3、养成阅读的好习惯。由于阅读在考试中的比重很大，所以要加大阅读的力度。每天都要练习两个阅读两个完形。做完后核对答案，对做错的题分析原因，对里边出现的生词或短语要记录下来，有必要的要背过，以此来扩大自己的词汇量。此外，要限定时间以此来提高阅读的速度和能力。

青年志愿者协会作为全院志愿者的模范和领导机构，规范完善运行机制和制定相关制度势在必行，在这方面主要开展以下工作：

一、突出重点，强化管理

a、协会将实施量化管理制度来考评干部的工作业绩，每月考评一次。对连续三次考核成绩均在最后三名的学生干部予以警告，并对考核成绩优秀的干部加大培养力度。

For another example spending an annual holiday travelling abroad is an especially satisfying experience for those who do not have much of an opportunity to be away from their homelands. When people return from their travel they will generally feel fresh and energetic ready to work harder.

一天、二天……渐渐的，一个既快乐又难忘的23天寒假眼间就过去了。2月26日，开学的第一天，新的一个学期又到来了。当然，新的学期自然也有几条新的计划咯。

在上一个学期总共有5个月，而这个学期却只有4个月，所以这学期，无论是语文、数学，还是英语、常识，或其它几门学科，我都得更加刻苦努力，向着好同学的位置前进，前进，再前进，像雷锋同志一样，对自己永不满足，做一个在学习上向好的同学看齐，在生活上，像水平低的同学看齐的人。

在语文作文中，我像一个怕写日记的、作文的“胆小鬼”，虽然，上学期在班主任黄老师循循善诱的教导下，我的作文水平提高了一些，但在这个学期，我一定要让自己焕然一新，变成一个下笔成章的好学生。

数学中，我总是因为粗心的小毛病而扣上积分，从现在开始，我一定做完作业仔细检查，改掉粗心这个换毛病。

还有在常识中，上学期，我没有取得更高的分数，这学期，我一定得上课专心听讲，因为光靠复习时死记硬背是没有用的，必须得靠平时的努力。

因为我作文写不出，而且不太生动，这一点我不得不多看课外书，多做读书笔记。不过我不能不分青红皂白就把一个很平常的词语抄下来，一定得是自己以前不知道的，对自己写作有好处的。同时，我一定也要多看作文书，看看别人写的好在哪，跟自己比一比，让自己学一学别人写的好的。

虽然，我的英语成绩并不差，但我不能骄傲、自以为是，我上学期的英语期末考试也许是因为粗心而落了一粉，这学期，我一定得好好利用课外的时间。

这学期，我和同学们一定团结友爱，对同学“拔刀相助。”

争取在期末考试中，我们班的总分几乎都第一。

时间过得真快呀，眨眼间快乐而又难忘的暑假就过去了，这不又到了开学第一天。

我向往常一样，早早起了床，吃好早餐，背上书包，准备去学校了。一路上，我飞快地奔跑着，小鸟向我招手，风婆婆轻轻地抚摸着我的脸，我感到无比的幸福，因为今天又可以见到敬爱的老师和亲爱的同学们了。

“叮铃铃”下课了，同学们陆续走出教室。到了操场上，我和许瑛菲、胡佳佳、张雨萌玩了老鼠偷油、一二三木头人、老鹰捉小鸡等各种好玩的游戏，躲闪、惊叫、嬉笑、拥抱，全然不顾头顶上炙热的太阳，我们玩得好开心。

今天，真令人开心、难忘啊，未来的日子里我自己希望也能如此开心幸福!

暑假就要到来了，我已经为它制定了一个忙绿的计划表了。

首先，我会找一份兼职，也许在我家附近的工厂工作，这样我就可以陪陪我父母。其次，之前我参加了一个小提琴的培训班，因为我对它很有兴趣。所以，我会在家多多联系。因为正如谚语所说的，熟能生巧。在假期末尾的时候，我会去好好地玩一玩。我比较想和朋友去旅行，也许去云南，也许是其他地方。去那些我从来没去过的地方肯定可以开拓我的视野。

新的学期已经开始了。我们告别了初一生活，迎来了一个比较重要的时期—初二年级。在这个学年中，知识会更加有难度，并且也是个两极分化的时候。在这个学期中，我们可能要遇到各种各样的问题，也会经历一些坎坷，有时候在学习中，更会出现一些困难。所以在这个学期开始之前，我们要为自己制定一份新学期计划，来让这个学年度过的更加有调理，更加顺利。

首先，在学习方面要有好的学习方法，努力做到事半功倍，遇到问题一定不能视而不见，要积极去解决这些问题，平时在课前要做好预习的功课，课堂上也要认真听讲，认真思考，全身心的投入，课后要巩固今天所学到的知识。作业也一定要认真完成好，尽量少出现错误。在学习之余，也可以做一些练习题，让学到的知识变得更加牢固，因为熟能生巧，所以我们一定要注意平时的学习。

其次，是常规和纪律方面。好的习惯是生活中很必要的，所以我们在平时一定要注意常规方面的问题，从点滴做起，任何时候都要严格要求自己，并且时时刻刻遵从老师的要求。纪律是学习的前提，所以在每时每刻，都要遵守校规班规，不违纪。并且我相信自己一定会继续发扬自己的优点，也会努力改正自己在各方面的问题，在严格要求自己的情况下，也要提醒和帮助其他同学，一起让班级整体变得更加完美。
