今年暑假我终于坐上了梦想很久的飞机，我非常兴奋，非常开心。我一共坐了六次飞机，很幸运的是，我每次都靠窗。我一坐下，就把手机关掉，把安全带扣好，等待着起飞。飞机跑起来了，一开始慢慢移动，到后来，越跑越快。只见机翼一倾斜，我们飞上了蓝天！就在飞机脱离地面的一刹那，我的头与身体好像被一股力量压到座椅靠背上。渐渐地，我看见房子变小了，再变小了，变得像蚂蚁一样，最后都看不清了。只听“咚”的一声，这表明飞机飞平稳了。过了一会儿，我看到了云彩。它们奇形怪状，有的像俊美的小马在草原上狂奔，有的像结实的狮子在悬崖边怒吼，有的还像机灵的猴子灵活地爬上树和同伴抢东西……好壮观啊！我正看得入迷，一位空姐推着饮料车过来了，问我喝什么。我心里想：哇！飞机上还能喝饮料！我兴奋得马上要了杯可乐。要是在吃饭时间，空姐还会送来香喷喷的大米饭呢，真是太棒了！像我这样小的男孩子，一年乘了六次飞机，难道不幸福吗？

Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Yet in the weeks, days, and hours leading up to an event that we believe will test our limits, we can become nervous. While we may have previously regarded ourselves as equal to the trials that lie ahead, we reach a point at which they near and our anxiety begins to mount. We then become increasingly worked up, until the moment of truth arrives and we discover that our worry was all for nothing. We are almost always stronger and more capable than we believe ourselves to be. But anxiety is not rational in nature, which means that in most cases we cannot work through it using logic as our only tool. Reason can help us recognize the relative futility of unwarranted worry but, more often than not, we will find more comfort in patterns of thought and activity that redirect our attention to practical or engaging matters.

Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. Our guides can aid us by providing us with a focal point wholly outside of our own sphere.

我拿着它，跑下了楼，边跑边将螺旋浆转了200多圈，然后我放掉“蜡笔小张”。只见它在天空自由地翱翔，像一只小鸟在飞，漂亮极了。我在心中默默地数着：“1、2、3……15！”等数到15秒时，它才悠悠地从上面飘下来。“哇，15秒耶！”我大声地喊了出来：“15秒！15秒！”。我恨不得让全世界的人都知道我这个惊人的成绩。

可惜，好景不长，“叮铃铃……”上课铃响了，我只得依依不舍地离开操场。

8月6日爸爸妈妈带着我一起坐飞机去广州。这可是我第一次坐飞机。睡梦中醒来的我异常兴奋。

我们驱车前往宁波栎社机场。在车上我一开始迷迷糊糊的还想睡觉，过了一会儿妈妈说，快看！飞机哦。我一下子就清醒了，原来飞机场到了。我跟着爸爸妈妈进入了飞机场候机厅，我们换了登机牌、过了安检，在候机大厅隔着玻璃就能看见外面的大飞机，我高兴地跑到玻璃窗边，叫爸爸妈妈赶快拍飞机。

时间到了，广播里放着我们可以登机了，我兴奋地拍到了第一个，一路小跑地来到了飞机上，空姐阿姨对我微笑地说：欢迎乘坐本次航班！等了一会，飞机启动了，刚开始它像汽车一样的用轮子在跑道上跑来跑去，速度越来越快，越来越快。起飞了，起飞了，飞机慢慢的离开地面了，一眨眼就飞到半空中，穿过云朵，飞到了云朵上面！往下看，好高啊！房子已经看不清了，大山也变得好小啊，马路就像一条细细的线，江河湖泊像个小水滴一样，太美了。

看远处的云朵像一个美丽的家园，前面是花园，花园里有假山、有湖泊、有大树，旁边像是一只小狗在跳呢！

飞机飞平稳后空姐阿姨还给我们分东西吃呢，我分到了蛋炒饭，打开饭盒，闻了闻，好香啊！我马上就吃完了。还对妈妈说：味道真好吃，这是我第一次吃到飞机上的午餐呢！

不一会儿飞机上就播报说广州要到了，我们的飞机就要下降了，飞机慢慢的又穿过云层，慢慢的大山又变大山了，路也看清楚了，飞机降到地面的那一刻我们人都往前靠了，飞机又在跑道上跑了，这次是越跑越慢了。飞机停稳后我们就下飞机了，空姐阿姨还是微笑的对我们说：欢迎下次乘坐！

坐飞机真的是太好玩了！

Last week, I received a post card from my friend, which was from Thailand,

I felt so excited, because I always wanted to travel abroad. So I was so eager

to talk to my friend. She showed me the sceneries. I found different sceneries

in different cities. For the first time, I saw the outside world so closely. I

want to explore the world and know more about this planet. I realized the

importance of learning English. If I master more words, then I can communicate

with the local people and learn about their culture. From now on, I must study

hard. When I have the chance to travel abroad, I can have a trip.

今年的一次坐飞机让我觉得特别难忘。

那天，因为爸爸看错时间，我们提早了整整三个小时就到了机场。

终于登上飞机了。空姐们开始忙着关闭行李舱，检查旅客安全带的系扣情况。广播里开始播放安全注意事项，乘务员们站在通道中间给大家做动作示范。有趣的事情发生了——广播里开始重复提醒飞机即将起飞，让大家不要在这个时候上厕所。谁知话音未落，大大小小的孩子都不约而同地赶着上厕所，厕所门口一下子排起了长队。哈哈哈，我也没有例外。

飞机平稳地在高空中滑翔。窗外越来越黑，慢慢地只能见到天边云天相接处的一道金色夕阳。机舱里的灯亮了，大家开始了各自的安排：有的看起了杂志，有的玩起了手机，有的吃起了零食，有的开始闭目养神……

有趣的事情又发生了。空姐第三次推着售货车过来，我想买一罐可乐，就递给她15元钱，她收了钱，转过头问我：“whichone？”顺手从货车上拿了一盒饼干给我，像是在问我“是这个吗？”我赶紧摇摇手回答“不是这个，我要可乐”，空姐一脸不解，转过头看着我妈妈。妈妈不知所措地摊摊手摇摇头，和我大眼瞪小眼。无奈的空姐只好从推车边上翻出一本图册递给我们。我用手指指了指可乐，她当即明白了，把一罐可乐和一杯插着吸管的冰块递给了我。我赶紧说了句：“Thanks！”喝着可乐，我心中一下子明白了学好英语的重要性。

这次坐飞机让我有了前所未有的体验，好期待下次坐飞机又会有什么样的不同感觉！

Ive been a very good boy this year. I study hard and am nice to my

friends. I helped Mom and Dad decorate the Xmas tree. And I didnt fight with my

baby sis. So please put me on your list.

I want to have a mountain bicycle as my Xmas gift and a lot of love for my

dear Mommy and Daddy. This Xmas will sure be a special one. Mommy plans to cook

a Xmas feast and invite some friends over on Xmas Eve.

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually

school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because

of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and

occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to

keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming think nothing is more

refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has ended I went swimming

many times with my classmates we all had a good time. This summer vacation,

however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student

I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were a year

away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time

between work play during the summer vacation derived benefit from this

As Im growing up, I am facing both frustration and gains. First, let me talk about my frustration.
