Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

我最喜欢过春节了，因为平时爸爸妈妈和姑姑都上班，所以只有到过年的时候我们家里才是人最齐，也是最热闹的时候了。

记得春节，我们一家人忙着蒸馒头、炸丸子、贴春联、挂灯笼，可开心了!最难忘的就是全家人过年一起包饺子了。奶奶说：“开始包饺子了!”我和妹妹就赶紧洗干净手，开开心心的跑到厨房去抢擀面杖。因为我们两个人最喜欢擀饺子皮了，最后我决定自己用大擀面杖，妹妹用小擀面杖。我们俩擀的可快了，还能一次擀两个饺子皮呢，奶奶、妈妈和姑姑包都包不完，直夸我们俩真能干。

接着就是包钱饺子的时候了。奶奶把一个硬币洗的干干净净的准备包到饺子里，对我们说：“谁吃到钱饺子就是有福气，来年的好运都会到来。”我连忙说：“既然是好福气，那我们为什么不多包一些钱饺子，每人都能吃到那该多好呀!”最后我和妹妹都提议要多包几个钱饺子，奶奶拗不过我们，最终还是答应了。饺子包好了，锅也开了，爷爷负责煮饺子，爸爸赶快拿出大大的鞭炮摆放在院子里，一边煮饺子一边听着噼里啪啦的鞭炮声，我和妹妹高兴的手舞足蹈。饺子煮好了，我们一边看着春节晚会一边吃年夜饭，最后我们每个人都吃到了钱饺子，真是开心极了!

快乐的春节真是让我难忘，我的福气会让我在新的一年里好好学习，天天向上!

December 25 is Christmas Day, the day is originates in the western country,

it is in honor of the birth of Jesus Christ. In the Bible, it is record that

Jesus saved people out of trouble, he is the son of god, he died of suffering

for the purpose of saving people. Jesus is so great, everyone in the western

country knows his story. Though Christmas Day belongs to foreign countries, now

it has become a worldwide festival. In China, we can find the day is more and

more popular, people find the Christmas tree sold in the shop and there are

parties to celebrate Christmas Day. On that day, families get together, having

dinner, eating turkey and sharing happiness. This is a good chance for people to

get reunion, this is the most important day for western people, just like

Chinese New Year.

快乐的周末 A Happy Weekend

I have a happy weekend!Take lessons on Saturday, Im going to cram school,

tutoring English and maths. In the afternoon, I watch TV at home. In the

evening, I want to go out for a walk with mom and dad and sister.On Sunday, Im

going to the shopping center reading, the book is really interesting. After

lunch, Im going to the sports, the body health is very important! In the

evening, I at home reading. How about you? What are you going to do this

weekend?

人们都说，母爱最伟大，我也这么认为。

在我眼里，母爱是默默无闻的;母爱是不求回报的;母爱是源源不断的。只有母亲才是那个能无限次包容我的失误和缺点的人。

我的母亲为我付出了很多，我却在很大的时候意识到了那默默地、温暖的爱。母亲有自己的很多爱好，看电视、看书……但都为了我更好的成长、学习而放弃了许多时间来干自己喜欢的事。

还在三四年级时，我还不太懂事，也体会不到母亲对我深深地爱。有一次，我放学回家便开始做作业。母亲看到了，立即关上了电视回到自己的房间读书。我很不解，便问母亲：“为什么不继续看了?”母亲却说他不想看了。那时，我还没有真正意识到母亲对我温暖、细腻的爱。

那时我任性又不听话，也很爱粘着母亲。母亲每天早早地起来为我准备早餐，我却没有一点感谢和体谅。有一回早上，母亲为了我的营养特意给我做了煮鸡蛋，不懂事的我却因为煮鸡蛋不好吃而跟妈妈闹起了脾气。那是我见过母亲最生气的一次，她生气地批评了我。我也意识到了自己的幼稚和无理取闹。同时，这也是我最愧疚的一次。我觉得自己很对不起母亲对我的爱和付出。

我真正意识到母亲的爱时，我在生病。那时，烧地头昏眼花的我，难受极了。自然很也很烦躁，脾气特别火爆。在与母亲说话时，也一副不愿的样子。母亲也没有说我什么，似乎对我的心情很理解。依旧温柔地帮我倒水、喂我吃药。晚上，我从梦中醒来，发现母亲坐在我的床头，可能是怕我再发起烧来难受吧。那是我第一次体会到了天下母亲的辛苦，和母亲默默无闻的爱。

母亲对我的爱，温暖的爱，是没有任何语言能够表达的。母亲用她的爱让我健康成长，让我体会到了许多生活的快乐!我爱我的母亲。
