Summer can be very hot in southernxx where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. 一、写作业

作业一定要认认真真的完成，不管是语文老师留的，还是数学老师留的，都要字迹工整，准确率强，不用一个劲儿地写，可以写四十分钟，休息十分钟，休息时间可以吃点东西，出去玩会儿，但不要超过十分钟，OK，第一项任务就这么多了！

二、学英语

再过一年，我就要上初中了，在这个美好的假期里，我要学一下初中英语，打一打的底子，争取每天背五个单词，记得牢牢的，等上初中就不用愁了，要做到坚持不懈，不半途而废。

三、玩耍

背完单词后，我就可以痛痛快快的玩了，你们不要说我贪玩，俗话说的好：要劳力结合嘛！首先我要玩电脑，再画画，最后看动画片，听歌，到小广场上去玩，哈哈，一看就想笑。

四、做家务拿报酬

每天，我都要帮妈妈做家务，但是，这家物可不是白干的，扫地5角，擦桌子5角，洗衣服1元，倒垃圾1元……这样，不仅很有趣，还可以拿做家务的钱买书、文具还有自己喜欢的东西，真是太划算了！

I hope to go on a trip to Beijing,but my mother always tells me "you cant".She thinks I am too young to go to Beijing,and I am too busy at school.This term is over,To my surprise,my mother will take me to Beijing.I am very excited!Then I have a traveing plan for this trip:firstly I will go to the tiananmen square,I will take many pictures,then I am going to the palace museum,I can see many old builds there.secondly,I am goingto the wangfujing street,we will buy many things,for example,foods,clothes and some books.then I will go home. 暑假里，学校要求我们去做社会实践，提前对自己感兴趣的职业进行了解。于是，我便来到家里附近的银行去开始两天的实习生活。

第一天，我按照上班时间来到银行，银行里的大堂经理盼盼姐十分热情地欢迎我。因为是星期一，因此来银行办理业务的人特别多。盼盼姐十分忙碌，而我，则跟在她身后学习观摩。

作为大堂经理的盼盼姐，她的工作能力自然非同小可。一个上午，事无大小，盼盼姐都亲力亲为，十分认真地去完成。就像有些老人家，不懂得怎么使用银行里的机器，盼盼姐都会微笑着主动上去教他们。说来惭愧啊，有好几个大姨问我怎么使用那部存折打印机，但我完全不晓得。真的明白了什么是老鼠拉龟——有心无力了。

幸好，盼盼姐及时给我解了围。原来，看起来又大又麻烦的机器，其实操作起来十分简单。第二天来的伯伯阿姨们，只要不会用那个机器的，我都已经会教他们如何使用啦。不过，我面对起陌生人，还是不能够像盼盼姐那样展露微笑，说起话来也打结，可让我苦恼极了。但盼盼姐说她一开始也是这样的，练多了，接触的人多了，便会好了。听后，我又对自己充满了自信。

盼盼姐总是没有怨言地在自己的岗位上奔波着，那热诚的微笑总是深深地打动着每位顾客。对于自己的工作，不仅是要有能力做好，而且要从心底里喜欢这工作并且想要做好。在跟盼盼姐私聊的时候，她坦诚地告诉我，其实她爸爸是一间工厂的老板，但之所以不继承父亲事业而选择银行，因为这是她的兴趣所在，而且也想磨练自己。她还说自己刚做大堂经理的那一天，忙得她自己快要哭出来了，还有过明天就辞职这种幼稚的想法，但都被她一一克服，终于挺了过来。

1.别太宠自己胃

在学校，学生的饮食受到较大的限制。一些学生就会想着，到了暑假就可以趁机好好犒劳自己胃，把平时在学校很难吃到的食物统统吃个遍。如果你是这样想的，那你就等着发胖吧。

要减肥，千万不要太宠自己胃。要清楚哪些食物自己不能吃，哪些食物需要多吃。在量的把握上也要苛刻，不要因为嘴馋而导致饮食过量。

2.多吃蔬果粗粮

暑假减肥，蔬果粗粮是食谱中不可或缺的部分。蔬果普遍热量低，富含营养，且大多具有利于减肥的物质。比如苹果就含有独特的果酸，可以加速代谢，减少体内脂肪;芹菜富含膳食纤维，有助于消化排毒，有利于减脂。

除蔬菜外，还要多吃粗粮。粗粮饱腹感强，并且有助于肠胃蠕动，促进消化，还能利尿消肿。多吃粗粮，会让减肥效果翻倍。

3.杜绝高热量零食

零食是学生时代不可或缺的一部分。完全杜绝零食对于学生来说难免过于残忍。但是，为了减肥，杜绝高热量的零食还是必须的。薯条、冰激凌、蛋糕、夹心饼等零食不仅热量高，有的还包含过多的糖分、油脂。这些零食吃起来美味，但是会摧毁你的减肥计划。因此，小编建议，在你想吃零食的时候，不防用一些低热健康的零食来取代高热量零食。比如，可以用酸奶来取代蛋糕;用话梅来代替糖果;用烤薯片来代替炸薯条……

4.一日三餐分配好

没有了学校饮食限制，学生们就容易变得“任性”，想吃就吃，不想吃就不吃。这样就会导致饮食不规律。不规律的饮食是肥胖的一大诱因。要想减肥，在暑假里学生应当严格控制饮食规律。一日三餐必不可少，早餐要吃好，午餐吃饱，晚餐就尽量少吃。一日三餐的热量分配要合理，早餐和午餐摄入热量可以稍高一点，但晚餐热量就要减少。一般来说，一天饮食热量不要超出1200大卡太多就最减肥。

有氧运动部分

2.跑步

3.骑自行车

无氧运动部分

1.深蹲

深蹲动作是锻炼臀部和腿部的王牌动作，还能增强心脏功能，提高肺活量。深蹲时候要注意，腰背保持直线，髋关节低于膝关节。

2.平板支撑

平板支撑是一个类似俯卧撑的动作。但俯卧撑主要锻炼胸部，而平板支撑则主要锻炼人的腹部，对减腹部赘肉，瘦小肚子有着显著作用。具体动作为：俯卧，两手屈肘成90°支撑身体。腹部收紧，两腿并拢伸直。保持动作。

3.仰卧起坐

仰卧起坐对于学生来说绝对不陌生。但是，做这个动作时候，要注意双手不要托着头部。这样容易导致脊椎受伤。做动作时，双手可以放在耳际或者放在大腿两侧。

我的体质一直不是很好，昨天爸爸说从明天开始要给我进行一项体质加强的训练计划，这不，今天就上演了“悲惨”的一幕，“练海无崖累作舟”的生活从今天拉开了序幕。

今天下午，爸爸软硬兼施，连拉带扯的将我推上了“战场”，今天的要求是绕着小区跑15圈，我粗略的估算了一下，一圈大概是100多米，照这么算的话，大约要跑1500多米啊!我差点被自己的估算吓晕了，但是想归想，跑还是要跑的啊，我望着小区平坦的水泥路面，咬咬牙，冲了上去，刚开始我跑得挺轻松，但是过了5圈后我的速度就渐渐的慢了下来，踩着的好象不是水泥路，而是一块熊熊燃烧的大铁板，脚上感觉像针扎一般，说不出的难受。但是我依旧坚持着，心想：晕，才跑5圈呐，感觉就如此糟糕，还有2/3没跑呢!绕着小区又跑了几圈，我的脚有些发软，大滴的汗珠顺着脸颊“奔腾而下”滴在了地上，在我的身后留下了一串串的印记。好不容易我跑完了十圈，但是我全身的力气像流水般地消失待尽，浑身像根面条，软绵绵的，脚上像灌了铅块，沉重无比，似乎骨头之间失去了连接。剩下的5圈，我几乎是连拖带走才勉强完成，完了爸爸说：“OK，行了，回家吧!”

但是我让爸爸先回去，而我自己则坐在楼下小区的椅子上休息，汗珠一颗颗调皮地从我的头上蹦到了地上，不一会地上就汇成了一条“小河”。过了一会，我才缓缓走向家。

接下来便开始了暑假的艰苦生活，每天早上6点起床。然后复习以往的知识!一直复习7点半，然后再去练跆拳道，一直练到10点。下午2点还要去补奥数6点回到家后还要写练习题。

嗨!暑假本来是我们的休息的时间，而现在每天都要去补习班，我也知道妈妈是为我好，可是也应该让我有些休息的时间不要让我一味的学习呀!

With the coming ofnational day, I have a one week holiday.

I really expect to it, because I wantto have a short trip during these days. I will travel toJiuzhaiValleywith my parents for three days.

I have heard that the scenery ofJiuzhaiValleyis very beautiful in autumn and it’s the best time to travel there.

Autumn is my most favorite season so I wantto enjoy the beauty of such a wonderful place.

I do some preparations for thistrip.

For example, I search the Internet to see the travel raiders and I haveknown where the most attracting place is and where to live in.

I am sure itwill be a wonderful journey. There are only several days for the coming trip,but I have been too excited to wait.

转眼间，这个美好的学期就要过去了，我不仅学到了课本上的知识，还学到了生活中的知识。好吧，就让我盘点一下我这个学期的收获吧

语文课是我最喜欢的一门功课，在那里，我找到了春天的脚步，看到了有趣的童话，更被书里感人的故事感动着，还学到了许多的科学知识。其中令我印象最深刻的课文有：一十三课《动手做做看》，二十二课《我为你骄傲》。为什么印象深刻呢?因为这几课让我学懂了很多生字词，还让我学到了不要光想，要学会动手以及做人要宽容，要勇于承认自己的错误的道理!

生活也是一门功课，它让我学会了感恩。爷爷每天不论刮风下雨，都按时接送我上下学，奶奶每天变着法子做可口的饭菜。看着他们这么辛苦，我该怎么回报他们呢?我想：好好学习，天天向上，就是给他们最好的回报吧!

快乐的暑假要来了。暑假里，我要干什么呢?我准备到长沙去，和爸爸妈妈一起生活一段时间，在长沙的日子可以去公园散散步。我还要认真完成好作业，写好日记，有计划的看几本课外书，练练毛笔字，打打羽毛球，锻炼好身体。过一个愉快而有意义的暑假。

Last Sunday I went to Yang Ming Shan Park with my parents.It was a sunny day.There were trees and flowers all over the place.The trees were tall and pretty and the flowers smelled sweet.

上周日我和我的父母去阳明山公园。这是一个阳光灿烂的日子。所有地方都有树木和花卉。高高的树木和漂亮的花闻起来很香。

In the park we could see some birds flying up in the sky.An old man was sitting on the bench reading a book and two cats were playing under the bench.Some boys were playing games and some people were taking walks.Others were just jogging around the place.In the afternoon we took a walk along the stream for two hours.Then the stream flowed to the woods.In the middle of the woods we could see a small pood with many fish in it.

在公园里我们可以看到一些鸟儿飞翔在天空。一个老人坐在替补席上看着一本书，两个猫在板凳上玩闹。一些孩子正在玩游戏，一些人在散步。其他的人都只是在慢跑的地方。下午，我们就沿着小溪散步两个小时。然后走到树林。林中，我们可以看到一个有很多鱼的小水池。

I like to go to the mountains and I like to see nature,too.I really enjoy the nice day at this interesting place.I hope I can go there again someday.
