从古至今，“规则无处不在。不以规矩不成方圆”。这句《孟子》中的名言是对规矩的.完美诠释。国有国法，家有家规，规则牵动着每一个集体与个体，现写规则四问，算是我对规则的思考。

一问：规则是什么?

我问了问度娘，她说规则是运行，运作规律所遵循的法则。也就是说，规则是人人都应服从和遵守的。但对某些人来说，无视规则、践踏规则、将规则视为废纸的行为已经习以为常，他们亦或她们定将向到道德的谴责和法律的惩戒。

二问：有完全公平的规则吗?

回忆这十几年的人生经历，规则是有的，但无论制定者想制定的多么完美，漏洞也与规则并存，并在执行规则时，漏洞被无限地放大。在考场上，同样是作弊，老师会对看到的同学进行处罚，但没被看到的同学却逃过一劫;在球场上，同样是犯规，裁判认为你的动作过大，对你掏了红牌，而认为他的动作一般，只是口头警告一下。所以说，没有真正完全公平的规则，但所有的人都在使社会的天平朝平衡的方向调整。

三问：规则与束缚的关系如何?

从本质上讲，规则和束缚是同一回事。人是社会性动物，相互之间时刻都要发生各种联系。为了保证我们的社会行为井然有序，因此就创造了规则。但规则旨在维护社会活动，而不是束缚阻碍人类的发展进步。过分的束缚对社会是有害的。例如，在一场足球比赛中，如果裁判对所以的犯规动作都掏红黄牌，那么比赛将没办法进行下去。又比如，秦朝的焚书坑儒，明朝的八股取士，再到清朝的文字狱。这些事件无一不是让社会文明的脚步出现了倒退的情形。正如凯瑟琳·赫本在《口红森林》的开头中的一句台词：“如果你遵守所有的规则，你会错过所有的乐趣。”

四问：遵守规则的意义?

思考良久，终于懂得规则之玄妙，规则是当今社会可持续发展的必需品，因为如果所有人都遵守规则，那么这个社会就如同《礼记礼运》中所说：“是故谋闭而不兴，盗窃乱贼而不作，故外户而不闭，是谓不同。”但规则是死的，人是活的。

最后，我忽然想起一句话：“要有必要的清规戒律。”请听好了，是必要的!
