（一）

书，能给人智慧，而且，多读书，就会知道很多道理。

这个学期我要读的书有《草房子》、《鼹鼠的月亮河》、《时代广场的蟋蟀、《塔克的郊外》、《探索地理》这几本书。我一星期要至少要写一篇读书笔记。每天下午昨晚家庭作业，都要进行一至半小时的读书时间。

4,每天吃完午饭我要写一篇日记，晚上让妈妈帮我发到网上。

5,每天最少看十篇文章，发两个评论。

我有一个智慧的天地，智慧是从书中来的，读书可以让你脑子灵活。在生活中可以运用书中的词句，来提高我的语言表达能力和思维方法。所以我制定了本学期的学习计划：

1）每天中午1:00----1:30读作文，(.)晚上睡前读书半小时书。

2）把书上的好词好句抄在读书笔记上。

3）这个星期我要吧《昆虫记》读完，并写好读后感。

4）这个学期我要吧《爱的教育》《昆虫记》《海底两万里》《三国演义》《狐狸列那的故事》和《水浒》读完。

傅雷，字怒安，号怒庵，著名文学翻译家、文艺评论家以及美术评论家。《傅雷家书》是傅雷夫妇在1954年到1966年5月期间写给傅聪和儿媳弥拉的家信，由次子傅敏编辑而成。

在这其中也告诉我们做任何事都要适度，正如其中的“太阳太强烈，会把五谷晒焦;雨水太猛，也会淹死庄稼”。

当长子对他人的关心不屑一顾时，“像你那样，我还会有成绩吗?”身为父亲的你，并没有盲目地批评，责骂他，而是用平静的语气去告诫他，同时也从自己的身上找毛病，与子共勉之。

I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”. My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. 中学生的阅读应以达到这样的目的为出发点：

安排阅读计划时要注意：

围绕课本阅读一些有关的课外书。例如，读一些与课内学习有关的科技史，人物传记，这样有助于提高课内学习的兴趣，充实课内学习的内容，使思维更加活跃。

不少学生读书缺乏目的和计划，一昧地从兴趣出发，常常看一些侦探小说、武侠小说，达到了爱不释手的地步，为看这些书而开夜车，不完成作业，结果严重干扰和影响了课内的学习，这是一种不好的读书倾向。

新的一学期开始了，为了提高我的阅读能力与写作水平，我特制定了一个读书计划。

我计划要在这学期读完三本书，这三本书分别是：《假有我有三天光明》、《三国演义》、《中华上下五千年》。我首先要看《中华上下五千年》，我想从书中了解中华五千年的悠久历史与灿烂文化。其次，我要看《假如我有三天光明》，我要了解作者的思想感情，看看她想在这拥有光明的三天中能做些什么。第三本我要看《三国演义》，我要知道魏、蜀、吴三国是怎样争夺天下，又是谁渔翁得利。

为了完成我的读书计划，又不影响我的正常学习，我决定把我的读书计划安排在业余时间来完成。比如，在写完作业以后，在睡觉前，或者在节假日的时候。写完作业我会抽出半小时来读书，睡觉前我会抽出一个小时来读书，节假日我会尽量抽出半天时间来读书。我一定会把我的业余时间安排的井井有条，充充实实。

Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I havemade a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong tovisit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. As Hong Kong is the shoppingparadise, of course, I will ask my aunt to go shopping with me . I will also eatthe delicious food there. And then I will go home. I know that study comesfirst. So I will finish my homework first. After that I will go out play withmy friends. And then I will take a good rest to prepare for my coming back toschool.

暑假即将来临。多么的兴奋啊！我已经为我的暑假制定了计划。首先，我会去香港拜访我的婶婶。之后我会和她呆一段时间。因为香港是购物天堂，当然我会叫我婶婶陪我一起去购物。我还要吃那里美味的食物。然后我就会回家。我知道学习是最重要的。所以回去之后我会先完成我的暑假作业。之后我就会和我的朋友出去玩。再之后我就会好好的休息来为回校做好准备。

如何过好一个月的寒假生活，一直是困挠家长们和学生们的难题，这次由市教委发起的“三会”假期倡议，使我在快乐中渡过了假期生活。

“三会”，顾名思义，就是会休息，会学习，会健体。

会休息：遵循着青少年身体成长特点，保持健康的生活规律，养成良好的学习习惯，保障充足的睡眠，并在学习时安排一定的休息时间。每天安排好作息时间，因为保证好充足的休息时间，这样才能使我们有精力去完成作业和玩耍。为了放松和调整，我安排参加了两个冬令营活动，通过旅游和参观，在游玩中获取一些课外知识。一次是赴上海的科普知识主题冬令营，一次是赴太湖的水资源保护主题冬令营，通过边玩边学习，让我了解了更多的科学普及知识和水的生产过程。这可是上课学不到的呦。

会自学：也就是针对自身的实际需要，合理制定学习计划，明确假期的自学重点，做到预习与复习相结合。假日虽然是用来休息的，可也不能玩过头。“那除了完成假期作业，我们还能干些什么？对，自学。”首先，我对下学期教课内容进行了初步预习、了解，并巩固和复习以前掌握的知识，为下学期开学打好了基础，不懂得可以问一问比自己高一级的哥哥姐姐们。在假期里，我阅读了一些中外名著，如《西游记》，《儒林外史》，《封神演义》，《三国演义》等文言文版的类型，这样可以增加我们对文言文兴趣，使自己更加地去了解它们，通过阅读会让我们拓宽知识面，提高自己的文学修养。

会健体：在假期生活中，每天都会有一些空余时间，这些时间可以用来锻炼身体，时间

为一小时左右，可以跳绳、跑步、仰卧起坐，踢毽子……，这样可以使同学们变得强壮起来，增强免疫力！我每天晚饭后，都会同爸爸妈妈一些去散步，在护城河边走上一圈。夜晚的护城河，在霓虹灯光的映衬下，时而有几艘古舫（游船）开过，飘过评弹悠扬的旋律，分外迷人。这样既可以欣赏美景，又可以消化晚餐。你们也可以试试哦，但最重要的是锻炼一定要持之以恒，可不能“三天打鱼，两天晒网”，但一定要学会劳逸结合，使自己变为一个既聪明又健康的合格中学生！

在假日的学习生活中，我们需要使用正确的学习方法来帮助我们预习复习，合理安排时间，运用科学方法，提高学习的效率，假期内全面快速的超前学习！

我认为三会计划的实施，全面，有效地规划了中学生在假期内的生活，使我们的假期生活变得高质量，高效率。它不仅对学习方面进行了要求，对健体和作息方面也提出了建议，让我们的生活变得更健康，而且井井有条。

这个假期我要过的很有价值，很有意义，希望同学们也能专门为自己量身定做一套合理的假期计划，让今后的每一天变得更愉快，更充实。

只要我们掌握了“三会”，就能使假期生活变得既充实又有意义。

随着期末考试的结束，我们进入了期盼已久的寒假时间，开始了充实的寒假生活。

放假的第一天早上，我满怀欣喜地睁开眼睛，但一看闹钟，我慌了手脚，呀!都九点多了!但我又突然想起已经放假了，想完我又躺在温暖的被窝中睡回笼觉，放假的感觉多好啊!多么的惬意呀。

吃过早饭，我在书桌上开始一天的“课程”我先是在《海底两万里》的故事情节中遨游，从一开始怪物的出现，我感到十分惊奇，到作者被邀请去抓捕这只独角鲸时，我和作者一样，也是带着一探究竟的心意，接着往下读可是叮铃铃，闹钟响了，我规定的读书时间用完了，我不甘心的合上书本，像别人从我手中抢走了什么心爱的宝贝似的。但我又转身投入到数学的题海中，我思考着一道道难题，不停的演算，一个个正确答案被我欣喜的写上，接下来是我规定的英语时间，我要在这段时间里读单词，写单词，预习下册的英语课程，这期间是枯燥而乏味的，但我仍不疲的读着背着。

家里一天天像这样一样过着，在每天学习完课程之后，我还有时间放松一下，未曾想，时间这么快，一眨眼到了春节。

这天，我本像原来一样睡眼朦胧的起床，但却意识到今天是一个与众不同的节日，一年一度的春节。我像以前一样写着作业学习着课程，终于傍晚来了，爸爸妈妈欢喜得往车上搬着东西，我和妹妹在车上耐心的等待，想象着到爷爷家之后的快乐。

经过一阵忙活，爸爸妈妈终于搬完了东西，开始驱车向爷爷家前进，到爷爷家之后，姑姑和弟弟也来了，我们在一起欢快的玩耍。

时间从不因人而异，他一直慢慢的走着，眨眼间又到了庙会开始的时间，那天街上很多人，每个人脸上都洋溢着不可言语的快乐，我们都这段心情料好像要把整街的欢乐景象都尽收眼底。我们每个人欢乐的享受着这段时光。

时光飞逝，转眼间又要开学了，我心中盼望着每个同学，真想快点开学。这不时间实现了我的希望。马上就要开学了。

回顾这个假期，这真是一个充足的假期，充足的寒假生活。

自从我们呱呱坠地的那一刻起，父母的爱便时刻萦绕在了我们身旁，孕育着我们茁壮成长。母亲的爱温柔如风，叮嘱与关怀的话语时常在耳畔回响;父亲的爱高大如山，为我们遮风挡雨，也许春夏秋冬四季在变，可他们的爱却依然如旧。

最近一段时间，我有幸阅读了由傅雷次子、傅聪胞弟傅敏选编的?傅雷家书?一书，可谓感触颇深。此书是傅雷夫妇与儿子傅聪的精神接触和思想交流的实录，是家人之间真情流露的文字，不经意的笔墨，不为发表而创作。家书中的话语质朴而真切，字里行间洋溢着满满的父爱，蕴含着人生真谛。合上书，有这样一句话一直跃然眼前：“得失成败尽量置之度外，只求竭尽所能，无愧于心。”这是傅雷在家书中所提到的，让我联想到了平日里母亲对我的教诲：无论做什么事都要全力以赴，不留遗憾。

还记得有一次演讲比赛，无论我怎样一遍遍地揣摩词句却还是磕磕巴巴，于是就想打退堂鼓，母亲仿佛看出了我的心思，语重心长的对我说道：“这看似只是一场比赛，但能反映一个人做事的态度，倘若你全力以赴，最终结果却还是不尽人意，那至少你是努力过的，就不会给自己留下太多的遗憾。人生其实真的很短暂，每个人都要珍惜在世间的时光，如果哪日走到人生的尽头，蓦然回首尽是追悔莫及和重重遗憾，那么人生的意义又何在呢?”从那之后，我对待生活的态度发生了巨大的转变，懂得了凡事都要竭尽全力、永不言弃，把生活过成自己想要的样子。

傅雷对小时候的傅聪严加管教，他把孩子关在家里，不让他四处游玩，培养他的音乐和文化，他还十分注意孩子的言行举止和生活习惯，要求孩子学习认真，每天督促傅聪练琴几个小时。为人父母的他们在内心深处都希望自己的孩子能轻轻松松长大，可自古以来学海无涯苦作舟，没有规矩哪能成方圆，不劳而获何时何地都只能存在于童话之中!

书中看似是一封封普通的家书，实则是父母与孩子之间实时的心灵对话，如同黑暗中的一束火把，让我们感到温暖，让我们崛起奋斗，让我们在人生舞台上绽放出最美的自己，不负韶华，感恩遇见!
