该如何下手。就在这时爸爸演示了一遍给我看，先把饺子皮放在手上，然后用勺子勺一点陷放在饺子皮中间，然后把手捏在两头往中间一捏再把中间的捏紧，呈月牙形状，上面是捏出来的“花边”，下面是呈拱形的半圆，这就是家喻户晓的饺子啦!我照着这个样子试了一次，结果由于陷放的太多皮不够露馅了!!“失败乃成功之母”我又试了一次，我有试了一次结果这次陷太少皮太大一放在桌子上就“趴”了下去，这是我觉得这包饺子不想想象中那么简单，正想放弃不干可有想想那些成功人士的成功道路上也不可能一帆风顺，我又鼓起勇气再包了一些，最终终于成功了!虽然样子不像爸爸包的那么好看，但比起刚开始，真是进步不少啊!!吃着这些我亲手包的饺子心里美滋滋的。

The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually

in February or March in the Gregorian calendar. As early as the Western Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 25), it had become a festival with great significance.

This days important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperor heard that

Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from the cremation of Buddhas

body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha on the 15th day of the 1st lunar

month, so he ordered to light lanterns in the imperial palace and temples to

show respect to Buddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a

grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central

Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the

country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets,

attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns

to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is

an essential part of the Festival.

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the

lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out

and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will

get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in

the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of

wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also

called the "Yuanxiao Festival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is

small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean

paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling.

Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s

more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaning

reunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happiness for the

family.

In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern

dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and

beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent

lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks

from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local

governments will even organize a fireworks party. On the night when the first

full moon enters the New Year, people become really intoxicated by the imposing

fireworks and bright moon in the sky.

I was a shy girl and I never dared to make performance in the public, but

everything will have the exception. Last week, our English teacher gave us a

job. All students needed to make performance in group. I was chosen to be the

protagonist in my team. At first, I told them that I couldn’t make it, but they

believed that I was the suitable person. So I practised hard and tried to get

over my fear. It was my stage. I stood in front of my classmates. With my

teammates, I finished my job. I felt so cool and dared to face so many

people.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.But I haven’t bored all the time. Sometimes I read the

books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed，because it was

very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends

during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in

the past year and play table tennis tegether .And I watched the spring festival

party of the CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the

thing most people of china doing at that time.that’s all, all my dull, coldly

and snowy winter vacation.

My winter holiday is very dull. I stay at home for most of time. sometimes I visit my friends and play basketball with them. sometimes we go shopping.

One day, we go to the kfc. We have hamburgers, chicken coke and french fries. We have sore throats. We go home and have a rest. then we feel better. We go and play computer games! how mad we are!

This is the only thing i can talk about in the holiday.

My father is a nice man.He likes to play computer games.He is an owner of a factory which produces many things .He is good at designing.He works very hard.I love him very much because, sometimes,I can help him to do something in his factory .He is always on business trips because he has his business everywhere so it takes up too much of his time .

Therefore, he doesn’t have any time to play with me butI don’t blame him for that.I often spend a lot of my time on the computer,soI have something to do.My mother is usually on the phone and tells my father to get home early but my father doesn’t listen to her.So my mother andI sometimes are upset andI don’t like my father in a sense that he always gets home late.

Last year, my father bought a lovely pet for me. She has four white paws and a white and yellow tail. She has two small ears, two green eyes and eight whiskers on her face. Her name is Sally and she is one year old.

Do you know what it is? A cat? Yes, it is a cat. She has very short fur and she is quite small. She weighs about 2 kilograms. She is usually very friendly and quiet. We never frighten her or pull her tail or ears. She likes walking around me and playing with me.

If she is hungry, she will miaow. Usually, she eats food from a tin, but her favorite food is fish. She likes juice if it is not too cold. She likes to chase and catch mice and sometimes she plays with butterflies. Sally often plays with balls and pieces of string. She does not like dogs and she hates the rain. She likes sitting on the sofa and watching TV.

She sleeps anywhere! She sleeps on any table, on any chair, or in any basket. She sleeps on top of the piano, on top of the fridge or TV. She sleeps on the window ledge, in the open drawer, in the empty shoe, on the grass, between the flowers, under the tree, on anybody’s lap, in a cardboard box, in the cupboard, or on my dress. Sally doesn’t care! She sleeps anywhere. She likes sleeping on my lap best.

I feed Sally every day and give her clean water. Sometimes I brush her fur and she enjoys it very much.

Sally is a very good friend, but she is quite lazy! She never worries because we take good care of her. She is always a happy cat.

我从小就在广东境内游，从未体验过省外是怎样。暑假里，一次偶然的机会，我来到了贵州。

贵州，是少数民族的栖息地，其中也包括少数汉族。

在天龙屯堡，全部都是汉族人，可他们穿着却是少数民族的样式。据说，他们一直保留着清朝的`生活。我亲自去体验过。屯堡人热情好客，即便是老人家。我们来到当地的佛教殿，也算是敬老院。有许多老人家在做手工活，是做鞋子。全部都是纯手工，我看着很喜欢，便买了两双特小号做纪念。

苗族也是贵州的“土特产”。西江苗寨是我国最大的少数民族的村落。苗族的小吃非常可口，苗王酥就是例子。苗王酥香甜可口，甜味刚好，咸味恰当，真是美味!

贵州的侗寨也很有特色，特别是鼓楼。肇兴的鼓楼有五个：仁团、义团、礼团、智团、信团。是孔子的五个思想教育。

这一次到贵州，不仅增长了见识，还体验贵州风光。希望可以再一次到贵州。

我的个子偏矮，乌黑的长头发扎成一条马尾辫。额前梳着齐刘海，两颗黑宝石似的眼睛大大的闪着亮光，鼻子不高，嘴唇血红血红的像抹了口红一样。因为晒太阳不喜欢撑伞，所以我的皮肤显得有点黑，我觉得自己的外貌在班里普通普通的。

我觉得我的个性比较多变，有时候觉得我的脾气很差，上次有同学拿我的名字取笑我，气得我直翻白眼，恨不得和他们吵上一架。有时候我又很安静，可以一整天的课间都在写作业、看书，什事也不过问。有时候又可以和同学们打成一片。总之，我觉得我还是比较开朗，大方偏外向的。

我比较喜欢跳舞、弹钢琴等等，也会参加一些相关的演出或比赛。

我所在的舞蹈培训班每期结束，都会举办一场汇报演出，去年底那次大型演出时，我们舞蹈班每人拿着一把半透明的伞，化了妆，穿着天蓝色的傣族孔雀裙，美美的上了台。刚开始，有一些紧张，生怕自己会跳错，可当我听到熟悉动听的音乐响起时，瞬间元气满满，恢复了自信，很快，一曲舞蹈跳完了，全场响起了掌声。"可见演出还是比较成功的!"我心想。

至于钢琴，最值得一提的是，去年冬天，我参加了七彩校园艺术节浙江省赛区的比赛，虽然弹奏是有些紧张，总体来说不错，但中间有出了点小差错，弹完后我胆战心惊，匆匆忙忙向评委躹了一躬，便离开。没想到结果还好，得了个银奖，老师说这成绩在和这么多高年级的比还算不错了。

我是一个“圆润”的小帅哥，其实我的身材还算是挺标准了。在此声明，我绝不是个大胖子。快一米六的我才101斤，说我“圆润”，我还勉强能接受。可别人一说我胖，我就会火冒三丈。胖有错吗?我总给自己找借口，心中默念着：我是胖子中的瘦子，我是胖子中的瘦子……

想当初，我也是一位风流倜傥、人见人爱、花见花开，江湖人称“第一美少男”。不好意思，说得有点夸张了。其实小时候的我一点也不胖，自从上了五年级，我就从90斤“突飞猛进”，一下子飞跃到了101斤。就因为这，使我获得了许多美名：“大丸子”“小胖子”“大包子”……这些语言像“小刀”般不断地插入我的心里，让我痛苦不已。

本来有这些绰号，我已经很苦恼了，可妈妈却雪上加霜，又逼我减肥。我这么能吃，怎么减肥呀!妈妈立了很多“条约”：早上半碗粥;中午青菜米饭;晚上一根胡萝卜;一周只能吃两次肉……每天，我一看到爸爸吃肉，我的口水就是“飞流直下三千尺”。蠢蠢欲动的筷子刚要伸向美味的肉，妈妈的一个眼神，就让我断了偷吃的念头。不仅仅如此，妈妈要求我每天还要慢跑半小时，这简直比登天还难啊!我一跑，浑身上下的肉就颤抖起来。没跑几步，我就累得气喘吁吁……好累!可是妈妈的圣旨谁敢违抗?我咬牙坚持着……

经过了一个月的坚持，我终于瘦下来了!妈妈见了，就放松了要求，不再约束我吃饭了。我又开始了我的幸福生活——吃肉。没过几天，我又反弹了回来!“魔鬼”减肥，又开始了……

难道我真的就不能瘦下来吗?我要努力减肥——“管住嘴、迈开腿”，重新变回那个帅帅的我!

China has many traditional festivals among the year. But I like Mid-Autumn Festival the most. It means harvest, because it is celebrated in the harvest season. the morning, they came to my home early, and they brought many presents for me.

I liked them very much. I invited them to the KTV, we sang songs, danced and

played games. About 5:30 p.m., we went my home. My mother had cooked a delicious
