二﹑早上起床后两小时和晚上睡觉前两小时是黄金时期，所以我要好好利用，晚上先复习好当天的功课，然后诵读30分钟课文。早上预习好当天将学习的课程，再朗读30分钟英语。

三﹑可以选择，从弱科开始下手，多花点劲，强科则只要略略加强就可以，因为初中是要算总分的，不能太偏科，这样可以有效节省时间。

四﹑多读有益书籍，书籍是人类进步的阶梯，如果有空余时间，可以用来读课外书，“里应外和”。

五﹑要劳逸结合，这是我认为就好的方法，因为学习就想咀嚼食物，是要消化的，需要时间，如果单单只有老，恐怕要“消化不良”了，也不能单只有逸，所以有劳有逸才是最好的学习方法。

六、可以多看看作文网里面的作文，学习里面的写作方法，如果有灵感，还可以自己写一篇投稿，受益匪浅。

七、晚上复习时，可以把今天所学的知识写到原先准备好的学习笔记里，以及随堂感想，方便以后复习。

青年志愿者协会作为全院志愿者的模范和领导机构，规范完善运行机制和制定相关制度势在必行，在这方面主要开展以下工作：

一、突出重点，强化管理

a、协会将实施量化管理制度来考评干部的工作业绩，每月考评一次。对连续三次考核成绩均在最后三名的学生干部予以警告，并对考核成绩优秀的干部加大培养力度。

在青年志愿者协会所展开的多项工作中难免有不足之处，计划难免有纰漏，但我们会努力做得更好。

Journey to Australia

Australia is one of the famous Oceanian country. The country is famous for its wool production and seashore tour. As the climate there is warm and comfortable, many people spend vocations there every year. I’m a super fan of water entertainment, so I choose it as my destination.

In Australia, the sky is bluer than blue, the clouds are whiter than white, all the local people enjoy an optimistic and active life. They also show their kindness and enthusiasm to the tourists.

The first step should be Sydney Opera which is among the most brilliant and splendid architectures in the world. Many world-class plays are put on in it .The surface and shape of it is like a seashell with glory decorations inside.

Then Melbourne is a good choice to be as the next step. In Melbourne, skin screen is a must to take with as the sunshine is upset and may burn your skin. The most attractive thing to me is the Australia Open, which is one of the biggest world-class tennis competition. Many great players such as Roddick Federer and its local player Hewitt etc. gather to compete. It’s really a feast for the eyes.

Australia is also home to one of the most challenging and exciting surfing and diving projects. As we know, it is always called “a country riding on the back of sheep”. Today I had a good time. It was my grandpas birthday. Our family went back to his home to celebrate his birthday. My mother cooked many delicious food and we brought a big birthday cake. We got together to have a big family dinner. We gave grandpa some presents and said, "Happy birthday to you!" In the afternoon we went boating in the park. We enjoyed ourselves, and my grandpa had a nice time on his birthday.

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. 2. 关于上课的时候，要认真上课，思维要跟着老师的思维想问题，并且还要积极举手答问，做好笔记，不能开小差，更不许上课讨论一些跟课堂无关的事情。

3. 关于课后，时不时要温习一下所学过的知识。还可以再拓展课外的知识，所谓“读书百遍，其义自见”。温习时，若还是有不懂的问题，要与同学讨论，或直接请教老师。

4. 与同学们要和谐相处，不能因为一点小事就打“冷战”，对任何事情要用一颗宽容的心去包容他人。就算不是自己的错，也要好好地和同学解释清楚。初中的朋友是最纯结的，没有利益关系的存在，对友谊没有多大的影响。要珍惜现在的友谊，对朋友同学要真挚诚恳。

5. 对老师长辈要尊重，我要以微笑去对待所有长辈老师。在成长路上，是他们一路陪伴着我们，像一展照明灯一般，照亮我们的前方。

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can’t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating “Zong Zi”. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn’t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn’t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

新的学期又要来了，所以我应该制定一个学习计划来提高自己。
