平板支撑是一个类似俯卧撑的动作。但俯卧撑主要锻炼胸部，而平板支撑则主要锻炼人的腹部，对减腹部赘肉，瘦小肚子有着显著作用。具体动作为：俯卧，两手屈肘成90°支撑身体。腹部收紧，两腿并拢伸直。保持动作。

3.仰卧起坐

仰卧起坐对于学生来说绝对不陌生。但是，做这个动作时候，要注意双手不要托着头部。这样容易导致脊椎受伤。做动作时，双手可以放在耳际或者放在大腿两侧。

7月8日就算正式放假了，我给自己盘算了一个暑假生活学习计划。爸爸妈妈支持我的计划。

每个星期六，整天玩，小区里玩，公园里玩，游乐场里玩。同时要在玩耍中学习摄影。

每日上午具体安排

第一，语文暑假作业两页;

第二，数学暑假作业两页;

第三，小区院里玩两小时;

第四，专心读一小时故事书;

第五，摘抄好词好句，记录在自己的摘抄本上。

每日下午具体安排

第一，注音、组词，并造五句子;

第二，读一小时漫画书或科普书;

第三，写一篇博文，并告诉爸爸快修改，以免“丢丑”;

第四，用qq和爸爸聊天，探讨博文得失和当日学习情况;

第五，细心做爸爸精选或针对性出的十道数学题，并先要自己判对错，再和他一起研究破题、审题、解题、纠错、举一反三的方法。

这就是我给自己这个假期定的生活学习计划，生活学习两不误，当然这是指一般情况。期间，我还的回奶奶家、姥姥家各一趟，去看看他们老人家。爸爸说这也是任务。那几天，估计我的计划就不能正常执行了。
