然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

外公喜欢上网打牌和抽烟。自从我家装了宽带后，外公每天都要玩上几个钟头的斗地主，大开牌戒，打得是天昏地暗，炸弹满天飞啊，有一次我还和外公抢电脑呢。那次，我回到家就打开电脑，玩起了电脑游戏。刚玩到一半的时候，因为外公的牌瘾发作，便跟我抢起电脑来。他走进房间对我说：“你坐的时间够长了，去小个便吧。”我侧着头对他说：“我没有便便呀。”说完，我又开始玩了。他见一计不成，又生一计。他拿起小灵通，拨通了家里的电话。我听到电话铃声，忙跑过去接电话，这时他乘虚而入。当我“喂喂喂”三声没人答应后，我就挂断电话回到房间。刚一进门，发现外公已经在斗地主了。我这才发觉上当了，哎，真是服他了!

说完打牌，我该说说抽烟的事情了。外公抽烟已经有二、三十年历史了，早已把他当初洁白无暇的牙齿抽得发黑了。他每天都要抽一包烟。他看电视时抽，买菜时抽，烧菜时抽，打牌时抽，上厕所时也抽。只要他有一只手空闲着，他就抽烟。有一次我正在做作业，外公突然跑进来抽烟，可怜的我不被难题难死，也要被烟呛死。于是我恳求他说：“外公，你没看见我正在写作业吗?拜托你别抽了!”“对不起，对不起，我没看见。”外公说完转移阵地，继续吞云吐雾去了。我曾多次劝他戒烟，可他就是不听，还笑嘻嘻地说：“抽一抽，十年少；抽一抽，长生不老!”

All advertisements are designed to make people buy a product. An advertisement for a soft drink, for example,might show a group of trendy young people who are having fun. The young people are all drinking the soft drink. Adverrisers are saying to you, "Why dont you buy it and be like these people? You can be young, modern and trendy, too."

You might think that advertisements do not affect you, but the next time you buy a soft drink, ask yourself: Why am I buying this particular product?

俗话说：雷锋出差一千里，好事做了一火车。谁说不是呢!这已经成了家喻户晓的事实。
