秋色晚凉，月华如霜。沉静的山色，映着陌上秋菊，粲然绽放。山水之间，隐隐的淡黄，不带荣华富贵，无关名利纤尘。而这隐逸的秋色，却涌进陶渊明淡泊的心神。“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”夕阳渐红，飞鸟送归，撷一枝陌上菊香，轻嗅选隔尘世的清幽芬芳。走进陶渊明，便发现陶渊明于菊，不似苏东坡对竹的偏执，不似周敦颐对莲的仰慕，而是淡泊灵魂的相吸，隐逸之身的牵绊。“秋菊有佳色，裛露掇其英。泛此忘忧物，远我遗世情。”沧海桑田的流转，红尘人境的喧嚣，他不在意，只须秋菊佳色，陌上芬芳，便可忘忧一生。他自己也似秋菊一枝，在天地间，淡然傲立。

我的妈妈

先生前期在官场打拼，对官场的黑暗，社会的腐败，憎恨不已。又向往着美好的生活，于是《桃花源记》顺利成章的出现了。这也许是先生的一场梦，或是连梦也无法达到的境界。先生为人淡泊名利，不愿再插手黑暗的社会。退隐一山、一水、一草屋；一花、一木、一田园。这些就是后期的先生。

退隐后的先生不为形拘，不以物移、不慕荣利，与世俗格格不入的性格“焉能为五斗米而折腰。”

桑麻的长势让他忧心，豆苗的稀稠让他牵挂，家乡的秋山让他感受到生命的舒展，纯朴的乡情让他感受到人间的美好。他的身心融入了自然之中，这种田园牧歌式的虚静淡远，便是先生心性的写明。表明了他宁愿淡薄自处，甘于贫穷，不求宦达，安贫乐道，淡泊名利的生活情趣，也表现了先生对黑暗社会的厌恶，对功名利禄的鄙弃以及不愿与统治者同流合污的生活态度。
