这几天在看抗美援朝记录片，被志愿军的精神和牺牲深深得感动着，他们确实是最可爱的人，他们为了祖国的和平，很多人永远的留在了朝鲜，上甘岭战役中，那些在坑道中咬着床单死去的伤员，那些一声都不敢发出痛呼的伤员，黄继光，邱少云，一个个鲜活的在我的脑袋中来回浮现，几乎数次泪流满面，最近我经常跟父亲争论，争论人性中的自私，争论天下皆为利，两个人争来争去，现在我真为自己的浅薄和无知感到羞愧，但是其中我觉得欣慰的是，我说我爱我的祖国，爱这个社会，即便现在的社会有很多人，很多现象都不值得去爱，但是，我们的父辈用自己的鲜血为我们换来现在的生活，我有什么资格不去爱她，与守护她呢，我的祖国人们勤劳，勇敢，聪明，努力，我又有什么资格去嫌弃她们呢?

面对一个话题，考生之所以无法写出连贯的文字，是因为缺少写作素材。那么素材是什么呢？其实也就是我们所说的“言之有物”中的“物”。无论是四、六级写作，还是考研写作，或是雅思、托福、GRE、GMAT、SAT写作，考生之所以无法取得高分，根本原因在于其日常积累的英文论证素材以及论据素材过于贫乏，根本无法将零星散落于大脑各个角落不成体系的素材组合起来，形成一篇逻辑严密、语言优美地道的文章。因此，英文素材的积累和素材库的建立可以真正帮助中国英语学习者和广大英语考生提高写作能力，走出英文表达困境。

正如前面所提到的，英语写作素材包含两类：一类是论证素材，即对于论点进行理论分析的素材。例如：论证竞争机制的重要性、论证环境保护的必要性、论证艺术的价值等。一类是论据素材，即可支持论点的相关事例。例如：“钻石教父”雷维夫与DeBeers公司的竞争促进了整个钻石行业的发展这一事例，可用来支持“竞争机制的重要性”的论证；引用美国政府参与环境保护的例子可佐证“环境保护的必要性”；贝多芬、巴赫、凡高的例子可说明伟大的艺术家们的艺术作品是如何推动人类文明发展的，并用以例证“艺术的价值”。

其实，只要多掌握适用于写作测试的英文写作素材（论证素材+论据素材），就已经为写出有理有据的文章打下了良好的基础，这也是写作的前提。因为，任何语言学习，或者说任何学习过程，都遵循“输入—输出”模式。如果没有输入，则永远不可能有输出；若没有好的输入，则永远不可能有好的输出。因此，语言学习有一条永恒不变的真理：不听永远不会说，不读永远不会写。这里的“听”和“读”就是输入环节，“说”和“写”就是输出环节；只有输入了好的英文素材，才能在需要的地方进行输出。

It’s hard to makefriends if you stay alone all the time. It’s easier to

make friends whenyou have similar interests. Look at people in the eyes when you

talk to them. Don’t be afraid to show people whatyou are really good at. Talk

about the things you like and do best. Be a goodlistener. Let people talk about

themselves before talking about yourself. Be friendly to a lot of people. Try to

help your friends when they are in trouble because a friend in need is a

friendindeed. That way you’ll have a bigger group to choose from and havemore

chances to make friends.

I think smiling is as important as sunshine. Smiling is like sunshine

because it can make people happy and have a good day. If you aren’t happy, you

can smile, and then you will feel happy. Someone may say, “But I don’t feel

happy.” Then I would say, “Please smile as you do when you are happy or play

with your friends happily. You will really be happy again.”

老师全程都在让我们看视频，是看《开讲啦》。里面是一位“八一勋章”获得者——韦昌进在演讲。韦昌进是一位抗日英雄，因为战斗在一线失去了一只左眼，现今还有四枚弹片留在他的体内。可见他是一位多么伟大的抗日英雄，不愧为“八一勋章”获得者。接着，他给我们分享了他战斗在一线的故事。

首先是他毅然决然参军，然后是他在战斗中受伤，战友均死于血海之中，最后被救援。在后方阵地的医院里昏迷了七天七夜，进行了十五次大的手术，终于在医护人员不屑的努力下从死神手中抢了回来。

在本次心理中，我意识到了生命的来之不易，也让我更加懂得了爱惜生命、敬畏生命。

说起和平，这是每个世人都渴望的，每个人都希望世界是和平的、友爱的、平等的。谁也不愿意整天生活在战争苦难的时代，但是仍有很多地方飘着战争的硝烟。这些硝烟像恶魔，给我们带来了痛苦和恐惧。所以，我渴望和平，渴望全世界人生活在一个快乐、友爱、平等的地球上。

记得我们在讲课的时候，老师放映了一些战争残忍有可怕的图片。其中有一张让人十分恐惧的图片：只见那人脸上全是血，是那么的血腥，真是惨不忍睹。我沉默了，还有多少无辜的人在可怕的战争中失去了宝贵的生命。自从看到那张照片，我更多的还是愤怒，愤怒那可怕的战争，愤恨挑起战争的人，难道他们没有亲人吗？如果那些死去的人就是他们自己的亲人，他们会又有何感想？这一切的一切，都是战争造成的。战争，可怕、残酷的战争啊！

战争的硝烟吞食这我们的幸福，而和平，是世界上最美好的花朵。和平是什么？和平是友谊的“桥梁”，架起国与国之间的友爱之桥；和平是世界的“瑰宝”，在每个人心中留下了美好。在和平的世界里，花朵争芳斗艳，草坪碧草如茵，再没人去践踏；树木参天挺拔，再没人去砍伐；小溪清澈见底，永远不会变污浊。啊！和平的天空和平鸽自由飞翔。它无时不提醒人们：“热爱生活，珍惜和平！”

让我们一起呼吁和平，现在的和平，永久的和平。愿和平二字永远印在每个人的心中，让和平鸽永远伴我们飞翔！

My hometown really beautiful, I love my hometown!

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.I am from ShenZhen. In spring ,the weather is warm and wet. I can play kite. In summer, the weather is hot and wet. I can swim in the swimming pool. In the autumn, the weather is cool and dry. I can play kite, too. In the winter, the weather is cold and dry. It never snow.Welcome to my hometown! Shanghai is my hometown. It is a modern and busy town. It has a long history. There are many big supermarkets, beautiful gardens and good factories here. It is very easy to go shopping. You can see big trees and nice flowers. There are many restaurants in Shanghai. The food tastes very delicious.You can enjoy eyery minutes of it. Many visitors come here to enjoy it.

In the future,I hope I can be a reporter.As a reporter,in order to find many good news, I will travel in different cities everyday.And i will meet a lot ofstars .First,i will study hard,as a reporter,i should have a good command of Chinese,if i have to report in English,i also need to study English very hard.
