father was driving me to watch a movie with my friends from high school, who I

阳光透过窗子，照在阳台上那架布满灰尘的纸飞机上，我已经好久没有玩它了。我的思绪回到了十年前，总是和同学们一起玩纸飞机，去哪了？

老家的幼儿园里，总是充满了笑声。那是在体育课上，同学们总是爱盘腿围成一个圈坐在一起，一起玩丢手绢，一起唱歌、跳舞。其中一位同学突然有了兴趣，“我们一起玩纸飞机好不好？”说完，便跑回教室，她手里拿着一沓草稿纸。“我们来折纸飞机好吗？”她的声音很清脆，“可是我们不会呀！”“没有关系，我来教你们。”她向我们示范了一遍，很多同学基本上都会了。唯有我，可能是手笨拙的原因，始终不会。她走了过来，手把手地教着我纸飞机的折法。纸飞机折好了，我们一起在操场上玩，比比谁飞的最高。笑声弥漫在空气中，回荡在校园的上空。

星期六下午，我和小伙伴们来到三楼的空中花园玩。

我们先玩了一会水枪，感觉没有意思，又开始猜字谜、开玩笑……我们边走边说，走着走着，来到了一个地方，我们发现了很多A4纸叠的飞机，我们捡了起来，又把捡到的飞机重新叠好。

叠好后我们开始比赛，我先向空中扔飞了一只，只见我的飞机慢慢悠悠地飞到了几米外，他们也开始扔了，我就坐在一旁观看，只见一个朋友用手指捏紧飞机，然后是大力扔了出去，竟然比我飞的还远了一些，最后一个人开始飞，我俩坐了下来看最后一个人飞的样子，只见他先使劲往后一甩，然后快速用力扔出，可谁知他的飞机拐了一个弯，于是便得了一个非常光荣的倒数第一名。

我们去捡飞机时还捡了一片树叶，在最远的地方放上了树叶，然后回去了，我们又玩了一会儿，最佳纪录已经不知道更新了多少次。

玩了一会儿，我又开始觉得无聊，就背对着随便一扔，竟然又刷新了记录，他们说：“行呀，这么牛，那我们就比赛倒飞吧。”我点了点头，答应了他们，可我又一飞飞机飞上了玻璃，于是就上去了，可再下来时，这边很滑，下不去，于是我选择了从那边跳下来，下来时我在半空中听着风声，随着一声“啊”我落在了地面上，双脚被震得超痛。

唉，以后玩可不敢再这么得意忘形了，不然不知道又要倒什么霉了……

The first one who stood up to speak was Yin Xing, who was very active in physical and recreational activities. He pledged to enrich our school life by leading us in singing and dancing and playing games.

The second speaker was Tong Sheng, who was smart and ceonomical and good at planning, He said be would arrange fox our budget in claactivities.

The speeches went on. My eyes fell on Jiang Xin, who sat in a corner, listening attentively. That boy was quiet and always readyto help others in their studies. He could play basketball and dance gracefully. I asked him why he did not run for monitor. He said he was no good. Hearing us talking, someone shouted,"Jiang Xin, why not join in and run for monitor?" Jiang Xin stood up. embarrassed,"I am no good. If anyone is in need of me, I am ready to help. Thats all."

一年前，我和爸爸妈妈有幸一起坐飞机去海南旅游，那是我第一次坐飞机，无疑对那庞然大物有些好奇，上了飞机，左摸摸右碰碰。飞机起飞后，我一边向窗外看美景，一朵朵棉花状的白云在我脚下飘动，一边还伴随着空姐微笑、可亲的服务，那感觉别提有多好！激动之余，却让我感慨万分，想起了很多。

先从曾祖父曾祖母那一代说起。那时候是个兵荒马乱、饥不择食的年代，人们为了生计而辛勤劳作，旅行对他们来说是一种奢望。如果要出行，有钱人家便坐马车和轮船，那普通百姓呢？主要靠着勤劳的双脚，走上几天几夜都是很正常的事，辛劳程度可想而知。

然后说说爷爷奶奶，他们的生活显然要比曾祖父曾祖母好得多。他们已经有了自己的自行车，像汽车、火车、轮船这样的交通工具也经常使用了。有了这些工具，旅行自然就要快多了。但年轻时的爷爷奶奶，飞机依然是他们想象中的物品，只能在电视上、书报里才能见得到，离他们的生活还很遥远，那个年代只有政府官员——有地位、有身份、有金钱的人才有资格乘坐飞机，才能付得起那昂贵的机票，可见能坐上飞机是件多么地稀罕而荣耀的事！

再来说说爸爸妈妈，现在的马路变得越来越宽，立交桥建得越来越多，他们的生活明显地要比爷爷奶奶有本质上的飞跃。他们出行可以任意选择好多种交通方式，不仅有自行车、汽车、火车、飞机等，现有已发展到电瓶车、摩托车、“和谐号”动车等，甚至拥有自己的私家车。乘坐飞机已不是一件困难的事，既安全又舒适，缓解了人们在途中的疲劳，同时还节省了时间，听大人说，如果提前一个月买机票，打折可厉害了！和火车票价格差不多。唉！真是让人感慨万千！

最后，我来说说自己的感触，上一年级，爸爸用自行车送接我，风里来雨里去，又耗时又费体力；上二年级起，爸爸用了2000多元买了辆电瓶车，那时的我感觉快多了，爸爸也省了点力；随着我年龄的增长，等到上四年级，就买张月票自己独立坐公交车了，然而等车、挤车、堵车的感受让我焦急而难受，总是担心会迟到，还有迟到后带来的惩罚。到今年9月份，我就要上初中了。学校远了，学习任务重了，爸妈还买辆私家车接送我上学，不是显阔，而是让我有更多的时间用在学习上。我很幸运，出身在这个年代。我自己最大的愿望就是等我大学毕业后去法国留学，学业归来，更好地建设我们的家乡。

改革开放后，随着高科技的发展和经济的腾飞，如今的我们，坐过磁悬浮列车、搭过地铁，乘过飞机，渡过轮船，看过火箭、宇宙飞船。我们的祖国发生了翻天覆地、日新月异地变化，一切新生事物都在我们的身边频频出现。

“轰——”飞机启动了，我坐在机舱里，心里既兴奋，又紧张，看着窗外疾速移动的机场，不一会儿，机场就越来越小，渐渐消失了。

这是我二年级那年，春节过后就一直在筹划着清明节的旅游，我当时十分期待这次旅游，这是我出生以来第一次坐飞机到外国去旅游。

终于等到出旅的那一天，我们一大家人拿着行李来到机场，好大，如果是我一个人一定会迷路的，我们办了手续后来到了候机厅，我站在玻璃窗旁，看着一架架飞机启动，心里好是激动，毕竟这是我第一次来到机场啊！

飞机快降落了。我从舷窗往下看，下面的风景可真美呀!下雪了!厚厚的积雪把地面盖的严严实实的，真美!窗外一架飞机飞过，它飞过的地方都会留下一绺云。远方有一片沙漠，云微微的遮住它，好像童话里的仙境。

飞机什么时候降落呀?我都快等不及了!过了一会飞机终于降落了。

坐飞机真有趣!我期待着下一次旅行还能坐飞机。

放学后，一出校门口，就有人把传单一张张塞到我们手里，不管你愿不愿意，都强塞。我们拿到传单连看也不看一眼，折成了飞机。

在几分钟之后，我们三个人——我、小H、小F进行了“纸飞机大赛”。第一个项目是谁飞的距离最远。首先有我的“小鸟飞机”率先起飞，我的飞机真是名副其实的“小鸟”，一下子就冲得老远，我不禁手舞足蹈起来。小H的“回旋飞机”一起飞，便在空中来回盘旋，最终又飘回了“起飞点”，又引得我们捧腹大笑。小F的“大雁飞机”一起飞就在空中飘来飘去，迟迟不落下来，最后竟然还飘出了“赛场”，飘到了马路上，这让刚才还在笑话小H的小F面红耳赤。第一次“大赛”圆满结束，我很荣幸地获得了第一名。

第二次我们看谁的飞机飞行时间最长。“一，二，三！”我们齐声数，我的飞机朝上方飞去，而小H和小F的飞机则在原地打转。我的飞机很快便往下落，不偏不倚，正好一下砸在了小H的飞机上，小H的飞机因此“坠毁”了，小H气得脸红脖子粗，像一头发疯的野牛，恨不得把我撞个四脚朝天。小F在原地洋洋得意着，心里像吃了蜜一样高兴。

第三项是我们此次飞行大赛最难的——看谁的纸飞机飞得高！这个可有难度了，既要力气大，又要飞机的“质量”达标。两位参赛选手临时决定改造飞机：小H的“回旋飞机”改造成了“尖头飞机”，小F的飞机由“大雁飞机”改成了“重头飞机”。好，最后一轮比赛开始了，一声令下，三架飞机一同起飞，借用宋丹丹在小品中的一句话：“那场面，那气势，那是相当的隆重。”我的飞机飞到了一块玻璃上，我虽然表面没什么大反应，心里却暗暗叫好。小H的飞机和小F的飞机发生了猛烈地碰撞，小H觉得又好气又好笑，脸上有一种说不出的尴尬，那只能怪他运气太差了小F太爱笑了，又“哼哼哈哈”地笑起来。最后不幸“机毁人亡”。此次“飞机大赛”我获得了冠军。

每年开学或放假之时学校门口的这道风景是必不可少的，但是对于我们来说，拿到宣传单之后立刻投入到“纸飞机”大赛中去，也是一件很有乐趣的事。

现在小朋友有很多玩具，有的豪华又漂亮。我也有很多玩具，当然也都是从玩具店里买的。我也尝试着自己做一些好玩的玩具，虽然它们不精美，但是自己制作让我觉的十分快乐。

我做的第一个玩具是飞机。在制作时，我找来了一块大的硬泡沫，又在一张卡纸上画了机身、机翼和机尾。小心翼翼地把它们剪了下来。我把剪下来的卡纸放在硬泡沫上，照着卡纸的样子，用小刀小心的削了出来。

我把飞机拼好后，拿给了爸爸妈妈看，他们都说好看极了，让我十分开心。

我带着我的飞机去“挑战天空”。我们一转眼就来到了楼下，我跑了一段距离后，拼尽全力将飞机一放手，飞机就飞了起来。

只见飞机在天空飞快地飞翔、旋转，它那银色的机翼在阳光的照应下闪着银光，轻巧的“身体”在天空中翩翩起舞。看着飞机在蓝天中飞行，我就想起了我们的梦想——当一名科学家，终有一天，我要设计出自己真正的现代飞机，让它保卫我们的祖国。

我忘不了坐飞机的感觉；忘不了那种激动与喜悦的心情。第一次坐飞机的感觉真好。

我们学校有个活动—纸飞机大赛。我也参加了这个活动，我多么想代表班级去参加比赛，再说还有阳光卡哩！

我们先在教室里试飞。轮到我了，我把飞机朝空中一掷，飞机在空中划出一道优美的弧线，再来一个80度角转弯，才缓缓地降落。我心里直叫好。有些同学的飞机比我更厉害，能在空中停留10多秒。

老师让教室里飞得好的同学到楼下再飞一次，然后从这些同学中选出5人去参加学校比赛。我也被叫去了，看着同学们都飞得不错，我也想试试我的飞机，看看能不能再同学中大显神威。可是，我把飞机掷出去时，飞机好像失去了光彩，在空中打了个圈，无精打采地栽了下去。我想：难道方法有问题？于是，我又换几种方式试了几次，可是跟前几次的情况没什么两样，我有些沮丧。风越来越大，许多飞机都被风拽着，在空中飞舞。我觉得我的飞机在风的带动下也会这样。但是，飞机还是老样子。这时，叶老师叫到我的名字，我忐忑不安地走了过去。虽然获胜可能性不大，但我仍然心存希望。我把飞机用力掷了出去。飞机似乎一点也不争气，像泄了气的皮球，直接一头栽到地面。

虽然我没成功，但我没有气馁。因为我还可以参加科学竞赛笔试呢，好好准备吧，加油，戎宇恬！

Getting Ourselves Worked Up

Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Yet in the weeks, days, and hours leading up to an event that we believe will test our limits, we can become nervous. While we may have previously regarded ourselves as equal to the trials that lie ahead, we reach a point at which they near and our anxiety begins to mount. We then become increasingly worked up, until the moment of truth arrives and we discover that our worry was all for nothing. We are almost always stronger and more capable than we believe ourselves to be. But anxiety is not rational in nature, which means that in most cases we cannot work through it using logic as our only tool. Reason can help us recognize the relative futility of unwarranted worry but, more often than not, we will find more comfort in patterns of thought and activity that redirect our attention to practical or engaging matters.

Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. Our guides can aid us by providing us with a focal point wholly outside of our own sphere.
