记得小时候，爸爸、妈妈跟亲朋好友联系都是靠写信，偶尔打个长途电话也是很奢侈的。现在爸爸妈妈都用上了手机，家里的固定电话都很少使用了，几乎成为我的专用电话了，无论远隔千山万水，都可以联系到。随着科技的腾飞，爸妈都开通了“QQ”，只要一有空，就可以坐在电脑前跟家人、朋友聊天，甚至可以听到他们的声音，看到他们的容貌，即使天各一方，也好像就在身边。

“改革春风吹满地”，到了八十年代，这个贫困的山村的面貌也焕然一新;一幢幢二层楼都平地而起，如雨后春笋似的，农民不仅盖起了自己的新房，而且买了许多家用电器，像电饭锅、电风扇、电视机等等，现在电视机已不算什么稀罕事了，村中60%以上的家庭都拥有电视机，还有少数家庭都已经拥有彩电了。可见人民生活水平是大大地向前跨进一步。为了能让人民生活过得更好，我国实行“计划生育”的基本国策，并要求为：晚婚、晚育、少生、优生，提倡一对夫妇只生育一个孩子。很快进入了九十年代，人民的生活水平真是上了一个新台阶：电视机已经普及了，彩电的数量也已达到三分之二。尤其是近几年，农村更是飞速发展。将近一半的人家里都安装了电话，大家联络都十分方便。除此以外，交通也很方便，原来的马路都已经铺成水泥路，不仅行车方便，而且水泥路更平坦，更好走。下雨时，被雨水冲刷得十分干净，而不是到处都是泥泞，这儿坑坑，那儿洼洼的，让人心情不愉快。再谈谈工具吧!虽说一个小小的山村，用不上什么特别交通工具，自行车就够了。但却有10%的人家里拥有摩托车，他们中一部分是自己用，还有一部分则是作为运载工具，也可以作为另外一种谋生方式，岂不两全其美吗?随着生产力的发展，生产工具的机械化，我的家乡也出现了劳动力过剩的局面，虽说出现了劳动力过剩，但家乡人民并没有停滞不前，他们也在乡镇府的领导下，开始推行种烟叶，那么这样既可以解决一部分过剩的劳动力，对缓解就业压力起到一定作用;又可以增加人民的收入。此外，乡政府还积极地发展第三产业，发展副产品，比如说养鳗，我们这儿就有一个养鳗常它对农村经济发展起到了一定的促进作用。还有一部分人，为了能够过上更好的日子，都向城市搬迁，希望能有更多就业机会以及谋生方式。但这一部分还是较少，只占10%左右。

Obviously， a growing number of people are beginning to realize that it is our duty to do that in the present days， since the concept of “a green world” has become the focus of the society. The idea of “a green campus” is beyond a green environment. To begin with， the development on the campus is to be sustainable and recyclable. Some of the authorities’ budget should be on how to reduce of the waste. What’s more， we’d better be aware of the seriousness of pollution around us. 妈妈小的时候衣服穿小了，就留给妹妹穿，从不舍得丢弃;上学背的是一个布做的书包，学习用具也很少，而且一直用到不能再用才换掉。而我现在穿的衣服都是新的，鞋子有一点小就不想再穿了，到现在我已经用过好几个书包和文具盒了，学习用品也多的数不清，现在有这么好的学习条件和学习环境，我一定要好好学习，把我们的国家建设的更加强大。

妈妈小的时候也没有什么好玩的，就是跳跳橡皮筋，爬山什么的，有电视还是黑白的，频道也很少，节目也不象现在这么丰富多彩。而现在我可以玩的东西实在是太多了，电视频道非常多，除了看电视，我们还可以玩电脑，上网，旅游等等。
