During the summer holidays, I went to my grandmothers home. One evening after supper, I stood on the balcony to look at the sky.

其实，飞机上选座位也是个学问。坐前排最好，看着空姐淡定的表情，就不那么害怕了。而选在后排呢，看着前面人头晃动，光看着就害怕。

总而言之呢，我对飞机还是有种“敬而远之”的心态。什么？你问我那么害怕飞机还坐飞机？那自然是抵挡不住旅游的诱惑啦！

今天，秋高气爽，万里碧空，妈妈带着我们姐弟俩到鄞州公园玩遥控飞机。

到了公园，只见那里绿树成荫，树木茂盛。人们有的在草地上吃着水果，有的带着宠物出来散步，有的带着孩子来玩耍，还有的出来锻炼身体……我们找了一块空地，便开始拼装遥控飞机，姐姐可是我们家的“拼装专家”，只见姐姐看看说明书，摆弄摆弄，不一会儿就装好了，就连使用说明也摸了个透。

开始玩了，姐姐先打开了遥控器，在飞机的背面按了一个按钮，直升飞机旁边两排彩灯亮起来，好看极了！姐姐接着打开起飞键，螺旋桨呼得转了起来，慢慢升到天空，最后，姐姐把圆盘拨向前，飞机飞速向前飞去，我想：等一下飞机飞不回来了怎么办？于是飞奔过去，可谁知，遥控飞机忽然转了个弯往回飞去。我非常惊奇，回头一看却见姐姐笑眯眯地拿着遥控器呢！

明媚的阳光照射在碧绿操场上，载着无数美妙梦想的纸飞机飞上蔚蓝的天空。你问我的在干什么？老师正带着我们做飞机，玩飞机呢！

折飞机对我来说真是件难事。我费了九牛二虎之力折了几次才成功。我迫不及待地拿到操场去试飞，对着机头哈了口气，眯一只眼，撸起袖子，用尽全身力气把飞机扔向天空。纸飞机虽然飞得高，可飞得并不远。我有点沮丧……。折了这么久的飞机只能飞这样，唉！

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget

about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer

vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over

all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a

better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of

exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It

stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation

time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

累了，倦了，青草间打个滚，醒了。回头看，花儿笑了，我醉了。童真是一笔财富，有了它便有了美好，有了它便有了快乐。我微微笑，重新追逐着萤火虫，履行着曾经的约定，在从林深处，笑魇如花。

I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath

University. Since leaving university I have been working in a research
