来到山上，映入眼帘的是大片大片鲜红的杜鹃花。杜鹃花有的像害羞的小姑娘，露出半边脸;有的好似被父母关在家里不让出来，显得不太高兴;还有的像个大大咧咧的疯丫头，不知道遇上了什么事，高兴的手舞足蹈。春风姑娘被吸引来了，她轻轻一吹，杜鹃花扭动着身子，跳起舞来。远远望去，宛如一群花仙子在翩翩起舞，又像是喝醉酒的大汉，摇摇晃晃地站不稳。

慢庄的茶园也是一片生机勃勃。碧绿的茶树上，茶叶宝宝探出了可爱的小脑袋，伸出长长的手臂。微风一吹，仿佛在向茶农们招手，说：“快来采我呀，快来采我呀!”清晨，茶农们背着竹篓，来到茶园里采茶，开始了一天的忙碌。傍晚，茶园里传来一阵阵爽朗的笑声。哦!一定是茶农们满载而归，茶叶卖到了好价钱。

I went to Beijing on vacation with my parents last month and we stayed there for a week.

To my surprise, Beijing is such a modern city that my parents and I all admire the development of it these years. We visited many wonderful places there, such as the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and the Great Wall. What impressed me most was that people there were all very friendly and some of them could even speak Enlish. But still I think that there are some problems of this city, which I dislike. Those are too many people there and the heavy traffic. If there were fewer people and less traffic, it would be better.

记得那次聚会发生在四年级的六一儿童节时。早上，我匆匆的走进校门。校园的气氛异常活跃。

打上课铃，代表着聚会即将开始，韩老师迈着轻快的步伐走进了教室。他向周围环视了一下，教室里顿时鸦雀无声，但大家情绪却没有平静下来。半晌，韩老师向大家宣布：“‘六一’大会正式开始!”首先是我班班长戴佳伟，还有梅丹张静喻为我们表演一段精彩的歌舞。这四位“大美女”加上那动听的歌声，简直让大家看入了迷。然后是我班的小音乐家徐君佩给我们表演一段古筝。我们一边听一边注意他弹琴的动作，可能由于她弹得太优美了，我们好多同学不禁都如痴如醉了。同学们还给这首曲子取了个名字“天上曲”。之后，李阳、李鑫兄弟俩施展了他们的绝技—“双簧”。“双簧”就是一个人在后面配声音，另一个人在前面做动作。兄弟俩配合的天衣无缝，同学们不时发出一阵笑声，还有的同学笑的趴在地上起不来了。“双簧”表演后，就是“灰姑娘演绎”了。小演员闷都上了台，表演开始了：一个满面灰土的灰姑娘(蔡曼饰)正在请求继母(彭雪饰)带她去参加王宫的舞会，可继母不愿意带她去。之后，灰姑娘在一位仙女(欧阳顺姿饰)的帮忙下，最后穿上了华丽的衣服走进了王宫，那美丽的面孔比任何人都漂亮。英俊潇洒的王子(李阳饰)被她吸引住了，便邀请她跳舞……表演结束后，大家情不自禁的为她们鼓掌。

“六一”聚会就这样结束了，虽然同学们都依依不舍，但是大家都过的很愉快。这次“六一”聚会让我们感受到生活的乐趣，它让我至今记忆犹新。

With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is

more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study,

work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

During those days. I enjoyed myself. At first, I went to the zoo to see lovely animals. And then. I went to the sea world to see beautiful fishes. That was very interesting.

Secondly I went for a trip with my parents, we went to Linxia to visit my grandparents and to eat minority’s foods. We rode horse on the grassland and had a fun with local children. It was very exciting. After that, I held a party and invited some of my best friends to visit my house.

My mother bought a lot of tasty foods for us, we also took many photos on the party. We played very happy. I also watched lots of carton films at home, they were wonderful.

I like the holiday. I like my May Day.

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. The Dragon Boat Festival， also called the Duanwu Festival， is celebrated on

the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. This

festival is to commemorate the death of QU Yuan， an upright and honest poet and

statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a

river.

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

races also demonstrate the virtues of cooperation and teamwork.

Besides， the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous

rice). Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves. People who mourned the death of Qu threw Zong

zi into the river to feed his ghost every year.

With the changes of the times， the memorial turns to be a time for

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

herbs on the front door to clear the bad luck of the house. Although the

significance of the festival might be different with the past， it still gives

the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural

heritage.

在连续几日的操劳中，母亲她终于病倒了。看着她捂着肚子在卫生间呕吐，满房间的找药，已不是第一次。唉，大概是胆结石的老毛病复发了吧。

但这一次特别凶，呕吐一整天没停过。我在一旁看着母亲被病痛折磨，却无法上去帮她一把，显得异常无能。感觉自己像是一条被潮水冲上岸的鱼，干渴的要命。看着她渐渐枯黄的的面容，我的心里湿了一片……

“谢谢你，我真不相信我的宝贝儿子竟会照顾妈妈了。”我跪在床头，紧紧握住母亲的手，“妈，答应我，以后别再那么辛苦了，我能照顾好自己。”母亲只是静静得喝着粥，袅袅热气从碗中升起，渐渐得迷离了我的双眼。我一把搂过母亲，认真的说：“妈，你一定要健健康康的，我以后一定好好爱你!”

突然，我的双肩不住的颤抖，“好久没有人对我说过这样的话了，你真是我的好儿子!”刹那间，我觉得自己有了从未有过的坚强，甚至可以成为母亲的依靠。“妈，你要坚强，一定不能被病魔打倒!”母亲如孩子般的点点头，微微发黄的脸不再是苦涩的微笑，蒸腾的雾气充满整个房间，弥漫着爱的清香。

快乐的周末 A Happy Weekend

I have a happy weekend!Take lessons on Saturday, Im going to cram school,

tutoring English and maths. In the afternoon, I watch TV at home. In the

evening, I want to go out for a walk with mom and dad and sister.On Sunday, Im

going to the shopping center reading, the book is really interesting. After

众所周知，每年五月的第二个星期日是母亲节。在这一天里，虽然没有硬性规定人们要如何感谢和报答母亲，但大家都会不约而同地以自己的方式，表达对母亲的爱。当然，作为一名中学生的我，也不例外。

母亲节当天，我一早就起床。首先，我蹑手蹑脚地走进厨房，悄悄地煮饭和炒菜。然后，我又像梦游似的回到“起点”装睡。我为我的出色表现感到欣喜所以激动得睡不着。我就这样傻傻的躺了半天。8点半左右，妈妈起床了。我也像个“跟屁虫”似的，假装刚睡醒的样子。然后，我对妈妈说：“母亲节快乐!”妈妈只是笑了笑，好像没太在意。但是，我却没有灰心，反而我正在想象妈妈品尝我做的饭菜时，幸福的样子。没隔多久，妈妈上班了。但是，她却晴天霹雳地来了一句：“你爸爸的手艺有所见长。”我顿时无语。我一大早辛辛苦苦做的饭菜，就如此被误解成“模范丈夫在‘母亲节’当天给妻子的(惊喜)”了。我还为此郁闷了半天。

到了晚上，妈妈回家了。但她看起来，却是一副疲惫的样子，怪叫人心疼的。于是，我马上捧着一盆热乎乎的洗脚水，对妈妈说：“妈，我今天帮你洗脚吧。”妈妈说：“不行，不行。你明天还要上学，快睡觉吧，我自己能洗。”但最终，妈妈还是拗不过我。每当，水有点冷时，我就去接热水，整个过程约持续了20分钟。当我，帮妈妈抹脚时，我无意摸到了她脚上的茧。我叹了口气，说道：“妈妈，等我老了，脚上也会起茧吗?”妈妈没有直接回答，只是笑了笑，欣慰地说：“儿子呀，你终于长大了!”

century. It has brought many changes in this world. With the rapid development

Computers play an very vital role in our daily life. They can do a lot of

国庆节的第二天是九九重阳节。我，爸爸妈妈还有小伙伴小月的一家相约来到东莞第一峰—银屏嘴山脚下，准备向山顶挑战。爸爸说这座山海拔891米，要想爬上山顶不容易。我们也不知道到底有多高，于是，沿着蜿蜒曲折的山路和小伙伴在打闹中开始艰辛的爬山之旅。

树林里的空气特别清新，旁边那郁郁葱葱的大树尽收眼底。没爬一会儿，新鲜劲儿也过了，全身也都汗湿了，腿也开始发酸了。我也有点不耐烦了：”唉!好累，好热啊，我们什么时候能到山顶呀!”爸爸听了，鼓励我说：”快了，只要坚持，等我们爬到那个像猴子嘴的地方，那说明你征服了大自然。”说着他指了指那顶端被蒙上一层轻纱的猴子嘴。我听了爸爸的话，又重新振作起来。继续往上爬。

不一会儿，我们看到了一条清澈见底的小小河，像一张碧绿，透明玻璃纸似的，在阳光的映照下像刚睡醒似的，眨着水波亃亃的眼睛。我和小月在小河旁一边玩水一边休息了一会儿，又开始前进了。

不知爬了多久，只听到爸爸兴奋地叫道：”茜茜，猴子嘴，快看，快看!”我们大家都抬起头，猴子嘴真的离我们很近了。大家好一下子又有劲了，快速往上爬，很快我们就到达了山顶，站在山顶往下看，景色真美呀，这里群峰迭起。微风吹拂，像是到达仙境一般。

人们都说”下山容易，上山难”，确实如此，我们很轻松地就下山了。爸爸说我今天表现不错，还带去吃最爱的花田寿司。今天虽然很累，但我很快乐，在老爸的鼓励下，征服了大自然，收获了银屏嘴山顶最美的风光，还饱了口福，也让我明白了一个道理”坚持就是胜利!”
