除，他成功的几率几乎为零。

在是否应该选择这条不归路时，他做了一个理性的决定：放弃几乎无法实现的愿望，同时又能保住尊严，那就是隐居；如果我没有能力与胜算，那我就在个人底线之上求自保。这是理性的选择，这是认清了自我，只有当他分析明白了自己，算好了代价与回馈，才能掌握自己的人生。

在隐居的基础上，他为自己缔造了理想王国：桃花源。那里宁静美丽，没有战乱和贫穷，大家都怡然自乐。那里的人都十分清楚，这样的生活足够好，外面十分混乱，没有出去的理由。在桃花源足够安逸。像陶渊明，即使是“草盛豆苗稀”，那我过得也安稳，我有把握过好隐居的生活，变法有可能让我名垂青史，但风险太大，不如脚踏实地的种地。

有时候希望是我们前进的动力，但我们总要在理性和冲动之间权衡，若不值得我们冒险，那就做好自己能做的。

暑假即将来临。多么的兴奋啊！我已经为我的暑假制定了计划。首先，我会去香港拜访我的婶婶。之后我会和她呆一段时间。因为香港是购物天堂，当然我会叫我婶婶陪我一起去购物。我还要吃那里美味的食物。然后我就会回家。我知道学习是最重要的。所以回去之后我会先完成我的暑假作业。之后我就会和我的朋友出去玩。再之后我就会好好的休息来为回校做好准备。
