2、早餐6：50准时吃饭；

3、7：10出发上学。

4、中午11：50之前到家，中途不能玩耍或去同学家逗留；

5、12：40之前结束午餐；

6、12：40———2：30进行午休：

7、2：30分出发去上学；

8、下午放学后，5：45准时回家。

9、晚上8：00之前休息，遇有特殊情况延长至8：30分。

二、学习方面

1、在上课的前一晚上，应提前将第二天所学书籍找好，第二天暂时不用的书籍留在家中。不能将所有书籍一律带至学校，这样可以减少不必要的重量；

2、上课不准走神，不准说话，不准睡觉，不准玩，认真听讲，积极配合老师回答问题，认真独立思考。下课后，休息一下，放松一下；

3、对老师布置的作业认真独立完成，不准应付，一些家庭作业完成后，主动让家长检查；

4、在学校尊敬师长，团结同学，做一个有礼貌、有修养的小学生；

5、每天坚持独立写一篇日记，可以把当天发生的人和事记录下来，也可以写遇到的景和物，每次字数不限，但应工整不能抄袭别人及书本上的范文。每天应于睡觉前交由父母检查，每次日记不能提前完成任务，也不能拖延完成。

三、生活方面

五是帮妈妈做一些力所能及的家务事，一来煅炼自己的生活自理能力，二可帮妈妈减少劳动时间，真的是一举两得的好事情。

六是作文水平要有所提高，不能总是语气不通顺，或前言不达后语。而多看、多写、多练就是提高写作水平的基本方法，我一定要做到“三多”。

七是不能说脏话。一个说脏话的人别人都不喜欢，因大家都喜欢文明说好话的小朋友。不学其他同学说脏话的坏毛病。

八是每次考试做完试卷不要马上交卷，而是认认真真地检查一遍，这样才能考到高分。否则又达不到95分的要求，取消玩的资格就太可惜了。所以我一定要认真、认真再认真，决不犯同样的错误。

九是多煅练身体，尽可能让自己不感冒，不生病。因只有多煅练身体，才能预防各种病菌的发生，才能增加身体免疫力与抵抗力。

第一：建立完善的管理制度。班级里实行班干部责任制。挑选和培养优秀小干部，形成班级集体领导核心，形成正确的集体舆论，形成集体纪律，做好个别教育工作。

第二：狠抓学生的学习，促使良好学习氛围的形成。提高学生学习的主动性。

为了让学生在学习上充分地展开竞争，提高自我学习的能动性，要多开展相应竞赛活动激发每个学生的学习积极性。

第三：重视主题班会和各种活动的开展，培养学生团结协作的精神。用活动来达到教育的目的，增强班级凝聚力，要开展好主题班会。

第四：保持良好的卫生习惯。班级卫生实行责任到位制，每天小结进行奖惩。个人卫生实行监督。

三、具体措施

一、常规教育方面

1、良好的开端是成功的一半。开学初重视对学生开展《小学生日常行为规范》养成教育，如在校要尊敬老师，团结同学，要有礼貌，见到老师主动问好，上学时佩戴红领巾和校徽，使孩子们明白怎样做才是一个合格的小学生，努力争做文明达标生，并逐步养成文明习惯。

2、认真开展安全教育。经常教育学生注意交通、饮食、活动等安全，指导管理好中午在校用膳学生，及时处理偶发事件，通过多种途径，提高认识，消除各类安全隐患。

二、班级纪律方面

1、制定班规班纪，并根据学生各方面的表现进行奖励，分发奖券，积累一定的奖券后可以向老师兑换奖章，并展示在教师的后墙上，当然，也制定相应的惩罚措施。

2、课间提倡文明休息，学生可根据自己的爱好进行阅读、下棋或跳绳等活动。

3、为了让学生养成良好的行为习惯，适应集体生活，将在班级开展“路队小标兵”评比活动，使学生不仅做到快、齐、静，而且能够进行自主管理。

三、卫生方面

1、个人卫生：要求衣着整洁，做好“三勤”，勤洗澡，勤洗头，勤剪指甲。

2、班级卫生：每天早、中、晚分派值日生和教师一起清扫，设立卫生监督岗，进行检查与监督。对于主动、及时打扫卫生的同学或小组，进行奖励。

四、班干部的培养方面

班级管理光靠班主任一人来管理是不够的，而班干部却是班级管理的小助手。这学期我将采取班干部轮流制(包括班长和组长)，使班级管理再上新台阶，让每个孩子的潜能都得到充分的挖掘，培养有个性的人，使孩子们学会学习，学会生活，学会合作和学会管理。

1、做好对小组长、课代表的指导工作。每月一次班干部竞选，每天两个班干部岗位，开好班干部会议，培养得力的班干部队伍及健康的舆论。

2、美化班级环境，定期更换黑板报;加强对班队干部的培养和指导，不断提高学生干部的工作能力，限度地让更多的学生在不同的干部岗位上得到有效的锻炼，提高全体学生的主人翁意识，倡导以班级为荣的集体主义精神。

五、学习方面

1、及时了解学情：准确把握学生对知识的掌握，因材施教，在重点难点上下工夫，以促进全班成绩的平稳、扎实地上升。

2、经常与任课老师联系，了解学生各学科的学习情况，配合任科教师，深化培优辅困工作，平衡学生的学科发展，努力培养学生乐学善思，刻苦学习的良好品质。

六、其他方面

关心学生的身心发展和健康成长，教育学生珍惜同学友谊，学会关心人，懂得尊重人，虚心好学，团结友爱，努力培养学生的合作意识，协作精神，促使学生健全人格的形成。

时间飞逝，愉快的寒假就这样过去了，我迎来了小学中最最紧张的学期，六年级下学期，我即将迎来小升初考试。

上学期的我期末考试没有发挥正常，导致数学没有考好，我要加油、努把力，争取这次小升初考上一座好学校！

我要努力做到以下几点：

1、在语文方面我要用心，上课不要分心，不然会导致学习成绩下降。

2、在数学方面一定要努把力！我的弱项就是数学，下课有时间的话就要找王老师把不明白、不懂的告诉他，让他帮帮我。

3、在英语方面，虽然是我的强项，但我不能骄傲，因为我还要加油，努力，争取考上美国的大学，让爸爸妈妈高兴。

4、我要加强体育方面，因为新闻报道，高考最最重要的就是体育了，如果不加强体育锻炼的话，你等到高考之后就会后悔的。

首先，上课时候，我要认真听讲，不做小动作，不与同学交头接耳，要力争把老师课堂上讲知识全部消化；对于疑难问题，要不耻下问，虚心向老师与同学请教。

其次，要认真完成老师布置所有作业，做到一丝不苟。课堂作业当堂完成；课后作业与家庭作业也要按时独立完成。

第三，要做好语文课课前预。对于预习字词，成语，要先查字典把它认会，弄懂意思；还要学会给课文分段，用最简短语言写出每段段落大意，然后总结课文中心思想；对于每篇课文课后题，要先试着去做；对于课文与课后题不理解与不会做地方，要先把它在书上划下来或记下来，第二天上课时带着问题去听讲，还可以在课堂上向老师请教。

第四，要利用星期天与节假日，继续参加奥数、英语，多读课外书，不断丰富自己知识。要挤出时间，多干事。
