Last autumn we took a trip to Qianshan by bus.It is about thirty miles from the city.We planned to put up in a hotel there in order to watch the sun rise the next morning.

战争就是整人，战争的艺术就是整人的艺术，战争的科学就是整人的科学。历代的政治家和军事家对这方面的论述很多很多，但他们都说的委婉和含蓄 ，这可能就是文明和优雅吧！孙武的《孙子兵法》说：“攻城为下，攻心为上；攻城为下，不战而屈人之兵，善之善哉！”所谓攻城，就是硬打，所以攻城是血腥的，放在今天的.和平时期，“攻城”就是违法的，是违民意的，因此，“攻城”不可取，给人的感觉是野蛮和粗鲁，是破坏“和平”！因之，攻心和不战而屈人之兵，一直被政治家、军事家、外交家、企业家等热用着，就是放在今天的和平时期，攻心和不战而屈人之兵也是合理的合情的合法的。比如，某人“侵略”了你，你剑拔弩张，此人，某人来给你做思想工作，良言一句三冬暖，三句好话就软了你的心，你因此就卸甲卸剑了，这就是“攻心”；又比如，现在的大公司吞并小公司，大码头吞并小码头，实际上就是“不战而屈人之兵”；又比如，某某人不富裕，但他/她直接就嫁给或娶了一个有钱人，慢慢的，夫妻就有用了感情，慢慢的，他/她就有了他/她的人脉，慢慢的，他/她就有了他/她的资产，慢慢的，他/她就富裕了，这一切都合情合理也合法，这就是兵法在婚姻中的妙用。

战争就是整人，战争的艺术就是整人的艺术，战争的科学就是整人的科学。整人，不是你拿着棍子直接就去把某人打死，如此是愚蠢的，也是违法的。拿钱能办到的事就不是事，拿钱也办不到的事才是事。当你想得到什么，也就是所谓的你要实现什么理想，你不能直接就拿着枪炮去抢，你首先要释放出你的“正义”的和“为大家”的光辉思想，就是所谓的“纲领”，端正你在大家心目中的形象，这就是胜在事发前；然后发展人脉，用外交包围，这就是外交战术；拉拢“敌”方的人，对“敌”方的情况了如指掌，这就是知识，这就是用“间”，所谓“诡道”就是说的这个；最后万事俱备，就把你的思想、你的理论、你的外交人脉等等统统用上，保准你“事业”成功。

为什么有的人有理想，而且努力了，拼搏了，可就是一事无成，他们唉声叹气，以致怨天尤人，最后归结为“命运”，这是为什么呢？。这些人不懂战争的原理，他们的所谓“努力”和所谓的“拼搏”，只是围着田坎打转转，纵使累死也无济于事，这样的人读一万本书又如何？这样的人戴着专家学者的桂冠又如何？这样的人去悠悠南山隐居又如何？这样的人去投汨罗江又如何？充其量只能搏得后人的同情而已！迂腐就是迂腐！所以，成功，成功，必须成功，成功的后面全是汗水，成功的脚印全是泪水，成功的周围流满了有色的和无色的血腥！你如果赞同成功者，实际上你就是赞同战争与血腥，或许你看不到，因为你眼睛可能有些“近视”，“近视”眼通常把血腥看成鲜花，把鲜花看成花圈，然后把这些写进书里，使后人也跟着错起来，这就是封建迷信和传统的思想槽泊还在继续流传的根源。

整人，不是去把人打死。当你有什么理想和思想，但靠你一个人不可能能实现，这就需要有人和你一起去实现。管理工作实际上就是整人的工作，是把人整顿成一条思想，这思想就是你的或某个人的理想。比如，鞋厂的老板必须把全厂的员工整顿成统一的营销好的思想，一线的生产管理干部必须把自己管理的工人整顿成一条把鞋子保质保量做好的思想，谁如果违背了这个思想，管理干部就要去给他做“思想”工作，假如“攻心”和“不战而屈人之兵”不能奏效，就要动用厂规来“罚款”、“解聘”或“开除”，其目的只有一个，那就是全心全意的去实现老板的理想。所以一个优秀的老板，他一定就是一位整顿人的专家，反之，一个失败的老板，他统御员工的能力绝对很差劲。

说到整人，大家都看过《水浒传》，梁山好汉是越打越亲热，因为通过打，不但能检验出对方身体方面的实力，而且还能检验出对方智慧和思想品德方面的优劣，最重要的是还能检验出对方是否勇敢？是否有亮剑精神？因为大家都看重思想和精神，就是政治家与政治家，军事家与军事家，企业家与企业家之间，也是通过智力的较量，来确定谁行谁不行，来确定谁将是同志谁将是“对手”……叱诧风云，雄鹰自有乐趣，小鸟儿不懂，只能叽叽喳喳议论不休！纵横捭阖，强者怒放了生命，弱者还在角落里叹息！

因此，克劳塞维茨写了《战争论》，利德尔哈德写了《战略论》，苦米尼写了《战争艺术概论》，中国的《孙武兵法》、《六韬》、《尉缭子》、《李卫公问对》等等，都对战争做出了全方位的论述。战争不是单一的，战争和政治、军事、经济、文化、伦理等连在一起。战争为所有的服务，谁懂得了战争的思想，谁就能在今天的市场经济里如鱼得水、游刃有余、处变而不惊；谁如果不懂战争的思想，或者对战争的思想迷迷糊糊，他一定会在今天的市场经济里不知所措，他一定会在今天纵横交错的人际交往中吃尽苦头，他一定会在今天五彩缤纷的社会里眼花缭乱，最后平平庸庸。

我们呼唤和平，我们珍爱和平，但和平只是相对的！你身体虚弱了，病魔自然就会来缠身，如此就破坏了你身体的和平，你必须和病魔抗争，抗争，就是为了身体的和平！你被欺负了，你就必须抗争，抗争，就是为了尊严的和平！你破产了，你揭不开锅了，你就必须和饥寒交迫抗争，抗争，就是为了生命继续的和平！你树立了远大的理想，你就必须为了理想去抗争，抗争，就是为了理想得以实现的和平！

为了和平，必须去抗争，如果没有和平，抗争就没有意义！

抗争，就是为了和平，如果没有抗争，就永远没有和平！

如果时间实在非常繁忙，建议同学不妨尝试考前抄写历年范文。

一是写作不动笔，你永远不知道自己写字有多丑，有多慢，只有不断书写（如同不断跑步、游泳），你才会到了考场（竞技场），很自然地尽量又快又好。
