Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Reason can help us recognize the relative futility of unwarranted worry but, more often than not, we will find more comfort in patterns of thought and activity that redirect our attention to practical or engaging matters.

Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. How to learn English well

English is important and useful to us. How can we learn it well? Here are

my suggestions.

First, we should often listen to the tapes, English songs and programs.

Watching English movies is also helpful to us. Second, we should speak English

speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make. Wed better join the English club and

How do you define loneliness? I often walk alone, should I call myself a

lonely girl?

Nowadays, it’s a common phenomenon that college students fall in love with

others because they cannot stand loneliness. In my point of view, I believe that

people with a strong will to finish something won’t feel lonely. Many people

feel lonely when they are boring, nothing to do. That is to say, if we have many

things to do, work hard for our dreams, live a meaningful life, we won’t feel

lonely. Our dreams will accompany with us.

In my opinion, I think people who don’t know what they want are lonely,

because they have no destinations in their life. They are lonely in soul. So I

don’t consider I am a lonely person, because I have dreams, I have best friends

on my road to succeed. To a conclusion, there is no doubt that lonely in soul is

real lonely.

We all wish (hope) to be happy， so we should take good care of our

health。

Health is the best treasure (which) a man can possess。 Money can do many

In order to insure good health we must pay attention to three things。 They

我三折四折，一架飞机折好。正当我回头一看，哥哥早已折好了。不过，别小看我的飞机，可是五层连体，像葫芦娃兄弟一样，可以合体，可以分开，一架落了，没关系，另一架上;一架慢了，没关系，另一架起飞。而哥哥呢，虽然速度快，但他只有一架而已。

我们从窗台下把飞机飞起，哥哥的还没飞多远，就停了。我的飞机重量大，重心稳，超过他很远，整整十几米。哥哥看着我，硬是不敢相信，怎么会?再当他看到我的飞机时，才佩服地点头，升起白旗投降。

哈哈，我赢了。看来，即使是游戏，也要动脑筋，才能做得更好。

初秋，却仍旧燥热，阳光洒在玻璃上有些的许刺眼，此时的我们坐立不安。

已经是高三的第二个月了，还是没有明确的目标，茫然而又不肯放弃，就如此机械的过每一天。

那天午后，实在不想学习，看着那密密麻麻的复习资料，让人滋生厌倦，我在纸上乱划，始终划不出我想要的答案。

教室里面并不安静，有人窃窃私语，还夹杂着翻书时候纸页咯吱的清脆响声，突然，一只纸飞机飞过划出完美弧线，不偏不倚的落在了讲桌上，“耶，完美”纸飞机的主人拍手叫好，也许是无聊或喧众取宠之举，可是却让每个人心里泛起了涟漪。

“这我也会，比你还准，看好了”另一个同学不甘示弱，飞出之前，他把飞机放在嘴巴上哈了一口气，就如同小时候一般，幼稚惹人发笑。渐渐的，我们开始无心写作业，释放出内心真正的不安分，教室里面，纸飞机来回穿梭。

突然间明白一个道理，其实生活就像纸飞机一样，如果你蓄足了力，那么你会平稳而又精准的到达目的地，但是如果你只是随意一扔，它可能会飞得不稳，而且还会中途坠机，生活不也一样吗？如果准备好了，结果一定不会太差，可是如果只是简单地混日子，辜负时光，那么，结局就一定不会那么美好了。

想到这里，眼前又突然一酸，这纸飞机又像我们，未来的我们又会在哪里呢?山南或海北，会不会沿着我们的设定的航线一直走到目的地，还是半路就已经结束了这次飞行，我不知道，也不敢想。

“好了，别闹腾了！静下心来写作业”不久后，班长结束了这次游戏，我们也都纷纷捡回自己的纸飞机，慢慢静下心来，教室，又恢复了开始般的平静。

太阳要下山了，阳光也不再那么耀眼了，而我终于画出了我想要的答案。

现在的努力，不就是为了将来，能够更快更加顺利的到达成功的彼岸吗？蓄足了力量，才能更加平稳，才会有了保障。

时间往复，每一天发生的事情，可能会相同，又可能会不同，但我会记得这个纸飞机飞过的午后，我记得我们如孩童般欢笑，记得我也曾认真思考未来和现在。纸飞机飞吧，带着我们的梦想飞吧，回到我们想去的地方吧。

去年寒假，当我得知十天后可以去萧山机场坐飞机的时候，兴奋得一蹦几尺高，大叫一声：“哦耶！太棒了！”

终于盼到坐飞机的日子啦！那天早上五点，闹钟准时响起，我从床上跳起，大吼一声“起床”，迅速穿衣；早上六点准时出发，我激动的心情此刻再也不能忍耐，左顾右盼，巴不得能马上到机场。到了机场，门口是第一道安检——防爆检测。六点五十，我们一家从机场自动购票机里取到的三张登机牌，顺便托运行李。六点五十五分准备过第二道安检，液体不得带入，然后检查外衣和随身用品。九点二十三分，我们在广播提示下登机了。

等我们走进机舱坐在位置上系好安全带，广播里响起了乘务员甜美的声音：“女士们先生们，我们的飞机马上就要起飞了，请您关闭手机或开启飞行模式，谢谢。”飞机拐了个弯，停了一会，便开始加速，我只感到有一股无比巨大的冲击力和一阵阵的耳呜，我急忙嚼上一片口香糖，并靠在椅子上。我感到有一种特殊的感觉，身体失去重心，两个脚要浮起来了，还伴有阵阵恶心！我闭上眼，使劲嚼起了口香糖。不一会，感觉平稳了不少，刺耳的噪音也没了。我睁开眼一看看。乖乖！飞机上天了！

我迫不及待地从窗口看下去。房子慢慢变小了，看起来只有火柴盒那么丁点儿；长长的钱塘江像一根蓝色的长线，蜿蜒曲折。地面的景物越来越小，越来越模糊。突然耳边传来空姐柔美的声音：“飞机已升到9000米的高空，完全进入云层飞行。”放眼望去，只见朵朵白云不时从机翼上抹过，轻悠悠地向后飘去。机翼下是无尽的云海、蔚蓝色的天际，时而泛起云花朵朵，时而腾起几根云柱，时而各色的云烟象是约好似的从四面八方涌来相逢，好似一大片羊群相互追逐，奔向那遥远的尽头。

十点二十分，飞机餐开始派送，有面条和米饭，在我享用了一顿美味无比的面条之后，天花板上的小屏幕降了下来，开始放送电影。十二点五十分飞机徐徐降落，这难忘的一次飞机之旅就这么结束了。

这是我生平第一次坐飞机，这是多么奇妙的一次旅程啊！
