从历史的沿岸走来，回眸史册的词章，在秋的故都里，它是夹杂愁悲的情伤。那亡国南唐的后主，在清秋寂静的深夜，独自一人徙步在幽深沉寂的庭院。到处是残叶飘零，到处是秃树干枝。往日的繁华，尽也过去。再也回不到当初风姿潇洒才气横溢的岁月里。他沿着早已沉睡不醒的时光，拖着那份伤痕累累的心，独自走上那庭院西边的楼台，凝望寂寥深邃的长空。忧月残曲，泪落沾襟。也不顾咸味的泪水漫到满目疮痍的嘴唇，再漫入到他的心底。

立在庭院的寂寞梧桐被寒峭的铁锁紧紧地锁在这荒芜人烟的老院里。愁城的气息用生了锈的铁剪怎样剪也剪不断，深沉繁重的思乡情怀怎样整理也整不齐。在这冷清悲愁的秋季里，怎样去述说他心头的伤疼。就这样沿着历史的岸，我便做了那个怀古悲秋的人。

在懵懵懂懂的清涩童年里，总殷切地盼一场秋雨，一缕秋风，来催熟迈过岁月额青果，来中和夏日残留的热量。伴随流水的逝去。年岁苍老了我们祖祖辈辈的芳华，流水冲刷着他们的脊梁。只有在硕果累累的秋季，我才能爬上挂满果子的老树，摘下一颗一颗甜果。亲手放入他们的手心，再捎上一句温馨的祝福;只有在稻香丰年的秋季，我才能看到他们满是皱纹的脸庞年轻了一些，光滑了一些。只有在天高气爽的秋季，我才能看见他们常笑的面颊。

回首已走过的十几年岁月，我和秋相濡以沫。在秋的悲愁寂寥与落英缤纷里，让人伤痛，让人温馨。无论秋叶是否还是孤寂落下，甜果是否还是温馨醉人，也阻遏不了我对秋的那一丝体味，那一抹热情，那一池爱水。

我的爸爸是一个一有空闲时间就要运动的人。这不，周末他又带我来到上海大学打篮球了。听说爸爸可是一名灌篮高手，但是我可不信，今天非要亲眼瞧瞧。

一大早，我们坐着地铁来到了上海大学的风雨篮球馆，我把背在身上的篮球从包子里取出，找了一个空着的篮球筐。爸爸带着我做热身运动，做完以后，就开始了我们的篮球之旅。

只见爸爸双手捧着球，深吸一口气，然后踮起脚尖，犀利的眼光向右前方扫了一下，又往左边来了个虚晃，向前纵身一跃。说时迟，那时快，一个三分球投进了!我羡慕极了，不服气地说：“我也是个篮球健将哦，要不咱们来一场投篮比赛?”爸爸果断应战。

首先由我来投，我们分别站在三分线和罚球线，爸爸说我小就让着我，所以让我站在罚球线。我瞄准篮筐，使出吃奶的力气朝篮筐投去，只见球在空中划过一道美丽的弧线并命中篮筐。

爸爸给我竖了一个大拇指，并微微一笑，夺过球就投，那球到了爸爸的手里好像就变成了球筐的宝宝，什么也不管就投入了母亲的怀抱。我看着这一幕，惊呆了!爸爸看着我这迷茫的`神情，笑而不语。

第二回合开始了，我站到了罚球线边，又奋力将球投向球筐，可那球像是和球筐较上劲儿了一样，在上面停了一会儿又掉了下来。爸爸也站到了指定位置，蓄势待发。只见他轻松一跃，嘴角微微往上一抬，脸上流露出好像已经要赢了的表情，将手轻轻把球向球筐一推，那球霎时间就进入篮筐。经过几轮激烈的比赛后，不得不服气，我惨败给爸爸了。

一转眼已经过去两个小时了，我已经精疲力尽，爸爸却依然精神抖擞，一点疲惫的样子都没有。我的爸爸可真是一个爱运动的灌篮高手啊!
